HAVE A BLESSED AND HAPPY THANKSGIVING
In case you don’t recognize me, this is a picture of me and Emersyn. If you are like me, you probably have your Thanksgiving menu all planned out, and you might have already started doing some of the cooking. But, before I head back to my cooking duties, I wanted to take a few minutes to tell all of you how THANKFUL I am that we have become friends. It has been rough this past week with all of the “improvements” that I am making to the blog. My improvements have turned out to be one step forward and three steps back. So, I appreciate all of you who have sent me messages of encouragement and for reminding me that this is just growing pains. Today is a day set aside for more than just food; it is also a day for thinking about all the things that we are thankful for. Too many times, it is the negative things that occupy our thoughts, but today our thoughts are going to be on positive things. So, I hope you and your family have a wonderful time and that you go ahead and eat a piece of the pie. Tonight and tomorrow are when things can get crazy. Once we have our bellies full and the dishes cleared and cleaned, then it is time to get serious. Some of us get focused on getting a lot of our Christmas shopping done in the next few hours, so that means we need to have a plan. I plan to write my list, come up with some ideas, set a budget, and then get out the laptop. I am not fighting the crowds or getting up at the crack of dawn to go shopping. Stores have gotten smart and have put most of their sales online also, so while my turkey is baking, I am online shopping. I have a few of the Black Friday sales in the header of my blog. But, I spent a lot of yesterday shopping one of two of the deals that started early, and I have some items picked out for you that have serious savings.
If you liked either one of these coats, then today is your lucky day. Talbots has a 50% off the highest-priced item in your cart, and they are also giving you 40% off your entire purchase!!! That makes me want to break into a dance.
I love Talbots clothes, and I think they are of excellent quality. My day is made when I get to buy the clothes that I want at a great price. Plus, I get to tell Joe how much money I saved. LOL!!!
This entire outfit is all on sale. That is good for you, but bad for me since I bought it BEFORE the sale. #bummer I have the items listed below for you.
Remember this beautiful leopard coat??? Well, this coat is now on sale for 50% off!
I added a collage of some of my favorite items that I have found so far, and I only shopped a couple of sales. All you have to do is click on the photo of the item you like below, and it will take you to the website.
If you are following me on Instagram, then you will see photos in my Instastories as I “try” to cook Thanksgiving dinner. It might be comical to watch my attempts. Lol!
I am trying to grow my Instagram, so if you do not already follow me, please do that by clicking here. Remember to sign up for my daily emails. Thanks so much for following me on my blog. Be sure to follow me on Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family, Tania! As I’m from Canada, we had our Thanksgiving back in October, but I will be watching the Macy’s Parade!
Happy Thanksgiving!!! Which one of those coats did you end up keeping??
Why do we focus on negativity? Such a flaw we women have. I too start my day with your blog. I still can’t believe you wear a large. You look so much smaller. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving.
Happy Thanksgiving to you, Joe, and your family..I prepped a bunch of items yesterday, so all I need to do today is bake them, and assemble some other dishes. As far as Christmas goes, I started in September, I have a fairly large list to buy for..and I am happy to say, I only have 4 more gifts to get, everything is wrapped so far and I sent my Christmas Cards out Monday..All I need to do is decorate and I am done..??..Many Blessings Tanya..
I am so blessed to have found you. Last year I went through breast cancer and as a result decided to start caring how I looked so I would be more confident and not look as old as I was. I lost weight, changed my hair style (similar to yours) and I keep upgrading my wardrobe. So thank you dear friend for being here everyday. Your efforts are much appreciated and I look forward to your daily posts. Happy Thanksgiving!
Cheryl, that’s a real inspiring post. You seem to have such a positive attitude and firm resolve after dealing with such a challenging health issue. Have a blessed Thanksgiving.
A very Happy Thanksgiving to you and your whole family, Tania! Have enjoyed you for a long time now. You are the very first blogger I started following and consider you a ‘friend’. Love you and think you’re just a wonderful person. Blessings and enjoy your day. It’s just my husband and me today. Our son and daughter in law live in Charlotte, NC and can’t be here this year and our daughter and son in law that live here are going to his mom’s house. We were invited too but he has such a big family we decided to ‘wing’ it this year. Instead, I will count my blessings today and watch a lot of football. Hahaha! ??????
Happy Thanksgiving girl!!!!! So grateful for this blog. It kick starts my day. Thank you for remaining true to yourself and publishing your Sunday blogs faithfully. Be blessed???.
Happy Thanksgiving! Enjoy the time with your family! I’m grateful you are part of my day and appreciate all the work you do to get your blog out to us.
