THREE TOPS THAT LOOKS GOOD WITH WHITE PANTS
Summer is here, and that means that it is time to wear your white pants. It is well after Memorial Day, so the fashion police won’t come and arrest you. But, what kind of tops looks the best with white pants???
Today, I am going to show you three absolutely gorgeous tops, and they all will look fabulous with white pants. You can also wear all of these tops with jeans, pants, or shorts.
I wore the same shoes with all of these outfits, even though that might not be the best choice. I just didn’t feel like changing my shoes between outfits. Lol!
We are going to start with this gorgeous striped top. This silky top feels so great against my skin, and this top reminds me of my Great Aunt T. She used to wear a striped similar top like this all of the time.
This top is shown on the website as a front tie shirt, but I chose to wear it un-tied. This makes the top very versatile, and I love versatile clothing. I love how this top looks dressy and also casual. I can see wearing this with a pair of navy slacks or a skirt for a dressy look.
The top is nice and long and covers my rear. I am not sure if that is something that you look for, but I always look for tops that are longer in the back. I am wearing a size 1 in this top, and it is a great fit for me.
I had to sit down so that I could give you a good look at these gingham bow heels! You might remember seeing me wear these earlier (Here), with an all navy and white outfit, so I decided to do some pattern mixing today.
These heels are soooo fancy and make me feel pretty. I know that they are pretty high for a lot of you, so here are some other choices for you.
I love the overall look of this striped top with the white pants, and when I looked last night, the top was on sale for 45% off. I sure hope that it is still on sale today!!!
I am a little sad about these photos, because they do not do this jade linen top justice.
This top is so vibrant and the sleeves and the placket are a different material that is a nice detail. I love the buttons on the placket and the collared look of the top. It is so gorgeous in person, and I am kicking myself because the sun washed out the photos.
This linen-blend top is not quite as long as the striped top, but it still gets the job done. The top is a classic style, and this is one that you will keep for years. I am wearing a size one in the top, and it fits great. The top also comes in white, pink, and navy just in case you are not a fan of green.
The crop flared jeans are from Loft, and I bought them at the beginning of spring. They are no longer available, but here are some similar ones for you.
The jewelry that I am wearing is mixed. I like mixing my metals now, but it took me a long time to get used to doing that. My Shine necklace is one that I love, and it reminds me to Shine for the Lord daily. I also added my Natalie bangle bracelet and Tima gold stud earrings.
Look who decided to join me in my photoshoot. I tried to coax her into taking a photo with me, but she was shy.
However, as you can see, she followed me to the next photo shoot. Lol! Lucy Lu hardly ever lets me out of her sight.
I admit this is my favorite look out of the three, but just barely. I really love all three tops, but navy and white is a color combination that I can’t resist.
This paisley tie-front top has dolman sleeves and a v-notch neckline. It reminds me of the toile print that is so popular, but it is modern and stylish. The tie-front design is great for those of us who carry our weight in the tummy region.
This top will look great with a wide variety of clothing, and it can be dressy or casual also. I love, love, love it when clothing is versatile. I’ll probably wear this next with a pair of jeans and sneakers. I am wearing a size 1 in the top, and it fits great.
My white pants are the No Stain Girlfriend crops from Chico’s. Someone commented that these pants really are great for water-based stains. I haven’t had any experience with stains on the pants yet, so I was glad to see the comment. I am wearing a size 1 in the pants also, and they are loose-fitting, but not baggy. When wearing white pants, that is the look that I go for.
So, which outfit is your favorite? The Aunt T striped button-up shirt?
The gorgeous jade classic placket shirt?
Or, the navy and white paisley tie-front top? I can’t wait to hear your thoughts on these outfits.
