I’M LOVING BLACK, TAN, AND ANIMAL PRINT FOR FALL
Y’all, I am now in Nashville, Tennessee for a few days with some of my friends. I figured that if I was in Nashville, I needed to start the post with, “y’all.” I am with my Energizer Bunny Friend/driver and it is so good to see some of my friends who I haven’t seen in a couple of years.
Normally, I would see this group of ladies twice a year, but COVID put a stop to that. We usually have at least one trip to Rosemary Beach in Florida, and then one more somewhere else. We were also supposed to have gone to Las Vegas last year, but that trip was a no-go too. My EBF told me that she was going to drive the six-hour trip and not speak to me the entire way. I am supposed to work on my blog posts, etc., and once I get to Nashville, only answer comments, emails, and post to IG.
I am betting that she can’t keep quiet that long! Lol! But, a few days off does sound like a small slice of heaven. The bad thing about posting 7 days a week is that you don’t get a day off. It is a good thing that I LOVE what I do.

This animal print tee is super cute and great for fall. I knew this tee would look great with black pants, so I wanted to style it with this pecan color and see how it looked. Black pants would have been more dramatic, but this look still looks nice. I decided to accessorize with black, and that worked great for the look.
This tee is somewhat relaxed, so I ordered a medium, and it fits great. Thankfully, no lumps and bumps show, so it gets a thumbs up from me. The tee is on sale with the code LOFTIMIST, and Loft has a HUGE assortment of animal print items.
Here is a view where you can see the length of the tee in the back. It isn’t long enough to cover your rear when wearing leggings but it looks nice with other pants and jeans. This photo also shows you the black crossbody and wedges.
This faux-leather crossbody handbag is a really nice bag. It has two zip sections and one in between them. It has an adjustable strap and a gorgeous snakeskin (another animal print) tassel that you can attach to a key ring, a zipper, or to the handbag as I did. I think this handbag would be great for a date night or carrying it to church. The bag is under $50, and it also comes in brown.
Since you couldn’t see my Tory Burch wedge medallion shoes very well in the grass, I moved to the pavement for a better picture. If these wedges were pointy-toed, they would be the perfect shoe.
I realize that these shoes are on the expensive side, so I’ll link to similar shoes that will get you the same look.
Yesterday, I shared with you one of Joe’s favorite Christmas gifts from me, and today I am going to share with you my favorite new coffee drink. I have been trying to cut out creamer in my coffee since I have gone back to intermittent fasting. IF works great in my life since I don’t like eating early in the morning. However, I have not been able to develop a taste for black coffee, but this has been a game-changer!
This little trick would probably work with any cold-brew or hot coffee, but I’ve been using it with Starbucks Unsweetened Blonde Roast and Chobani Unsweetened Pure Black Cold Brew. I add ice, the cold brew, and then a tiny squirt of Mio Sweet Tea. I know this sounds crazy, but you will thank me for this later!!!

I never thought I could do black coffee, either. . . until one day, I just did. Can’t say I enjoy it as much, but at least I can drink it. I wish I could learn to enjoy unsweetened tea!
Get you a pair of cowboy boots while you’re there! I have always wanted a pair.
I would sure be happy if I could actually see your whole outfit at once instead of peeking at parts between ads! It’s very frustrating.
Hi Tania! I really like the top with those jeans because I think the lighter colored pants let the top be the star of the show. I hope that you and your girlfriends have a lot of fun in Nashville.
Good Morning, Thanks for sharing your coffee trick.
I too try to IF but I hate black coffee also..
for some reason I am confused on your recipe.
Do you brew your starbucks coffee and then add ice, the cold brew and tea?
Daphene, you can buy the Starbucks Cold Brew in your grocery store. Mine is where they have the orange juice, cheese, butter, etc. Just make sure that it is the unsweetened version.
Where did you find the pants you are wearing? Thank you!

Enjoy Nashville! It’s on my bucket list for a girl’s trip too! I love this outfit on you! Maybe I missed it but can you share about the pants? I would like to have a neutral color that are casual but not skinny. Good luck with the IF- looks great on you!
