T-SHIRT AND JEANS SERIES, PART FIVE
It is time to once again hop on the airplane and head back across to the east coast. It has been an exhausting week and I need to go back to work to rest. Lol! Holy Moley, I have eaten everything in site and have probably gained at least 10 pounds. I think I need to start a new blog called “Tania, Tania 2×4.” That works for me on so many levels, gained weight and work in a lumber company. Clever, huh? Haha!
Let me tell you that it has been a real eye opener for me coming out here to California. I am used to the homestyle cooking of the south where everything is breaded and deep-fried and of course smothered in gravy. Out here it is all grilled, riding bikes, and jogging for everyone. I am going to start exercising as soon as I get home, well maybe starting Monday. I am normally pretty chipper about my age and don’t worry about it much but all these size 2 gorgeous girls out here have really taken their toll on me. I feel older, heavier, and I need my chi back. I bet a few sweet kisses from Beckley and Lucy Lu, (and maybe Joe too) will make me feel better. I think I am just homesick.
This is the last look in this t-shirt and jeans series. What did you think? Is this something you would like to see again? I changed today’s look by adding a kimono with a gorgeous print and fringe. This kimono is sheer and light weight and it would also make a great beach cover-up. I bought this kimono on a woman’s club trip to Lynchburg, VA in a little boutique. It is colorful and really adds a little pizzazz to any outfit.

I really enjoyed the T-shirt and jean series, most helpful. Like others have mentioned I also would appreciate you doing this with other staple closet pieces. Thanks!
Loved the series and this might be my favorite look, or the jean jacket or…..lol can’t decide.
Tania I am a California girl born and raised here and I’m telling you that California girls don’t have a thing on you gurl so don’t you go a changing! I have been following you since shortly after you started the blog and I have been blessed in more ways than that I thought possible from a fashion blog but then again it is sooooo much more than that. I absolutely love the fashion but then there’s the cute or heart wrenching stories, hair and makeup tutorials and one of my favorites your Sunday morning messages. You truly are a blessing so don’t you change one single thing please.
Amen
I loved this series. Thanks for keeping it real and styling for us.
I like this look! I think I would prefer a wedge sandal though, to go with BOHO vibe. I live in Nor Cal and definitely not a size 2 any longer. (Try 2×5) Sigh. But always trying to be my healthiest . True that we eat much more grilled poultry and fish , fresh veges and fruit, as it’s so plentiful here. Spoiled! Please don’t feel bad about yourself. You always look beautiful, truly.
I have recently started following your blog and absolutely love it. You have given me so many ideas to try. It was nice to see the jeans series.
I loved this series. I like the tshirt and jeans look, but need to lose the spare tire to make it look good ☹️
I loved all of your looks. However, I prefer flat shoes as my feet don’t like heels very much anymore
Love love, please do sweatpants, so we get ideas, how to be beautiful at home rekaxing.
Great series. Loved what you did with a white t & jeans.
I loved this series! Sometimes I really need the visual for inspiration. The kimono is beautiful, as is the whole outfit. Thanks so much!
So cute! Comparison is deadly – remember whose you are!
