WHAT WERE THE FAVORITE OUTFITS OF 2020
Since it is January 1st, I will be looking back at my favorite outfits from 2020. It is interesting to see that I seemed to be partial to the more casual styles, especially ones that I was wearing jeans. It is also interesting to see that I didn’t pick one photo of me wearing shorts. Lol! I narrowed my choice down to one outfit per month until I got later in the year, and then I couldn’t narrow my choices down. I’m not sure if I liked way more outfits or if these are the outfits that I would wear today since the season is the same as the photos.
Before we look back at 2020’s outfits, let’s look at a sale ending on the 3rd. The Nordstrom Half-Yearly Sale will be ending on Sunday the 3rd. I have already gotten a few items ordered for myself, and I will list those below also. BTW, a lot of the outfits in the fall months are on sale. Click on the link under the photos, and it will take you to the blog post.
Let me start by saying a couple of words – Cashmere UNDER $50.00! Y’all, this cashmere v-neck sweater is so soft and perfect for layering. I bought this sweater in several colors because it is a great essential item you will wear for years.
Plus, I also took advantage of the sale and bought a black, gray, ivory, and red cashmere turtleneck for the same reason. You will love these sweaters and will feel like you won the lottery every time you put them on. I am partial to the v-neck and turtleneck variety, but these sweaters are also available in a crew-neck style.
I love this suede moto jacket! The color is such a gorgeous neutral color that can go with almost anything. The jacket is nice and heavy, and you will find yourself reaching for this jacket time and time again. I am wearing a large jacket, which is perfect.
This incredibly soft lambskin moto jacket by Sam Edleman is also on sale for a huge amount! This jacket is stylish and modern looking, and you will feel at least ten years younger when you wear it.
I have become a huge fan of the AG Jeans line, but they are definitely over $50.00. The good news is that they often go on sale, and you can take advantage of the savings to grab a pair for yourself. Here are some that I found that might be worth the splurge. Be sure to read the reviews to see if you should buy true to size or size up. I have some of each, and the reviews were accurate.
I am wearing my Joe’s Honey Bootcut Jeans in a lot of these photos. I LOVE these jeans! I love the color, the fit, and the style of these jeans! I usually wear a size 10 (or a 30 if sized that way), but I ordered a pair of Joe’s Jeans before, and they were too small, so I sized up. I am happy that I sized up because they fit me perfectly. Little things like that are why I try new styles and stores for you. I want to save you the hassle of sending something back if I can. These jeans are more than I usually spend on jeans, but I would rather have this pair than two others. I love them that much!
Wit & Wisdom are one of the best jeans you can find in the under $50.00 category. They fit great and have a lot of stretchiness that makes them very comfortable. This pair has a little distressing, which I love, but for those not a distressed jean fan, there are several on sale, so I’ll grab a few of those for you to see.
I love these sneaker wedge shoes, and I’ve worn them a lot this past year. They are on sale, plus several other shoes that I thought you might enjoy.
Now, let’s have a look back at some of my favorite outfits.

Proverbs 6:16-19
16 There are six things the Lord hates, seven that are detestable to him: 17 haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, 18 a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are quick to rush into evil, 19 a false witness who pours out lies and a person who stirs up conflict in the community.
