Good luck on your diet Tania. That tomahawk steak looks amazing. I have cooked one at home before and did it the same way you did, in the oven and it was really delicious. I have not heard of the carnivore diet but I’m sure you will both lose weight on it. My husband and I went on the Paleo diet a couple years ago and both of us lost about 20 pounds. However, we’re not on it anymore, although we do try to stick to some of the principles of cutting out starchy carbs, especially during the week. Unfortunately, I have now developed high cholesterol and I think it may have arose because of all the meat and dairy I was eating on the Paleo diet. I’m currently back to trying to eat as healthy as I can but losing the weight is a continuous challenge for me. Thanks for highlighting all the pretty shoes with kitten heels. I’m really liking the mule style so happy to see them back.

    1. Elizabeth, I’ll be watching my cholesterol levels. The total number can be higher as long as the LDL and the Triglycerides stay low.

    What’s a tomahawk steak??

Do use a curling iron on ur hair?? It looks good all the time- what’s your secret???

    1. The Tomahawk is a cut off of the Ribeye which always has a large bone attached. I use a flatiron on my hair, and I’m going to do a post on my hair soon.

Good morning hope you’re enjoying the carnivore diet . my husband and I were on it 2 month before his knee surgery we think it helped with the inflammation on his knee to reduce it before surgery. And I must say I felt very good on it.(as I have some stomach issues) I’m trying to make it a life style for us instead of a diet. Good luck. also I’ve never tried the kitten heels. I do wear heels but no higher than 2″ . Have a wonderful day!
