When I first started blogging, I would look at my Google Analytics to see how many people had found the blog. It was only a few hundred page views the first month, but each month the numbers grew. I’m not sure how long it took me to figure out that I could see the State or City that people were viewing me from. That was pretty cool, especially when I saw views from States where I didn’t know anyone.

My daughter was dating someone at that time whose job took him all over the world, so I soon started seeing views pop up from the Country he was visiting. It was fascinating to begin to see the blog grow, especially when it started growing overseas. However, some things aren’t as cool and fun when you put your photo on the internet. People can grab your photo, and then decided to act like it is their picture. I’ve had multiple Instagram accounts using my photo, and several Facebook accounts also. I’ve even had someone use my photo on a dating website, so just remember that everything that you see is not real. I really appreciated Michelle letting me know about the latest FB user that was using my photo. I reported the account, but I am not sure that FB will do anything. I did find it funny that “Christine” was using my photo to promote a metabolism weight loss plan. Lol! It must have been an old photo or “she/he” wasn’t going to be selling any products. Lol!!!

I love a white shirt/sweater/tank/tee, etc., for the summer months. White goes with EVERYTHING, and I love how you can style it in any style. Today’s outfit is dressy/casual. This look is the kind of look that you can wear when you are not sure “what” you should wear. This will suffice in almost any situation unless it is black-tie or cocktail attire.

The Textured Bateau Sweater is one that I’ve worn before. The small detail around the neckline and sleeve opening is beautiful. I the love flattering bateau neckline and the longer length of this sweater. I am wearing a size 1, which is an 8-10, and it fits me perfectly.

The earrings and long multi-strand necklace are both out of stock. The necklace was an old one that I got last year, but you gurls must have all bought out the earrings since I just wore them on this post. I’ll link to some cute alternatives below for you. But, at least the Star Choker is still available. I bought this recently, and it is in silver even though it looks white in this photo. I have several shorter gold necklaces, but I needed one in silver, and I loved the dangling Stars.

I know that you all have been dying to find out about these ankle pants. I love the blue and white print; it is a classic combination. The print is fun, cheerful, and chic, and I am obsessed over how these pants look. I love the beach vibe of the print, and I can see me wearing these on vacation if I ever get to go on one again. The best thing about these pants is that they are machine washable. The worst thing about these pants is that they are NOT cheap. But, it is nice to splurge occasionally and get something that you feel pretty in. I am wearing my usual size 10 in these pants, and I think that they fit great.

The white espadrille wedge sandals that I have on are old. I think that I bought them last year, or maybe even before. I love the neutral color of the espadrille when paired with the white. This kind of shoe is perfect for summer, and it is one that you will be able to wear year after year. I’ll link to some that I found online in the stores right now.

 

 

 

Today is Transformation Tuesday! I had intentions of showing you the transformation pictures of ladies who have been using Reverse from Rodan + Fields. It was my first purchase from R+F, and I still use it all of the time to keep sun damage at bay. But, yesterday was payday from R+F, and it dawned on me how much this business has changed my life. Yes, the products have given me younger-looking skin that I am proud of, and my confidence level has soared. But, seeing a payday that far exceeded anything that I ever made before RF, was humbling. I am so very grateful that this business was dumped in my lap and that it has helped so many women feel better about themselves.
