Awesome Products to Make Wearing High Heels A Breeze

Let’s talk about high heels, my fave! We all know how fabulous they can make us feel. Whether it’s a fancy dinner, a night out with friends, or just wanting to add a little extra pep to our step, high heels can be our best friends. But, let’s be honest, they can also be a bit of a pain – literally As we get older, comfort becomes more important, but that doesn’t mean we have to give up our beloved heels. I’ve been on the hunt for awesome products to make wearing high heels a breeze. Let’s get into it!

Arch Supports Orthotics Inserts

I don’t know about you, but I have really high arches. I like the look of Barbie’s feet, but I don’t want them! These inserts provide great arch support that helps keep your feet and legs aligned, making them less tired.! The deep heel cup helps protect your heels from sliding around which also helps for stability. Made from a comfy EVA material, they absorb shock and keep your feet cool. Perfect for all kinds of shoes, these insoles will make your high heels way more comfortable! (Tip: Practice Good Posture: Stand tall with your shoulders back and your core engaged. Good posture can help distribute your weight more evenly and reduce strain on your feet.)

Super Soft Replacement Innersoles

No matter the height of the heel, a cushy insole is always a good thing. These inserts are super soft, thanks to the memory foam. They absorb shock and ease pain from standing or walking for long periods. (Tip: Don’t wear heels all day. Give your feet a break by switching to flats or lower heels.) Plus, they’re breathable to keep your feet dry and fresh, and they’re even machine washable! (Tip: Make sure your heels fit well. Shoes that are too tight can cause blisters and pain, while shoes that are too loose can lead to instability and accidents.)

Ball of Foot Cushions

Gurls, high heels look amazing, but they put a lot of pressure on the ball of the foot. These Metatarsal Pads are here to save the day! They provide instant relief whether you’re at the office, out shopping, or dancing the night away. Plus, they stick in place, so no slipping around in your shoes. (Tip: After wearing heels, stretch your feet and legs to relieve any tension. Simple exercises like rolling a tennis ball under your feet can help.)

Heel Pads for Shoes That are Too Big

Have you ever had shoes that are just a bit too big? There’s nothing worse than having your heels slide up and down! These Heel Pads from BIGIICO provide extra cushioning to relieve heel pain and ensure a snug fit, so no more slipping and sliding around. With four pairs included, you’ll always have a pair ready to keep your shoes fitting perfectly. (Tip: If you’re new to heels or haven’t worn them in a while, start with a lower heel and gradually work your way up to higher ones.)

Heel That Pain Plantar Fasciitis Insoles

Are you struggling with heel pain or plantar fasciitis? These heel seats use special acupressure to ease pain from heel spurs and plantar fasciitis. The deep heel cup and firm support help improve your posture and keep you comfortable. Made from durable rubber, these insoles fit perfectly in most shoes and are designed for maximum relief. They have a 120-day guarantee, too! (Tip: Choose heels with a platform under the toe area. This reduces the angle of your foot, making them more comfortable to wear.)

Body Glide Foot Glide Anti Blister Balm

Have a pair of heels that just rub you the wrong way? Body Glide is for you! This balm creates a non-greasy barrier that protects your skin from friction and rubbing. Made with allergen-free ingredients, it’s safe for everyone and even helps minimize inflammation with vitamins A and C. Just apply it to your toes, heels, or any problem areas, and enjoy your shoes without the worry of blisters! (Tip: Wear your new heels around the house before taking them out for a full day. This helps soften the material and molds them to your feet.)

It’s the pinky; it’s always the pinky, lol! I’d never heard of pinky sleeves until I started researching this post, but I gotta say – genius! These gel toe covers help with corns, blisters, ingrown toenails, and other toe issues, AND they protect against friction. Made from super stretchy gel material, they provide a comfortable cushion that fits easily inside any type of shoe: sneakers, sandals, and, of course, heels! (Tip: Heels with adjustable straps can provide a better fit and prevent your feet from sliding forward.)

Original Better Blister Bandages

If I’m wearing heels for any length of time – think “wedding” – I always carry bandages in my purse. These aren’t your typical bandages; they have 25% more cushioning than similar products. Their ultra-sticky design means they’ll stay in place, even while dancing! Keep a variety pack on hand to tackle blisters before they start! (Tip: Have pain on the ball of your foot? Tape your third and fourth toes together with medical tape. This helps alleviate pressure on the nerve that causes pain.)

      1. Not sticky and doesn’t turn to powder. 🙂

  10. Thanks for showing us these products. I donated all my high heels except wedge heel ones. I only wear block and wedge heels and try to stick to 2 to 2.5 height. As you get older especially past 70 you have to think of safety. You don’t want to fall on your high heels.
