You see me laughing because the cat over in the corner has been trying his best to get in my photos. That is Penelope, and she is Emersyn’s cat that lives next door. Penelope kept rubbing all over my legs, trying to get me to pet her. But, I was trying to hurry and get my photos taken because I needed to get to the Post Office before they closed. As you can see, she was very persistent. She is a sweetheart, and if I hadn’t been in such a hurry, I would have taken the time to love on her for a bit. Right after I took this picture, I went to the camera to reset the timer, and she ran under my feet. I was trying to not step on her and trying not to trip at the same time. Unfortunately, one of those didn’t work out. I stepped on her little paw as I was stumbling and she squealed and ran off. I tried to call her back and make it up to her, but she was not having it. She would get about 3 feet away from me, and if I took a step toward her, she would runoff — poor baby. ? I love the light orchid long sleeve cardigan. I was freezing in the house all morning, so I took a hot shower and put this outfit on to wear to the Post Office. It came a downpour earlier that morning, and when I stepped outside, the humidity slapped me in the face. It took about 10 minutes before the lens on the camera would clear up enough for me to take my photos.
The cardigan was hot since it was so humid, so I took it off. I might even like the look better without the cardigan. What do you think? The dark orchid top that I have on is probably two years old. The top was by LOGO by Lori Goldstein from QVC. It is 100% Rayon, so it is very silky, but you have to watch about lumps and bumps showing. I am wearing a small; it seems like everything from QVC runs large.
My Camden earrings are gold hoops that are adorned with green beads, and they have a 3.25″ drop. My leopard print necklace looks so cute against the deep orchid background. It is called the Rosalynn, and it has burgundy beads on an antique chain. The necklace is long, and it is adjustable from 36.5″ – 39.5″. The light green velvet bracelet has a beautiful crystal design and has a magnetic closure. It is adjustable to 8.5 inches. The bracelet is the Page. I wore these pants earlier this month (see here) and this color is going to be huge for fall. I like the utility fuller cut style of the pants; they aren’t tight around the legs at all. I am wearing my usual size, and they fit great. These came from Cato Fashions, and here is the link. How cute are these snake print shoes? They have silvery studs that add an edgy shine to this pointed loafer made with a flexible, flower-embossed sole. These are by Steve Madden, and here is the link. I ordered my usual size, and they fit, but I would have liked a 1/2 size larger. I love sharing my love of Rodan and Fields products with all of you. I was so pleasantly surprised by my results with the products that I wanted to tell everyone what they could do for them also. Yesterday, I got an email that alerted me that I had my payday from R+F. I just sat and stared at it for a minute because I was so thankful for what I had been given. Don’t get me wrong, I work for that paycheck just like the next person, but it is more than what I ever dreamed was possible. When I started, I only hoped for a couple of hundred bucks. I thought that I could buy some new shoes or jewelry and not feel guilty about making my purchase. That is almost comical to me now. Instead, this now represents my car payment, my electric bill, (even in the winter) my cable and water bill, my food for the month, my gas for the month, and all of my clothing, plus plenty extra. I don’t have a mortgage payment, or it would take care of that too. But, let’s be honest, what would a couple of hundred, 1,000.00 or 5,000.00 extra per month mean to you? That is not a pipe dream; it can be a reality. I know because it happened to me. I still love sharing the products with everyone, but I genuinely love sharing the business more. I see how big a difference it has made for the ladies who have already joined me, and I know what it could do for you also. Love it! Olive is a big trend this Fall and is a great neutral that can be paired with everything, in my opinion. Last year Cabi even had a light blue and olive shirt with a light blue sweater. I bought it and consistently got tons of compliments! I like olive with anything but red.
I use olive or sage green as a neutral. Goes with almost any color. I’ve never really loved any shade of green, but my favorite house had sage green walls in my bedroom & it worked with every single bedding set I had, So I now have several pants/capris in those colors & wear them a lot.
I love it on you but I’m color shy when it comes to more than one piece having color. I do love the colors though & with silver gray hair, I think it would look nice. I was a lot braver with color when I was young like you. My favorite color choice was a medium peachy sweater with burgundy pants. I don’t know why it worked but it did.
I never would have thought to put those two colors together but I LOVE them! I’m like you, I love color and mixing things up but this one surprises me. It works!!! You look darling as ever.
I attempted the Cato link and it took me to the jewelry. So often I buy what you link and have never been disappointed! Please let me know which pants these are. And you look fab in this combo!

Adorable outfit. Love the necklace and the shoes!!
Great color combo! Poor kitty, they act so pitiful when they get in the way, and stepped on.

Love the purple pieces too.
I have never been a fan of green either. But, I also have a sage green wall, and I love it too. Lol!

This color would look great with silver-gray hair!
That color combo looks great together. Thanks for the idea. 🙂 ALways love animal print anywhere it can go.
I think animal print goes with everything also!
