I wore this adorable sweater to work yesterday, and as I walked in the door, a passing customer told me how cute my sweater looked. Yay! Comments like that always make my day. But, the day was still young, and I didn’t know it at the time, but I had a bunch more compliments on my style coming my way.
This lightweight sweater is perfect for spring. It is the perfect weight for cool days, but not too hot for when the sun begins to shine. As soon as I saw the adorable Corgi dog, with its cute smiling face, I knew that I needed this sweater. The crown on his head has rhinestone embellishments. The sun was shining in the car window, and the rhinestones threw sparkles all over the ceiling.
You thought the sweater was cute from the front, but just take a look at the back of the sweater. The rearview takes the sweater from cute to outright adorable!!! The sweater has ribbed trim on the cuffs, the hem, and the neckline. I ended up having to size down to a medium, and that one fit me perfectly. The sweater is machine washable and is under 16.00!!! When the weather is cooler, you can add a button-up shirt under the sweater like I have today. This light wash denim shirt by Ellen DeGeneres is lightweight and has a silky feeling. The shirt has two front pockets and roll-up button tab sleeves. I like rolling up the cuff over the sweater and letting the hem hang loose. The shirt is 100% Lyocell and machine washable. All of us who remember the 70s are going to love these flare jeans. Everyone needs a pair of white denim jeans, and this pair is sure to get you lots of compliments. I am obsessed with this look! It has just the right amount of flare to the hem, and it helps to balance out those of us who might have larger hips. The first thing that I checked for was to make sure that the jeans are not see-through. I did the test, and they passed with flying colors.
These have all of the modern details that you are wanting. They are high-waisted with a button fly closure, and they have the perfect amount of stretch in the material to make them comfortable. These jeans run long, with a 33 1/2″ inseam. I like a longer length because I like wearing heels, but if you want to wear flats with these jeans, then you might consider getting the shorter length. I thought that adding these open-toe ankle boots as my shoe choice was perfect since they are in the same color family as the dog’s face. The mushroom colored boots are by BareTraps, and you probably already know that means the shoes will be comfortable.
The extra style details are what makes the boot stand out. The multiple cut-out features, the ankle strap that has studded details, and the chunky heel are some of the details that are perfect for the lady wanting style with her comfort.
