April Monthly Amazon Round Up
Isn’t it crazy how quickly April flew by? It feels like just yesterday we were ringing in the new year, and now we’re already diving into May! With all the hustle and bustle of life, it’s easy to lose track of time. I’ve found so many great items from Amazon over the last month — everything from sporty skorts and athletic tops to gorgeous sundresses. To make shopping easier, I’ve compiled a handy roundup of all of my top Amazon discoveries for the month of April, and I think there’s something on this list for everyone!
April Monthly Amazon Round Up
I tried on some sporty skirts in this post for all of the tennis, golf, and pickeball loving gurls. This knee-length navy skort is dressy enough to be worn on a lunch date, etc. If I wore this skort while shopping, I wouldn’t have to worry about bending over and squatting down to look at items on the bottom shelf. The shorts underneath would keep me covered and worry-free. I love the pleating detail on this skort! Little details like this make a massive difference in the look of an outfit. The pleats make the skort look dressier for an elevated casual look, especially paired with this lightweight sleeveless shirt.
My sister, the tennis fanatic, would look great in this skort since she has skinny legs. (She reminds me of that a LOT!) This is the shortest skort and is a little short for my liking. However, since this is a post about playing tennis or pickleball, it would be perfect. It has a cute front flap and a ball pocket, and even though the 14″ length is too short for me to wear, it makes my legs look a MILE long! It looks great paired with this short sleeve tee, which comes in a pack of two.
This outfit is one that I could wear to a lunch date, shopping, church, or to a casual dinner. I love the flounce of this skort! It creates a feminine look that would be great for a dressy occasion, but it would still work as a tennis or golf skirt. The skort has pockets, which would be perfect for holding an extra ball. Plus, you gurls know I love the leopard print on the top!
I love wearing linen and linen blend pants in the summer. It doesn’t stop at pants; I also wear linen shorts, shirts, dresses, and skirts. This relaxed outfit is one I wore to the beach on our recent trip, and I talked my hubby into snapping a photo as we went out to grab a bite to eat. Everything I’m wearing is from Amazon, including the chic short sleeve sweater, comfy sandals, and this versatile straw handbag.
I loved putting together this post about what to wear to a wedding that isn’t a dress. A jumpsuit is great to wear to a wedding other than a dress since it is a one-and-done item. Of course, it depends on the style of the jumpsuit and the accessories! Even with the jogger hem, this is perfectly acceptable to wear to a wedding. I love the flowy sleeves and the tie belt. Pair it with your favorite high heels and elevated jewelry, and you’ll be a hit!
This black blouse and wide leg dress pant outfit looks very elegant for a wedding or event, and I love the coverage. I know most of us don’t want our arms to show, and it’s also got a very modest neckline, which I like. These are the type of pants you can wear to a variety of upscale events. Pair it with the top above for a complete wedding look, or try it with a black bodycon top for cocktails out with friends.
This long, stretchy, and flowy Short-Sleeve Maxi Dress is so simple to throw on and head out the door. I’ll wear it knotted on one side to shorten it and show a glimpse of my shoes and ankles.
I’ve worn this pair of wedge sandals for years. They are so comfortable and look great with shorts, dresses, and jeans. They are high, so proceed with caution. Lol. They are also available in black and a gorgeous deep red.
Long time readers might remember when I wrote about what to wear with yellow espadrilles. I talked about my yellow shoes again in this recent post. I still bring them out from time to time, and they look great with this tank swing dress from Amazon.
This is my go-to denim jacket, and I just keep finding new items I love to pair it with! Lately, I’ve been wearing it over everything from tees and tanks to sundresses and jumpsuits.
This boho floral maxi is all about those summer vibes. It is super flowy and really comfy, and it has this adorable tiered design. Perfect for a beach day or just lounging around looking fabulous. I love this dress in this color, but it comes in tons of prints, so you’re sure to find one you love. The great thing about this print is that is could also be worn in the fall. Pair it with a cute cardigan if you don’t like the sleeveless aspect.
Someone asked me the other day if blue was my favorite color. I do wear a lot of blue, but I’m not sure it is my favorite color. Blue looks good on me because it matches my eyes, but I also love many colors. I’ve been styling a lot of pink and lilac lately, and I definitely don’t want pink eye. Hahaha! Color aside, look at the gorgeous print on this dress!!! I wore this dress under a blazer which will be great for spring or fall, but it looks just as beautiful without the blazer for the rest of the hot summer months.
This one shoulder dress is perfect for any upcoming events on your social calendar! A denim jacket or white blazer will complete the look and make it appropriate for chilly spring evenings. The day I took these photos, my photographer said, “I hope you keep that green maxi dress and pink blazer.” She said it was her favorite outfit, and I have to agree. Pink and green look great together, and the jacket brings out the tiny pink flowers in the dress.
If you’re one of those sporty gurls that loved the skorts, you’ll love this post too with more golf/tennis court outfit inspiration. Some clubs require you to wear a collared shirt, like this lilac sleeveless top. The large size is perfect, and the light purple looks great with the blue-patterned skort.
This is my favorite skort! I love versatile clothing, and this skort outfit could be worn for golf, tennis, or a date night. I love this print, and this length is my favorite for a skort. The longer skorts look dressy, but this length helps to make my legs look long and lean, and that’s what I want. This skort is also available in more colors and prints. The top is from Amazon as well, and it’s so comfy AND affordable!

I have a question, when I was growing up in the 70’s, a linen dress or jacket was avoided as it would wrinkle so bad, & had to be dry cleaned. The linen pants you show fro Amazon look much softer and are they washable?
They are softer, and can be washed. But, I noticed they shrank and now are ankle length. I’ve still worn them since that length is in style. Lol!
Thank you for sharing different styles of skorts. There are some really cute ones out there!
