I was tickled to see so many of you were on Team Tania yesterday. Lol! Sorry, Mom, but you were wrong. Valentine’s Day will be here in less than a month, so I thought I would bring you a casual Valentine’s Day look. This look is one you could wear at home or if you were going to a casual get-together with friends. Is that even allowed anymore?

Casual Valentine’s Day Look

Last year, a few of my blogger friends and I decided to show you our Galentine’s Day looks. We all styled outfits that you could wear for a lunch date with your gal pals to Celebrate Valentine’s Day. Most of us will probably be celebrating Valentine’s Day at home this year, and I wanted to show you a cute stay at home outfit. Here is one of my favorite casual Valentin’s Day looks from when I was in Georgia visiting my sister.

Joe and I will once again be celebrating at our house, hopefully munching on chocolate-covered strawberries. We don’t order from Shari’s Berries, although they are delicious. Joe will either order from someone who is local and doing them or go to our grocery store and pick up several dozen. He always buys strawberries for me, my daughter-in-law, Kayla, and Emersyn.

This black and white marbled sweater is perfect for a casual Valentine’s Day outfit. You can wear a heart sweater for other occasions, not just Valentine’s Day. I like hearts, and I wouldn’t have a problem wearing this in March or April. I don’t choose items that say “Valentine” on them for that reason.

This sweater is from the Loft Outlet, and even though I just got it in this week, it is down to XS sizes only. Don’t worry! There are many cute heart inspired sweaters still available. I’ll link to those.

You would have thought that I would have worn my Sophee heart earrings with this sweater, but I went a different route. Since the heart was so prevalent on the sweater, I decided to wear the AVI large hoop earrings instead. I do have on my small Sophee heart necklace that I got both of my granddaughters. And I also have on the rhinestone cross that I’ve been wearing lately. I got my gold cross necklace caught on something and broke the chain, so I have to get that one fixed.

These boots by Vince Camuto are so nice, and they really elongate your leg. The black on black look and the boots’ pointy toe makes my legs look so long. I can’t believe that these boots are still on sale and in stock. The camel color boots have been sold out for a while now, but the black is still available.

If you can wear heels, then these boots are really nice. They run true to size, and I am wearing my usual size 9 in the boots. Here are a couple of other boots for you to look at.

You might not tell, but my black jeans have a small amount of distressing. This is a pair that I bought at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, and I have worn them a lot. These are by Madewell, and the only complaint I have about them is that they are very high-waisted. The jeans are down to a size 27 only, and I am wearing a size 31. I think these run a little small, so I size up 1 notch, and they fit fine.

I also ordered a pair that looks almost identical to these from Joe’s Jeans, but they haven’t arrived yet. Joe’s Jeans also run a tad small, so I ordered a 32 in them too.
