Life Update
Well, the movers showed up, loaded, unloaded, and now everything is in a huge mess. Lol! There is something about moving that can create the most chaos you’ve ever seen.
She has thrown out loads of stuff, has a huge pile of items to sell, and totes upon totes that need to be sorted through and put away.
The good news is that she has time for all of that. The bad news is that it will be more difficult with a 5-month-old baby. Who would choose to sort through totes when you can play with such a cutie pie???

One More Thing
I shared this recipe last week, and I’ve been using it every night. Last night I was so exhausted, and I worried that I wouldn’t be able to sleep. Joe asked me if I wanted to double up on the cherry juice, and I said, YES!!! I slept like a baby. Lol!
Joe found the viral tart cherry and apple cider vinegar drink that is supposed to help with inflammation, joint pain, and sleep. So each night, he makes up a cup of this to drink before bed. I actually love the tart taste, especially with the apple cider vinegar. I don’t know how well it works, or if there are certain medications that it might interact with, but here is the recipe if you want to give it a try!
- Add as much water as you like
- 2 tablespoons of tart concentrate cherry juice
- About a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar with Mother

Thank you for sharing your family photo and telling us who everyone is. Such a great picture of all of you! I hadn’t heard of mixing the tart cherry juice with apple cider but it sounds healthy. My dad drank the tart cherry juice for his gout and it helped. Joe looks handsome in his UNTUCKit shirt and Travis Mathew shorts. I like the clothes you show here , especially the casual outfit from Talbots.

What a great family photo! They are the best blessing for sure. Love that photo of you for the Macy’s sale. You wear the “old money” look well! I’ve been doing tart cherry before bed, but not with ACV. I may try combining them, but with less ACV since I really can’t stand the stuff.
It is so funny, but I love the taste of the ACV. I’ve also drank it with a tiny bit of honey, instead of the cherry juice.
