CASUAL WEEKEND STYLE

Soooo, I was supposed to be sleeping in my bed by now, but that is not what ended up happening. For someone who was never very spontaneous before, I have sure been changing my plans off the cuff lately. My husband is a tiny bit irritated that his wife won’t be going back to Virginia until Monday, so I see a lot of petting and pampering in my future. Lol! He has been so sweet to take care of all of the household chores, including feeding the cats and dogs and let’s not even talk about the puppy pads. Lol!
My daughter and I are going to Franklin, Tennessee today to meet a few people, and then Sunday I am going to get to spend some time with my grandbabies. I don’t get to see my Tennessee grandbabies very often, so I am looking forward to watching them run and play. Plus, you won’t believe how big Koda has gotten. Do you remember when I went and picked him up for my son? Here is his picture and you can see how big he was then and he was only seven weeks old. I will try to get a picture with him so that you can see the difference and how much he has grown since then.
My look today is weekend casual. I loved this gorgeous button-up blouse as soon as I put it on. The colors and the print look like something that I would wear. Have you looked at an outfit and said, “that looks like —–?” This is a 100% cotton shirt, and I am wearing a size medium. This is a long sleeve shirt, but I have it rolled up, and there is a tab that will keep the sleeves in place. The top is on sale and is only available in an XS and Medium. I am not wearing a lot of jewelry, just a few bracelets and a pair of earrings. The top is so colorful that I didn’t feel the need to add a necklace. My earrings as the Rosaleen earrings and they are silver and gold. The unique teardrop shape is 2.75,” and these can match anything. The gold and marbled bracelets are the Ramona and the Lucille. The Ramona is the smaller one with the gold bar, and the Lucille is the one with the larger cream marbled stones. Both of these bracelets are on elastic cords so they will be easy to put on and take off.

The dark caramel color will go with almost anything, so I find myself reaching for this pair all of the time. I couldn’t find them online, but I did find some others that are similar.
