Get flawless, glowing skin with this top-rated tinted moisturizer. It’s a great all-in-one solution that not only protects your skin with SPF 46 but also provides a light, sheer coverage that evens out your complexion and minimizes the look of fine lines. This moisturizer is formulated to blend naturally with any skin tone, ensuring a perfect match. I set the moisturizer with the SPF powder and then apply my blush, etc.
My daughter ordered this Protec(tint) Daily Skin Tint SPF 50 and the Re)setting 100% Mineral Powder SPF 35 (seen below). She accidentally sent it to my house, and I accidentally opened it up and used it. Lol! I love the idea of a tinted SPF moisturizer, but the Drmtlgy one is too light for me. The shades my daughter ordered weren’t the right ones for me, but I quickly realized that the coverage was excellent. I ordered the 32N shade, and it should be in this week. I’ll let you know if it is the right color for me, but there are lots of colors if it isn’t.
I also used the (Re)setting 100% Mineral Powder SPF 35. It is the first powder sunscreen that I could actually see on my face. I’m always afraid that the powder isn’t covering my face and I will get a sunburn. With this one, I didn’t have to worry. I gave my daughter her tube and ordered the medium shade for me. I’m actually excited to get these two products!!!
Let’s start with a household name! This tinted sunscreen is a real multitasker. It offers SPF 30 protection while giving your skin a healthy glow, thanks to its universal tint that blends seamlessly with all skin tones. Perfect for offsetting the white-cast often left by mineral sunscreens, this lightweight and non-greasy formula feels great on your skin. It’s packed with hydrating ingredients like Hyaluronic Acid and calming Niacinamide, making it suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Plus, it’s free from fragrances and harsh chemicals, so you can feel good about using it daily, either alone or under makeup as a tinted primer.
Be sure and check to see the shade of tint. This sunscreen is perfect for medium to tan skin tones. AND its non-greasy, oil-free formula also doubles as a BB cream! I love that Australian botanicals like Eucalyptus and Red Algae infuse this product to nourish the skin. Plus, since it’s not tested on animals, it makes a guilt-free addition to your skincare routine.

My go to tinted moisturizers are Sun Bum for Face and Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer SPF 30. May have to give the LM Tinted Moisturizer Light Revealer and Bliss Mineral Base a try.
So many options! I can’t decide what to try. My dermatologist recommends at least spf30. I tried a tinted tube last summer but if was so greasy I really hated it. Seems the CeraVe may be a good option.
Happy Birthday! If you had said you were 44, I would have believed you! By the way, if you haven’t tried
Haruharu Wonder sun screen, you might like it. It’s my favorite ever since Hot and Flashy recommended it.
I’ve not heard of it.
I’ve been using CeraVe for several years and like it – my dermatologist recommended it to me. I may have to try some of these others too. Thanks for posting this.
Thank you for sharing several options. I like that the CeraVe is affordable and contains Ceramides.
I’ve been using the Australian Gold for years and still love it. I use it on days when I’m not wearing other makeup to even out my skin tone.
I am almost out of my tinted moisturizer so this was perfect timing. I am going to try the SuperGoop one and I liked the fact I could match it to my current foundation color so takes some guessing out of ordering.
Love the idea of SPF and a little bit of color together!
I have the Dermatology one and I like it
I think the powder sunscreen one is genius – my skin is a little oily so some of the others might clog my pores.
Thank you for this list! I was just searching for good options for a tinted SPF for oily skin. Have you tried EltaMD? Thankful to have just recently found your site. I especially love how you add encouraging Scripture with each post! Blessings!
I have tried Elta MD sunscreen. I can’t remember now what was the issue, but something about it irritated me.
I love tinted moisturizers and this was helpful. I will look into these when it’s time to get more. Thanks!
I have been using Ulta Mineral Sunscreen Tinted Face Lotion for a while, and I like it. I had been looking for a mineral sunscreen for everyday use since the others irritate my skin. It is about $13/tube and lasts a long time.
Huummm, may have to try them, interesting!
Love DRMTLGY skincare products!! I have been using the tinted moisturizer for a few months and it gives me a nice glow. It only takes a dab to cover my whole face.
Thank you. I’m going to try the supergoop. Can advise again about eyebrows? Do you have yours tinted or do it yourself?
I had them tinted, but I’m thinking about doing that myself.
I would love to hear about your experience tinting your own brows. Please share – I’m very interested in learning to do this!!!
Joan, it was easy. They just use a dye and brush it on your brows. It only stays on a short amount of time, and then they wipe it off. They usually look pretty dark for the first couple of days, and then they fade. It will last about a month before it needs to be done again.
