Outfits For Celebrating Valentine’s Day At Home
Do you remember the days of celebrating Valentine’s Day out on the town with a candlelit dinner and a glass of wine? Me, neither. Lol! Most of the time, Joe and I stay home and cook our dinner, but I still might have one glass of wine. I thought some of you might also like staying in, so today, I’m showing outfits for celebrating Valentine’s Day at home. If you haven’t already, be sure to check out days one through four of this six-part series on Valentine’s Day.

Outfits For Celebrating Valentine’s Day At Home – Pajamas
Hands in the air if you love putting on your pajamas around six o’clock! 🙋♀️ I have a problem when it comes to pajamas. The problem is that I can’t get enough of them. I already have two large drawers packed so full that they won’t shut, so ask me why I keep buying more.
The answer is simple…just look at how gorgeous this Cheetah sleep set and matching robe is! There isn’t a heart anywhere on this set, and it isn’t red or pink. But I sure bet your husband will think this set is perfect for Valentine’s Day! This might bring out the Tarzan in him, and you’ll get to hear his “Come here Jane” call.
The cami has adjustable spaghetti straps, which makes it easy to get the right fit. However, the cami doesn’t offer much warmth, so I also ordered a matching Cheetah Lace Robe with pockets. The robe matches the sleep set perfectly and provides a little coverage and warmth.
Pajama set number two is all decked out for Valentine’s Day. You can’t miss the message with the festive set.
This Valentine Print Pajama set is from Old Navy, and I have to admit that I’m surprised there is any stock left. When you want holiday clothing, you have to order everything very early because it sells out so rapidly. I thought I started early this year, but almost everything is down to a few sizes left.
This set is a cross between loungewear and pajamas. It is slightly thicker than the other pajamas, and I would probably take them off before bedtime. I have a heated blanket under my sheets, so the thicker pajamas would be way too hot.
I liked this set because it was so different. The colors are so unexpected, and I like the kangaroo pocket on the top. The set is soft and comfy, which is exactly what I want for a night lounging around the house.
I forgot to mention my UGG Scuffette Ii Slippers. I’ve had these for about three years, and they are still as good as new. My feet are always cold, so I love slipping into these as I work on the blog at night.
Outfits For Celebrating Valentine’s Day At Home – Leggings & A Tunic
Pajamas aren’t the only comfortable kind of outfit. I love wearing leggings and a tunic or oversized top on lazy, cold days. The next three outfits are similar, and that is because I love how simple and comfortable these are.
A camo LOVE is so romantic, don’t you think?
It’s a little hard to read since there are white splotches that blend with the shirt. I love the v-neckline (which is very flattering) and the Dolman style. I’m wearing a medium, and you can see the sweater is still roomy.
I didn’t wear earrings with the pajamas, but I had to throw on some with these leggings outfits. For those who love silver jewelry, this pair would work out nicely for you.
At least you can figure out what is on this sweater. Lol!
The scribbled heart looks like something one of my grandchildren would draw. Maybe that is why I was drawn to it. This Dolman sweater has a boat neck instead of a v-neck, and I like this style, too.
I think this dangling pair of earrings is one of the cutest from the 6-pack of Valentine’s Day Earrings. They are whimsical and fun, and they look perfect with this scribbled heart sweater.
This is the last of the three leggings outfits. It is like they combined the first top and the second top together to come up with this one. It has the v-neck and love wording from the first top, and the scribbling from the second top.
These are called sweaters, but they are more like T-shirts than sweaters. They are very lightweight but not see-through. I love the length of all three, and they work great with leggings.
The leggings I’m wearing are from Lululemon. These are the Align leggings, which are more for lounging than for working out. They have very little compression, which is what I prefer. I paired them with a pair of Nike sneakers I’ve had for over a year. I’m surprised that I’ve been able to keep them looking decent.

This is one of many options available at the link! There are great colors, some with candy hearts, even one with a truck hauling plaid hearts. It’s a fun and inexpensive way to celebrate the holiday. Just $27 dollars!
Valentine’s Day-centered clothing doesn’t have to have hearts. Words like “Lover” or “Love” work, or even the letters X and O. This sweatshirt runs true to size and is under $25 dollars.

all so cute! and, I love the series. thank you!
I love staying at home and I love putting my pajamas on at 6 o’clock. My husband and I don’t go out for dinner on Valentine’s Day. In fact, we don’t go out for dinner very often at all. When we do go out to eat, we usually go out for a late lunch when everything is less crowded. We just don’t enjoy waiting for a table anymore. I just realized we are definitely senior citizens. Ha!
leggings and a tunic or oversized top on lazy, cold days. That’s my go to outfit
Definitely staying in Valentine’s Day. Pajamas are the best. Besides, Ash Wednesday is on Valentine’s Day so probably won’t be celebrating anyway.
I love the Walmart leopard outfit so I used your link to go on the site. I ended up with other leopard items and placed an order. I have never bought anything from Walmart before. Thanks for the tip.
My husband will probably be working so sweatshirt and leggings for this gurl!
We like celebrating V-day earlier or even later than the actually holiday, so I don’t really dress for the holiday, but I love all of these options, I probably wouldn’t pay for the high price leggings but I love some of the shirts!!
I love pjs at 6pm too! Lots of cute ones!
