When I go Christmas shopping, I use the 1-for-1 rule. Every time I buy a gift, I buy something for myself. Lol! I might not follow that rule exactly, but I do tend to find a LOT of stuff for myself when I’m shopping for others. I blame my father!!! I remember as a child; he would go shopping for a gift for my mom for her birthday, anniversary, Christmas, etc. He would come home and tell her that he went to buy her a gift, but he couldn’t find anything he thought she would like, but…. he did find himself this nice watch, knife, etc. Hahaha! I guess I take after my dad when it comes to shopping. So, whether you are searching for gift ideas to add to your own Christmas list or simply treating yourself to something new, this guide is for you!

Sleeping on a silk pillowcase can help to reduce the amount of frizz in your hair. Since silk is smoother than other fabrics, such as cotton, sleeping on a silk pillowcase can reduce the amount of friction that occurs as you toss and turn. I sleep on a silk pillowcase every night; I’ve heard it helps to prevent wrinkles, and I certainly hope it helps.
