As temperatures begin to cool (they WILL cool, right?) I happily transitioned my closet from summer to fall. The first items I move to the front of the closet are my cashmere sweaters! I love cashmere, but I don’t love the price tag. Thankfully, over the years, I’ve found some great inexpensive resources. Today I’m sharing the best chic AND affordable cashmere and Cashmere-like sweaters.

The Best Chic And Affordable Cashmere And Cashmere-Like Sweaters – Under $150

I found Quince a few years ago, and they have been my cashmere go-to ever since. I’ve found the quality to be good, and they don’t seem to sell out quickly like a lot of my other favorite retailers. I love a good turtleneck in a neutral color. It’s a classic! This one is incredibly soft, and it is available in Burgandy and Charcoal if this light brown is not your favorite.

Believe it or not, this pretty V-neck version is available from Amazon! It comes in a whole bunch of great colors, including magenta, lavender, and red. It’s been reviewed 490 times and has a 4.4-star rating!

Cashmere is for cardigans! How pretty is this Dusty Copper version from Nordstrom Rack? It would be perfect for fall. It’s the right color, and you can remove it if the weather shifts warmer. The reviewers say that the quality is great and that it runs true to size.

Another gorgeous version from Quince! This comes in neutrals like grey, black, and navy, but it has a host of others, too. Why not try it in the beautiful sage green? Or pink? It’s actually called a Mongolian Shrunken Cashmere Sweatshirt, and I think it’s perfect for a more casual look.

The Best Chic And Affordable Cashmere And Cashmere-Like Sweaters – Under $50

I’ve bought several Quince $50 dollar cashmere sweaters, and I’ve been very satisfied. The one pictured here is a pretty heather grey, but like the one above, comes in many pretty colors. Worried about the quality? It’s been reviewed over 7,000 times and has a whopping 4.9-star rating! But be aware the ivory version is slightly see-through, but most ivory cashmere sweaters I have is the same way.

Here’s the same sweater in a V-neck. It also has great reviews and a high rating of 4.8 stars! For the price, you really can’t beat this sweater. The color is perfect for fall. FYI, they run true to size.

Quince is not the only place to find affordable cashmere. This mock turtleneck is available on Amazon and comes in several styles and colors. If high turtlenecks bother you, try a mock turtleneck. It’s a great alternative.

The Best Chic And Affordable Cashmere And Cashmere-Like Sweaters – Alternatives to Cashmere

I know that a lot of you can’t wear cashmere due to allergies, so I’ve included a couple of very affordable cashmere-like options. This pullover is from Walmart and comes in several pretty colors, including orange and sky blue. Best part? It’s under $25 dollars!

Here’s another VERY affordable “not cashmere” sweater for those of you who need an alternative. It comes in black, grey, tan, sage green, and many others. The description says it’s 50% Viscose, 28% Polyester, and 22% Nylon. When I say affordable, I mean it. It’s available for just $10 dollars!

This soft sweater from Amazon Essentials is perfect if you want softness but can’t handle the cashmere. It’s got a ton of fans! It’s been reviewed over 11,000 times and has a 4.5-star rating. It comes in solid and other prints, too. And, it’s just $21 dollars!

What do you think? Are you a fan of cashmere? Let me know if you’re going to update your fall wardrobe with one of these beauties.
