FALL IS THE PERFECT TIME OF YEAR FOR JEGGINGS AND SWEATERS
I love jewel tones for fall. When the temperatures start to drop, I start searching for the beautiful deep colors that will punch up any outfit. I especially like wearing jewel tones with a neutral, so that it has that extra POP.
I am thrilled to once again bring you a beautiful and stylish outfit compliments of Walmart. One of the things that I like best about Walmart is the fact that it is so accessible. I live in a tiny remote area of Virginia, but a Walmart store is only a few minutes away. While I love going to an actual store to browse, I have gotten spoiled with online shopping. Everything that I am wearing today was ordered online, and I am going to show you how you can get the entire thing for yourself.
I have always been drawn to the Fair Isle style of sweater with its Nordic look. If you have ever tried to find a Fair Isle sweater at a great price point, then you know how difficult that can be. I love how this one has the muted colors of rust and teal on a creamy background, and I especially like that it doesn’t have snowflakes as the pattern because those make it look too much like a Christmas sweater. The pattern on this top can be worn all fall and winter, and even into spring. This does run true to size, and I am wearing a large. Here is the link to the sweater.
I have been wearing a lot of corduroys all ready this year, but this deep teal is by far the prettiest pair that I own. These are by Time and Tru and the color is called Gem Slate. I thought the photo looked teal, but I was afraid that the jeggings would be gray when they arrived. I was thrilled that the color of the pants was true to the photo. I will suggest sizing up with these pants; I am wearing a size 10 but I am going to send these back and get a size 12 instead. Because I now know how much that I like these pants, I think that I will order the blue and burgundy pair also. The fact that the pants are only $15.84 might have also influenced my decision. Lol! The final touch of my outfit is my feather flats in burgundy. I love these flats, and I wear them all of the time because they are so comfortable. What a coincident! I was in Walmart today and saw the pants, looked at them real quick and ran to check out because I was running late to meet someone. I plan to go back tomorrow and try them on. Do they have much stretch in them? Beautiful colors!
You will love the pants, the color is gorgeous. I don’t remember them having a lot of stretch in them. I have another pair ordered, and hopefully, I will get them next week.

Corduroy never really goes out of style. They just change up the material from wide to thin wale.
Thank you for today’s ideas. I love the color teal and have already ordered the pants. I will go to our store today to see if the shoes are in store so I can try those on. This will be a great addition for fall and winter. I live in Florida but contrary to what some people think, it does get cold here and this will feel just right.
I love the color of these pants also! They look so nice on; they were just a tad bit tight through the waist. Maybe I have been eating too much candy. Lol!
