Must-Have Styling Products For Beautiful Hair
Today I’m sharing a few must-have styling products because I get asked about my hair more than any other subject! And because I know that not everyone has hair the length and texture of mine, I’ve included some that my friends and family have recommended.
Styling Tools
When I started using a negative ionic blow dryer, I have to admit; it took me a minute to decide if I loved it. The verdict? I do! My hair can go very frizzy, but I get very smooth strands using this, without it feeling flat. I have two hairdryers that I use, the Dyson and the ZUVI, but those are quite expensive. This one is about half the price, but claims to do the same job.
This item was a suggestion from my sister. She loves to save time so why use a hair brush and a hair dryer when you can quickly combine the two?! It is very affordable and will add a lot of volume to your hair.
2 In 1 Professional Hair Straightener
Made for quick and hassle-free styling, you can straighten and/or curl with ease. Because I have thick, coarse hair, I go through a lot of straighteners. This one looks like it would do a great job, and it comes with hair clips. It has great reviews, so it might be worth a try.
Porcelain Ceramic Hair Straightener
BaByliss is a brand that women rave about. It is the brand my hairdresser in Virginia used, and I’ve never been dissatisfied with any of their products. I have the BabylissPRO Nano Titanium Mini Hair Straightener which is great for using around your face or traveling.
My daughter-in-law loves this curling wand. She uses it on my mini-me granddaughter to give her beach waves in half the time. It is great if you want different-sized curls depending on the day, or use three for a crimped look.
This is great for people with long hair who don’t want to spend a long time with a curling iron. Perfect for grandkids too! I’m not sure I could figure out how to use this, but I’ve heard a lot of women say they love using these.
Styling Products
I’m surprised how many people don’t use a scalp scrubber. It’s a great way to get rid of dead skin or built-up residue from shampoo.
Hair Biology Shampoo, Conditioner and Thickening Treatment
You all know how much I love my Hair Biology products. I’ve blogged about them many times. The hair products you use make a world of difference. For instance, my sister complains about not having any volume in her hair, but if you ask her what product she uses before drying she just laughs. A thickening spray is a must-have styling product for fine hair like hers.
Streax Pro Hair Serum Vita Gloss
I love a good hair serum. This one has Vitamin E which will give it a great shine. Use sparingly!
I love these clips! They hold your hair in place while you style other portions without leaving a crease.
Whenever you SHARE my posts on PINTEREST, INSTAGRAM, YOUTUBE, AND FACEBOOK, it helps other ladies who might be style challenged to find my blog. I appreciate every one of you, and I consider you a friend.

I’m sorry, Joann. It is actually very easy…I have one static photo at the top of the blog, and I tell a short story under it. Then, you will see TWO posts under that. Those are my recent posts. Under those will be the next day, the next day, and so on. Then you will find my daily finds, etc.
I’ve used Hair Biology since you first mentioned it and I think it does wonders for my thin hair.
I love love Hair Biology’s purple shampoo for my gray hair. I use it once weekly, and I have wonderful results!
Thank you for the tips and products for hair. I am on the struggle bus when it comes to styling my hair. I have thinning hair and little to no volume. I haven’t found a product or tool to help me get more fullness.
Thank you for the post.
Enjoy your family this week!!
Pam, I’m working on a post for thinning hair, so maybe that will help.
Tania thanks for the post. Stying tools are most needed for your crown of glory!!! LOL. I’m obsessed with the Revlon brush hair dryer. Can not live without it. I have frizzy hair and it gives me a salon style blow out. I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to tame frizz and get volume. It’s a game changer. Plus it’s not expensive.
