HOW TO WEAR BLACK AND RED FOR A CLASSIC LOOK

What a crazy busy day I had yesterday. The weird part is, I can’t really tell you a thing that I got accomplished. How many of you can identify with my day? I did cook some yesterday for the first time using my Ninja Foodi. The air fryer was something that I had never tried before, so I was anxious to give it a try. Cooking is not something that I love doing, but I sure like eating, so I was willing to give it a go.
Joe decided that he wanted some ribs, so he went to the store and brought back a rack for me to cook. I put them in the pressure cooker after I had rubbed them down with spices. Once they had finished cooking, I smothered them with barbecue sauce and then put them into the air fryer. I have to admit that I was shocked at how crisp the air fryer made the ribs, and Joe was shocked at how good they tasted. The cleanup was super easy also since everything was all in one pot. Then, Joe got the big idea to see if we could cook bacon in the air fryer. We (that means me) cooked two pounds of bacon and it was just as crisp as if I had fried it in the pan. No splatters and no burns from hot oil were two things that I didn’t miss at all. It looks like I might be using this method of cooking again soon.
I bet this sweater gets your attention. Don’t you love the color of this sweater? And, look at that neckline!!! I love the deep v-neck, and how it is trimmed with the lace. This is a fine gauge knit sweater, and it is perfect for a dressy occasion. This sweater is perfect worn with nice slacks and skirts, but you could also wear them with jeans.

The sweater looks as beautiful, leaving as it did coming. It featured a double v-neck, so you get the same effect coming and going. I think this sweater would be beautiful for Valentine’s Day; the lace makes it look romantic looking. I am wearing a medium, and this sweater is from the Loft outlet. Don’t worry though, just because it looks dressy, doesn’t mean that you have to dry clean this baby. The sweater is machine washable, so you don’t have to worry. The Sophee gold drop earrings feature a dainty design that is very unique. I love the way the earrings curve to the shape of your face, and I find them very flattering. Here is the link to the earrings. I am once again wearing my necklace from Chloe & Isabel. The Chloe & Isabel company closed last year, but I found a couple listed on eBay for you. I bought these black velveteen straight-leg pants back when I went to North Myrtle Beach for a week. Joe played golf, and I spent my time shopping. I guess there are worse things that I could have done. Lol! I love how these pants fit and the straight leg is very flattering. Here is the link to the pants which are also on sale.
I wanted to show you two different looks for the shoes. These gorgeous leopard print pumps have a metallic champagne color that makes these pumps shiny and sparkly. With almost a 4″ inch stiletto heel, these might not be for the faint of heart. These are by Jessica Simpson, and I sized up a 1/2 size on these, and they fit great. Here is the link to the Jessica Simpson Leopard Pumps.
I know the black pumps are the traditional choice for this outfit. But, the leopard print heels are a modern look and a great alternative to the more classic black pumps.
