Hair Straighteners You’re Sure To Love
Y’all know I get a lot of questions about my hair. Believe it or not, I don’t spend a lot of time on it. More often than not, I do a quick dry and then a very few minutes with a straightener. It’s my tool of choice! Hair straighteners can transform frizzy, wavy, or curly hair into smooth, straight locks. They make it easier to manage and style your hair, giving it a polished and shiny look. So, I’ve rounded up some hair straighteners you’re sure to love.
With the right straightener, you can even create curls or waves, making it a versatile tool for various hairstyles. Don’t we all want that sleek, smooth look without spending hours in front of the mirror? Yes, I know I do!
Dyson products are my favorite for hair care. I’ve tried others, but I always end up coming back to my Dyson blow dryer and Corrale straightener. I use this almost every single day on my sides and bangs. My favorite thing about this version is that it’s cordless! That comes in handy when traveling, and everyone wants to use the same bathroom mirror.
It heats up fast and seems to help reduce hair damage. It is a little heavier than corded versions, but that is not a deal breaker for me. I have thick hair, but a few of my friends with fine hair love this straightener, too. They say it is because it seems to help with extra body.

BaByliss is one of my favorite brands. I’ve always been happy with their products. One of the things I love about this straighter is its ultra-thin, lightweight design. Straighteners can get heavy after a while, and like that, this one is super easy to handle and won’t tire out your hand. It heats up fast and gives you straight hair quickly—a plus. It’s perfect for everyday use.
Because my hair is layered, I like a small straightener, but this one would be great for anyone with long hair or hair that’s all the same length. The wider ceramic plates mean you can do more hair at once. I don’t know how they infuse the plates with anything, but this one says they are infused with Argan oil and Keratin. Apparently, it helps keep your hair smooth and shiny with less frizz. It’s at a great price point of around $35.
CHI is well-known for its high-quality, professional-grade hair salon tools. Plus, its products are cruelty-free, paraben-free, and sulfate-free, if that matters to you. Too bad they’re not actually free, lol.
CHI is a little more expensive than some others, but it’s highly rated. I’ve owned a CHI straightener for over 10 years, and it still works great. With over 18,000 reviewers, it has 4.4 stars. It heats up quickly, has adjustable heat settings, and uses advanced ceramic technology to distribute heat evenly.

Did you know that choosing the right temperature for your hair type is key to achieving the best results without causing damage? Thin or delicate hair? Use a lower setting, around 265°F to 300°F. Normal hair? A setting of 345°F to 370°F works well. It’s hot enough to straighten without causing too much heat damage. I have coarse hair, so I can use high temperatures of 410°F to 450°F.
The beauty has six temperature levels, from 265°F to 450°F, so you can find the perfect heat for your hair type. The twist design means you won’t accidentally press buttons while styling, ha! Plus, the curved ergonomic design means it can also be used as a curling wand and a straightener.
The LANDOT Flat Iron is a game-changer! This 1-inch ceramic combo tool effortlessly provides salon-quality results with ease. It heats up quickly and evenly, ensuring consistent performance and minimizing heat damage. The ergonomic design makes it comfortable to hold and use, even for long styling sessions. And the auto shut-off feature provides peace of mind.
Whether you’re going for sleek, straight hair or bouncy curls, this flat iron and curler combo delivers every time. The dual voltage feature makes it perfect for travel. It’s definitely a must-have for anyone looking to achieve professional hairstyles at home!
I remember when Paul Mitchell products first hit the shelves. They were hot stuff! Interestingly enough, the company was founded in 1980 by John Paul DeJoria and Paul Mitchell with a loan of just $700 dollars! That’s quite the ROI. This has a 1.25″ ceramic plate and heats up quickly. The digital display makes it super easy to set your desired temperature.

Some of my friends prefer brush tools. Brush hair dryers are very popular, so why not brush straighteners? This brush has dense bristles to reach more hair, so it works well for both thin and thick curly hair. It heats up in just 15 seconds and offers 16 temperature settings, from 180°F to 450°F. Plus, it uses negative ion technology for smoother hair. Safety features like a 60-minute auto shut-off and anti-scald design are an added bonus.
Why bother with a comb when you can get the benefits of a straightener brush? The Prizm Straightener Brush merges the functionality of a brush and flat iron into one innovative tool. It features curved comb teeth coated with keratin ceramic, allowing it to reach the roots and provide even heat distribution.
This design helps maintain your hair’s strength, reduces breakage, and ensures a smooth finish from root to tip. It heats up quickly in just 20 seconds and offers four adjustable temperature settings to suit your hair type. Plus, it includes safety features like an anti-scald exterior and automatic shut-off for added peace of mind.
You know I love getting more bang for the buck. This is a straightener and curling iron all in one! You can see from the photo that it has an adjustable temperature of 280°F-430°F, so you can choose your preferred heat. Plus, it has a fan with 360° vented airflow to instantly cool hair on contact. That is very helpful in keeping your hair styled the way you want for longer! Look for it on sale.

I would love to have a Dyson straightener. Honesty, I don’t really use one often enough to make the investment.
I haven’t had much luck with a flat iron with my wavy, fine hair, not to mention the humidity. I may try the brush!
You might need to try WOW. It is great for humidity.
I am always afraid I am going to burn my fingers on one of these!
Most of them are pretty easy to use, but I’ve burnt my fingers on the wands before.
This post is one I needed. I need a new straightener. I am liking that heated brush one too. I’ll be showing my daughter that one!!
I have a Lange that I love, but bought a super cheap travel flat iron (about 6″ long) and really like it!
I am a retired hairstylist with a sometimes frizzy (super humid here in NC) bob & when I occasionally straighten I use my old trusty CHI. Your hair always looks great, could you show us what products you use for daily styling sometime?
Tamatha, have you tried WOW for the humidity? It works wonders.
good morning! not a product I will use. i am sure these tips are helpful for those who prefer to straighten their curls.
I have had a CHI for years. I didn’t know there was brush straighteners though. That’s something I’d like to try.
I have the BaByliss and love it!
Thanks for letting everyone know.
I have a CHI and the same Lange. I use both but the Lange is my favorite.
Great to know.
Informative post! Thank you…
I have a cheap one. It’s still works though.
