The kitchen is the heart of the home, and if you spend a lot of time cooking or baking, you’ll love today’s post. There are kitchen gadgets out there for everyone, no matter your skill level and these tools will help you work smarter, not harder in the kitchen. I’m excited because some of these finds have inspired me to get cooking!

Several of the items from my first “things you didn’t know you needed” were my best sellers last month. If you missed the first installment in this series, you can check it out here: Things from Amazon You Didn’t Know You Needed I can’t wait to see which of these finds are your favorite.

Kitchen Finds from Amazon You Didn’t Know You Needed

#1 Food Huggers

I always struggle with keeping a half-used fruit or vegetable fresh until the next time I need it. I don’t like to waste food, so these huggers are a great solution. These silicone food huggers reduce food waste by stretching to fit common fruit and vegetable halves. The set comes in a variety of sizes to allow for a perfect air-tight seal.

#2 Over The Cabinet Door Storage Rack

You can never have enough kitchen storage, and this space-saving, over-the-cabinet-door storage rack is great for maximizing the inside of your cabinet. It would be great for storing cutting boards or baking sheets. I love that you can hang a dish towel from the other side!

#3 Cord Wrapper, 2-Pack

The long cords on my small kitchen appliances always end up in a mess, and this cord wrapper is a great solution to an everyday problem that plagues many of us in the kitchen.

#4 Washable Non-Skid Kitchen Rug

This rug is washable and absorbent, making it perfect for in front of the kitchen sink. It’s very neutral, so it can go with any decor. Try this one if you are looking for a more supportive option for your feet and back!

#5 Vegetable Chopper and Dicer

I’ve used this 10-piece chopper for years, and it is destined to become your favorite vegetable chopper. The interchangeable blades allow you to chop, grate, dice, and slice in record-breaking time! I hate lugging out my larger appliances, so I usually end up using this instead. It saves me so much time making salads, salsa, meal prepping, and so much more.

#6 Glass and Bottle Rinser

I’ve been eyeing this glass and bottle rinser for a long time. This gadget can be installed in your sink so you can quickly rinse your glassware and spend less time soaking and scrubbing. It’s perfect for cleaning those coffee cups, wine glasses, and water bottles with hard-to-reach bottoms!

#7 Round Ice Cube Tray

I LOVE THIS! How fun are these round ice cubes? They would be so cute in iced tea, cocktails, iced coffee, etc. I like that they come with a container for storing them, as well as a pair of tongs!

#8 Fridge Liners

If you saw my refrigerator after Thanksgiving, you’d know why these are on my list. These pre-cut fridge liners protect your refrigerator shelves from messes and spills! It is inevitable that something always spills in my fridge, so these just got added to my cart in white.

#9 Collapsible Microwave Popcorn Maker

Do you like snacking on popcorn while you’re watching a movie at home? Get fresh, fluffy popcorn in only 2-4 minutes using this collapsible microwave popcorn popper! I love that it can collapse so that it can be stored in your cabinet without taking up a lot of additional room.

#10 Silicone Stove Counter Gap Cover

I hate the crumbs that collect between my countertop and my stove! There’s no good way to clean them out, and it’s impossible to avoid getting things in that gap when cooking… until this silicone stove counter gap cover! How genius is this gadget?

#11 Adjust-A-Tablespoon

I’ve had a similar tool from Pampered Chef that measured cups, etc., but I never knew the adjust-a-tablespoon tool existed. This eliminates the need for multiple measuring spoons a will help to declutter my drawer. It can measure from 1/2 teaspoon all the way to a full tablespoon simply by sliding the cover.

#12 Silicone Utensil Rest with Drip Pad

I know many of us have a spoon rest for our counter, but I am often times cooking with more than one utensil. I love that this rest has four slots for all of my spoons, ladles, spatulas, tongs, etc. Once you’re done, you can simply toss it in the dishwasher for easy clean-up!
