You know I love a holiday that involves fashion and when it’s based on a saint, even better! Even if you don’t celebrate by going to parades, drinking green beer, or having corned beef and hash, you can rock the color of the day. Today, I’m sharing easy and fashionable ways to wear green on St. Patrick’s Day!

Easy and Fashionable Ways to Wear Green On St. Patrick’s Day  – Shirts

I am not a “the glass is half-full” gurl…I’m a “the glass is running over” one instead! If there ever was a shirt that suited me, it would be this one!

I always think everything is going to work out for the best, and Joe is one who believes in preparing for the worst, just in case. We make a good team since I’m believing for the best, but he has us prepared just in case the outcome is something different.

The tee above is cute, but it might be chilly on St. Patrick’s Day. If that is the case, adding a denim jacket or a cute cardigan would work.

I love this playful, fun Shamrock Sweater. It reminds me of the black sheep sweater that Princess Diana wore years ago. That sweater had all white sheep and one black sheep. This sweater would also be cute to add a button down shirt under it for added warmth and interest.

Let’s start with an obvious one. This Lucky Irish T-shirt is so cute. I love the sequined shamrock! If you don’t love it but want a t-shirt, please check out the link. There are almost 40 different options. There are SO MANY cute ones. I chose this because I like a lot of bling but I could have gone several other directions.

If you don’t want to be too obvious or are looking for something you can wear beyond St. Patrick’s Day, this shirt is for you. I love the bell sleeves with the elastic cuff, and the deep green is gorgeous. It’s a very affordable $35 dollars, and it comes in a ton of colors, both solids and prints.

Easy and Fashionable Ways to Wear Green On St. Patrick’s Day – Dressy Options

Wowzer! This is so pretty. Need to get a little fancy on St. Patrick’s Day? This dress is for you! It’s so feminine. I love the pleated skirt, the flirty cuffs, the keyhole neckline, and especially the Swiss dot pattern. Like the others, it comes in a variety of colors.

One of the things I like about this skirt is that not only could I dress it up but pair it with some cute sneakers and a cropped sweater, and it would be casual and chic. Reformation is a brand I’ve purchased from Nordstrom through the years, and I’ve always been happy.

How gorgeous is this scarf?! It’s 100% viscose, but it’s going to feel super soft like cashmere. This would look great with even the simplest of outfits. Throw on a white shirt and a jean jacket with this scarf. Instant classic. You’ll be the hit of the festivities, St. Patrick’s Day and otherwise.

If you’re not a fan of plaid or want something a bit more dressy, this deep green pashmina is perfect. This scarf is a great size – 80″ long, including the tassels, and 27″ wide. It would work as a scarf or a wrap. Pashminas are very versatile. Like almost everything I’m linking to, this comes in many other colors and is around $25 dollars.

I posted about the popularity of brooches earlier this year. They are a great way to add a little color and oomph to your outfit, without breaking the bank. They’re not just for grandmothers anymore! This brooch is fairly large at around 3 inches long and 2 inches wide and is under $10 dollars!

Oooh la la! If you really want to make a statement, get this beautiful leather crossbody from Coach! This is not a huge bag, so if you’re the kind of person who carries everything but the kitchen sink, think again. It measures 7″W x 4 1/4″H, so keep that in mind. I love it, but I don’t want you to be shocked when it arrives. 🙂

Okay, ladies. Let me know in the comments if you have St. Patrick’s Day plans. I’d love to hear about your traditions.

Follow God’s example, therefore, as dearly loved children and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.
