WHAT WERE YOUR FAVORITE LOOKS IN JANUARY
Looking back over the past month and a half, I was interested in seeing what posts you liked the best. I can look back through my analytics and see which posts have the most views, and I wanted to see if those were the same outfits that I liked the best. So, today, let’s take a look at the top ten and see if your favorite is among the picks.
Gray Cashmere sweater//Leopard Print Scarf//Avi Earrings//Logan and Chariot bracelets//Diana skinny jeans//Ankle Boots//
This was the most viewed post since the first of January! I loved this look also, and it would have definitely been in my top ten picks. I loved the combination of the animal print scarf with the light gray cashmere sweater. The dark skinny jeans helped the sweater to pop in the outfit, and the deep brown ankle boots polished off the look. For more details on the items, click on the post link under the photo.
Wrap Cardigan//T-Shirt//Jeans(similar, similar, similar, similar)//Pointy Ankle Boots//
Coming in second place was this casual and put together outfit. I loved this incredibly soft cardigan from Chicos. I am wearing a size 1 in this wrap, and it fits perfectly. This is the perfect type of outfit to go shopping in, or even to a luncheon with the girls. For more details on the items, click on the post link under the photo.
Cable-knit Sweater//Maggie Bangle Bracelet//Maggie earrings in large, medium, small//Born loafers//Jeans(similar, similar, similar)//Striped Sweater (similar, similar, Plus similar)//
The third most popular post was this casual outfit with some unique details. The gorgeous cable knit of the cardigan and the braid on the suede loafers helped the outfit look unique instead of plain and blah. For more details on the items, click on the post link under the photo.
Red Sweater//tweed handbag//Flat shoes//Pumps (similar, similar, similar)//Tweed Cuff Jeans//
I was wild about look number four. It was tweed heaven, and I thought it bridged the gap between casual and elegance perfectly. The large cuff of the jeans with the tweed embellishment sent me over the moon. In the original post, I mentioned that the ones that I was wearing were a 1.5 size. Since then, I have replaced those with a size 1, and they fit like a dream. For more details on the items, click on the post link under the photo.
Cable-Knit Cardigan//Vienna Necklace//Dallin Earrings//Lelani link bracelet//Lucile Bracelet//Mavi Skinny Jeans//Animal Print Boots//
Look number six was one of my favorites! I loved the overall softness and tone of this look. If you are a fan of soft clothing, then you will love this gorgeous cardigan by Rachel Parcell. I love the soft color of this cardigan, and I think that it looks fabulous with the animal print booties. For more details on the items, click on the post link under the photo. Thread and Supply Vest//Leith longline cardigan //Teddy jacket by Mural// Pink Turtleneck by J. Crew//Madewell shimmer top//Black coated jeans by Kut From The Kloth//Missie boots by Steve Madden//Eliza J gold metallic top//Slingback shoes by Chinese Laundry//
There was a LOT of clothing in this 7th post. I did a try-on session fo all of the clothing that I had recently gotten from Nordstrom. You are going to love all of the clothing, including these gorgeous coated jeans in the photo. For more details on the items, click on the post link under the photo.
Blazer (similar, similar, similar)//Easton Hoops//Madijean link bracelet//Sheridan Cuff bracelet//Fiora Bootie//Natalie Jeans//Floral Camisole//
I think that this is one of my very favorite looks. Post number eight is elegant and classy in a relaxed way. This is how I would dress daily if I could. This look has almost everything that I love; a deep V neckline, a flattering blazer, boot cut jeans, and a pointy toe ankle boot. For more details on the items, click on the post link under the photo.
Violet Cardigan//Sophee Earrings//Sophia Earrings//Maggie Bangle Bracelet//Logan Cuff Bracelet//Christine Necklace//Rothys Shoes//Jeans (similar, similar, Plus similar)//
I love this deep violet shawl jacket. I think that it is flattering because of the way that it hangs on you. But, I LOVE the leopard print flats. I love that they are made from recycled plastics, and I love that they are machine washable. However, they run really small. I would suggest going up one whole size in these shoes. Ribbed Yoke Sweater//Dusty Lemon Pointelle Sweater//Floral Twist Top//Button Back Shell//White Cozy Cardigan//V-Neck Pullover Sweater//Fairisle Turtleneck Sweater
And, finally, it is time for the last post of the top ten. You gurls seem to like try-on sessions, and this one was one of your favorites. I have a new one planned for next week if my clothing ever gets here. This session had lots of beautiful clothing that will work for now and later for spring. Love #3
#2 is my favorite! I loved it so much that I ordered the wrap cardigan in the same color immediately after reading your original post!
I noticed how we all love the looks with jeans! We love our jeans in the US! Plus notice it’s all solid colors. Solids are so easy to mix and match. I love to hear when you return things because I buy stuff that looks good in the dressing room (I still brick and mortar shop!) then at home I’m like, what was I thinking? Love to hear your personal stories too! You are a good writer!
Hi Tania! This is the very first time I have seen your blog! Wow! You are the best! I live in Virginia also! I just plum love your style! I want to go back to the beginning and read all your read post! You are so beautiful with class! Thank you for sharing your style, design, and beauty!
Red Vee neck blouse, blazer, jeans, boots. Does it get any better. Change out the blazer for a long cardigan on some really casual days like visiting friends but I’m with you. I could wear this outfit everyday.
My favorite would be #7, a little dressy but not over the top.
Honestly, I like them ALL!!! I think you look great in red! If I have to pick one, it’s #7. Love the red v-neck top under the jacket and with the jeans!!! Thanks for all the styling ideas!!
You look REALLY good in a boot leg jean.
I like the cable knit cardigan, mavi skinny jeans with the leopard print boots. You look chic and very classy!
Loved the try on photo shoot. Also loved the star of the show, that was a lovely sweater.
Hi Tania, I love your log and read you almost daily! However, I don’t usually comment. How can you tell the most liked outfits? Is it just by blog traffic? I do save some posts to my Pinterest boards, and I “like” many of your Instagram posts too. Anything else I can do to give positive feedback? Have a great Saturday!
My favorites are one and six . All of them are great. Love your try on sessions! Have a good weekend, gurl!
I love these try on sessions! My favorites are #1 and #2 because they are colors and styles I would wear. You definitely have s great eye for style and I’m glad you share it with all of us♡
I like the one with the violet cardigan jeans and leopard shoes but I also liked the try on session. I ordered three things from Loft because of that post.
I love the try on posts. It is so helpful to see clothes on an actual person and get your review and suggestions for sizing and styling. Looking forward to seeing some transition pieces leading into Spring.
You really do look great in everything, but I find that I really like the looks you post in the bootcut jeans.
I liked pretty much all these outfits! They are something that I could find in my closet or go find at my favorite stores that I have nearby! Thank you for that!
I love them all! Especially number one ! And I bought those Chico’s cuffed jeans also! Love them!
It is hard to decide between #1 and #6. Love those outfits!!
My two favs are the long cardigan/boots & the all black outfit. You look great in all of them!
I could copy them all!!
fun to take a look back!
I like all the classics especially in 1&2. You always look nice and I get inspiration to see what I have that is close to match.
My two favs are the jeans with pumps and the all black
Slam dunk on the looks! I appreciate how you give so many options that I can look at and say “why didn’t I think of that???” So practical yet so creatively put together!
Have a blessed weekend!
I guess I missed the leather trousers look! I love that one! Hope to see you on my Fancy Friday linkup party and wish you a great weekend!
Love them all and I LOVE all the animal print!! A little or a lot, animal print always gets my vote! You look great in every look!
Of these, my hands down fav is the gray cashmere, leopard scarf, dark jeans outfit. Classic and stunning. I own each similar to each of those pieces. I also love the coated jeans (which are stunning on you) and I own them too. I have a similar red sweater as you have here and will wear it on Valentine’s Paired with the coated jeans and red suede pumps. My absolute fav isn’t listed here because it was technically December and reposted with different bottoms in late January. It’s the gray/teal & off-white Loft Outlet Fair Isle sweater. No matter how I style it, I get so many compliments on my outfit. It’s crazy! Fun post.
My favorite’s are the first one and the last one.
And I always enjoy the try on sessions.
Have a great weekend.
This would be one of my favorite as well. I have styled this outfit many times. I have actually styled a lot of your outfits. I do change the shoes, since I am taller and do not wear heels on a regular basis if at all. I don’t always purchase the same piece I usually find something similar and purchase it.
Like I keep saying, something about you and denim; it just works!
The outfit in the first one looks so classy. I really wanted a grey sweater to fit me like that one fits you! I am allergic to cashmere so I am still looking. I also like the 3rd look. That one seems more casual to me and I love that the sweater can be easily removed and the look still works.
