How to Decorate for Spring and Easter
I love decorating for the season! You know that I’m a big fan of Christmas trees, but I also decorate at other times of the year. Today, I’m sharing how to decorate for spring and Easter! I’ve found lots of cute items to help transition my home into the new season, and I thought I would share some of my finds with you. I hope you enjoy my How to Decorate for Spring and Easter post, and be sure to let me know if you enjoy new home decor finds.
I don’t share a lot about home decor in this space, but I love shopping for my home almost as much as I love shopping for my closet! A few of these items are strictly for spring, but many of them are items that will look great in your home all year long.
If you love shopping on Amazon as much as I do, check out these other posts with Amazon finds:

How to Decorate for Spring and Easter
1. Wooden Pedestal Soap Stand
Spring decor doesn’t have to be obvious! This wooden soap stand looks so cute next to a kitchen or laundry sink. Complete the look by pairing it with these glass hand soap and dish soap dispensers filled with your favorite soaps and this bamboo dish scrubber.
2. Spring Tea Towels
While you’re updating the kitchen, be sure to switch out your towels. A cute tea towel like these spring inspired ones hanging in the kitchen is sure to bring a smile every time you go to dry your hands! These are a simple way to quickly change your decor; plus, they’re useful!
3. Artificial Tulip Bouquet
I have been seeing these on Instagram, and they look SO real! They come in so many different colors, but I think the white ones are so crisp and fresh looking. They would make a beautiful spring centerpiece for your dining room table. They would also add a touch of elegance to a guest bath or bedroom. I saw a tip for making these look even more real; put them in a clear vase with a little water. I’ve not done this, but I’m going to try it once these tulips come in.
4. Gingham Placemats, Set of 4
Pastels are always a great color choice when selecting spring and Easter home decor. I love these pink buffalo check placemats for a dining room table or a breakfast table, but they are also available in blue, tan, green, yellow, black, and orange. Have the girls over for lunch, or set these up outside on the porch on a side table. Too pretty.
5. Gold Arch Wall Mirror
This Amazon mirror is very similar to the very popular (and much more expensive) Primrose mirror from Anthropologie! It would look great on a mantle, over a dresser, or in a powder room. It is a steal when you compare it to Anthropologie, and looks amazing! This would be great all year long, not just in spring.
6. Hello Faux Boxwood Wreath
Have you switched out your winter wreaths yet? A boxwood wreath like this one will look great all spring and summer long! I thought the little hello sign was so cute, but it’s removable. Don’t forget about your outdoor spaces when you’re changing your decor. Your neighbors will be very impressed, lol.
7. Glass Dome Cloche
Have pretty Easter or Spring figurines? Show them off with a glass dome! These little cloches are so cute for styling a candle, a small faux plant, or even a bunny figurine! They are the perfect size to add to a shelf, nightstand, side table, desk, etc.
8. Chunky Throw
I have been eyeing one of Target’s Casaluna blankets every time I stroll through the bedding aisles. That is until I saw this very similar chunky knit blanket for almost half of the price on Amazon! They are great for draping across the foot of your bed or curling up on the couch to binge your favorite show. Available in several pretty colors.
9. Bunny Figurines
How precious are these little bunnies? They are perfect for adding a touch of Easter to your home, but they would look sweet all spring long! Add them to your Easter tablescape, or put them on your mantle or bookshelf. They also come in gold.
10. Happy Easter Wooden Signs
While we are talking about Easter decorations, I thought these wooden block signs were adorable! You girls know I love the happy spring colors, and they are very affordable at under $16. Put them in the foyer for a happy welcome to guests.
11. Botanical Wall Prints
I thought this set of botanical prints would look great in any space. They come unframed, but if you need frames, these will give you a similar look! A gallery of prints is a great way to fill an empty space in any room. These are light and airy but don’t scream SPRING.

Nothing says “Welcome” like a Happy Easter Welcome mat, lol. This is bright and cheery and a great size at 17″ x 29″ inches. You can put this at your front door or patio or even bring it inside for a fun addition to your guest bath. It has a great rating and is just $17 dollars.
Are the grandkids coming over? How cute are these bunny ear canisters? Put some chocolate eggs or fun candies in them and put them on the kitchen counter or use them as a centerpiece. They’d also make great gifts for the neighbors!
I love a good Welcome sign, lol. I bought one like this for my sister, and it was a huge hit. I love the interchangeable decorations for the different seasons. It’s a nice size at 12″ W x 12″ H. You could add more greenery or change the ribbon if you want to add a little more pizzazz!

The bunny jars are too adorable!!! I love them!!
Glad Joe is doing well! Will remember your brother in our prayers.
Loving the spring items! So ready ……
Love to decorate for Easter!
Joe is such a great sport!
I love to decorate for Easter. My mother’s maiden name was Hare so she collected hares(bunnies).
I now have her bunnies so I decorate with them. I do know Easter is the most important holiday because HE
lives ☦️
Cute Easter decor. Love the heart pjs. Keep up with the home exercises and Joe will be doing cartwheels before too long. LOL
I love putting out my Easter decorations – it’s my favorite holiday!
I have had 2 total knee replacements and did very well with each. PT will help speed recovery. Spring is definitely around the corner. Saw some daffodils blooming today. Ready to put out the Spring decor. You’ve given some good ideas.
Love the Spring Decorating ideas. Thanks for the tips.
I’m loving the jars with the bunny lids, so precious
The ice machine for your husband…we found out AFTER my husband was done with it, that you can freeze the small bottles of water and put them in the machine rather than constantly refilling it with cubed ice. It lasts much longer! If you haven’t heard this yet…
We’ve been doing that. At night when it runs out, we usually just top it off with ice.
Having developed tendonitis in my leg during Christmas and it taking forever to heal, I still have some Christmas decorations up!! I am so ready to decorate for Spring but just having to do a little each day as I am able.
One step at a time is how we can conquer the biggest mountains.
I love all the Spring decor. The interchangeable wreath is just too cute.
Love the black bunny door mat. I totally decorate for spring and Easter. Love bunnies and chicks. Joe looks great.
I had robotic knee surgery last year and have healed very well with excellent range of motion. Tell Joe that doing those painful exercises the first 6 weeks are the most important he will ever do because the range of motion you accomplish during those weeks is all you will ever achieve. I had full range of motion at 2 1/2 weeks and continued for 6 weeks with my therapy which was vital to my healing. I know way too many people who thought it was too painful and now their lifestyle is compromised by their lack of motion.
I’ve heard this from several people. I hope he will stick with it. If he quits, it will be because he will declare himself healed, not from pain.
So glad to see Joe doing well! Is he up walking without a walker or cane already? It’s hard to believe he just had this surgery. And he has a big smile! This is very encouraging for me as I’m counting down the days til I have my replacement. I’m wondering if he had his surgery at UOC (the new facility across from UT hospital)? Supposed to be state of the art and I wondered what you thought of it.
His was at a surgery center, I can’t remember the street name, but it was building #8.
So many wonderful ideas! I really like the “Hello” door sign and “Welcome “ signs.
Since we in Wisconsin had more snow this morning, seeing something with Spring 🌷 all over it was awesome!
Love the place mats and the mirror! So fun to decorate my house for spring!
I just put my Mardi Gras decor away yesterday and I’m ready for a break! Haha But I’m sure I will get the “bunny bug” soon and out will come the Easter decor!
Cute things. I don’t decorate special for spring and Easter. I just have a “He is Risen” plaque. I only decorate for fall and Christmas. The rest of the time it’s just neutral. Have you bought the Amazon throw? I’d like to know if it’s soft and the quality. I need a cotton throw or blanket for spring and summer.
I haven’t, but my daughter just bought it. She hasn’t gotten it yet.
Thank you. I will read the reviews. It’s a good price for organic cotton.
Love the spring & Easter decor! I’m ready!
Jen
I love these ideas!! Super cute!
You have inspired me to spruce up my house for spring. I love the tulips and the cute towels. Can’t wait for warmer weather
I love your post about things for the home. Love all the spring items too! Bunnies are my favorite- love the towels!
I for one Tania, would love to see your beautiful home and how you style it. I feel like we are already gurlfriends, so a stroll around your home would be so much fun.
Just a heads up about the tulips. They really do look like fresh tulips but after a year my once white stems have started to turn yellow.
Wishing Joe a speedy recovery.
Then you can decorate with a few touches of yellow, and they’ll fit right in. Hahaha!
. . . For such a time as this Esther 4:14 is one of my favorite verses! God has a plan for each of our lives, and I believe we were born for such a time as this.
I love to decorate for all seasons and holidays. It makes a house feel more like a home. I loved your post. You gave us many affordable Ideas.
Glad to see Joe is feeling well. Prayers for continued healing.
Joe looks Great! Sounds like he’s coming along good. Physical therapy helps a lot! They push you, which we wouldn’t do ourselves! He’ll be ready for golf in the Spring! His hand heart is cute, clever idea! Love all your Spring decoration ideas! Spring colors are so pretty!
Spring ideas are awesome. So Ready!
Love the gingham placemats!! Great with my spring China!!
Love the bunny ear candy holders!
I feel springier already! Loved the mirror and the dish towels particularly!
I liked those too, and I loved the doormat also.
Cute !!! but can’t compare to Joes cover shot ! He is a real trooper – You got a good one for sure .
Lol! He doesn’t know I put the photo in the email. Hahaha!
I love all of your Spring decorating ideas!! Very cute!!!
I have pulled out my Easter/Spring decorations and started trying to decide how to display. My house is decorated for snow/winter and I am giving up on snow. Year#2 without a flurry in upstate SC. The winter decor might go in a box this weekend. Lol. I love the tulips especially and the gingham placemats. Glad your Valentine is doing well.
Joe looks fabulous … so happy he’s doing good. Tell him even tho the exercises are tough he will be happy he did them later on. Have those tulips you show and everyone thinks they are real. I like your tip of the clear vase with a little water … mine are in a pretty white vase that was advertised with them at the time I got them.
Here’s an idea for the ice machine. Instead of using ice cubes, my husband froze several bottles of water and just kept replacing them whenever needed…no worry about making and running out of ice cubes. It worked great!
That’s what we’ve been doing. But, at night, we only use ice. For some reason, the machine isn’t staying cold enough with just bottles.
I froze water in cool whip containers and it seems like the larger chunks of ice helped it stay cold for a longer period of time. Then we added ice cubes to fill in the gaps along with water to the fill line.
This post makes me happy, like a breath of spring air! Woohoo! Beautiful items for the home and an early Easter this year!
I love switching out my decor. I’m going to look for a new spring wreath today.
