MILITARY JACKET / AGELESS STYLE LINK-UP
Do you ever have the best intentions? You MEAN to do things, you WANT to do things, but you DON’T do them. That would be me most of the time. I have my excuses ready like I am busy, I got hung up on something else, or I just plain forgot. I can tell you my excuse today, is I just plain forgot. To make matters worse, this is the second time I have messed this up.
I guess you are now wondering what it was I forgot. I am part of a group of bloggers who link up on the first Tuesday on each month. It is only one day, so you would think that would be fairly easy to remember. BUT, the problem is, because it is only one day a month, I can’t get in the habit. Today’s theme is supposed to be military or cargo jacket. I have one, I just haven’t worn it this year. So here I sit, with no pictures, and a link-up in the morning.
So, I am doing what any half-witted blogger would do, I am recycling a few posts that show some items in that general area. Lol! These are photos from November of last year. Do you think I have changed? It all looks the same, but somehow different. The hair, the makeup, the weight, are all almost the same, but there has been subtle, and some not so subtle, changes. BUT, the nail polish is exactly the same. Lol!!!
This look is the same, yet different. The same olive green, but in a vest instead of a jacket. (See Post) I had forgotten about these items, I am excited about how I will style the same items I owned last year, in a totally different way. I look back at some of my outfits, and I think, “no way would I wear that now.” How can that be? In the span of one year, my taste and style have morphed, and I bet yours has too.

Oh Tania you did a brilliant job – especially considering you had forgotten. I think you can be forgiven! To be honest I also end up doing these posts last minute but really enjoy seeing how everybody’s take on this one item is so different.

Question: What length of pants do you think one should wear with a tunic? Ankle pants? I am 5’1 and have a cute Tunic I want to wear that’s Lori Goldstein brand, but if I wear regular length pants, the whole outfit looks to long. thanks
I like skinny ankle pants or leggings with tunics. I think the tight fit to the leg looks better with tunics.

Kathryn, I got that last year at TJ Maxx. It is by British Khaki.
