Life Update

I know you’ve all heard about the Maytag Repairman. He’s the poor, lonely repairman who never gets called out because Maytag appliances are supposedly so reliable. Well, my refrigerator isn’t a Maytag, or he might have been making a trip to my house yesterday. Lol!

Thankfully, I live with my own personal repairman. Joe seems to be able to fix almost any appliance that breaks—even when I don’t necessarily WANT him to fix it. Years ago, he kept repairing my old washing machine until I finally looked at him and said, “I DON’T WANT IT FIXED! I WANT A NEW SET!” 😂

Yesterday, it was the refrigerator. The water had slowed to a trickle and was taking over a minute and a half just to fill my water bottle. After replacing the filters twice, Joe finally pulled the refrigerator away from the wall to replace a switch. Of course, one repair led to another…and then another.

The good news is that I don’t have to go refrigerator shopping just yet. The bad news is that Joe managed to fix it. Lol!

I’ve already told him what I want Santa to bring me for Christmas. I’ll give you a hint: you store food in it, it makes ice and water, AND my water cup will actually fit under the water spout.

Santa, if you’re listening, please don’t let Joe fix anything else between now and Christmas. 😂

This Week’s Sales Roundup
