I couldn’t wait to show you this yellow and blue summer look from Kohl’s. This outfit brightens my face and my soul. When you are having a no-good, very bad-rotten day, put a smile on your face and bright colors on your body. It will make a huge difference.
For those who are slowly melting under the summer heat wave, you will want to remove the sweater until mid-September. So, here is the look without the sweater, and you might even want to wear shorts instead. I’ll include a few white shorts below that would look great with this top.
I love wearing blue and yellow together; it is one of my favorite color combinations. This tank took all the work out of the equation by combining the colors for me.
I love adding cardigans to my outfits because it adds visual interest and dimension. The textured cardigan is perfect with this top, and I can’t wait to wear the cardigan with navy.
White pants are a must in summer and should be in every woman’s closet. These mid-rise chino pants are the perfect weight for summer, but they aren’t see-through. I always size up with white pants because I would rather them be loose than show my panties. *Style Tip* – always wear nude underwear with white items.
I know that bright yellow might be a little too much for some. Changing the yellow to this navy cardigan tones down the outfit and brings out the blue in the top. You still get the feminine summer look, only slightly less bright. I wish I had switched out the tan leather handbag for this bright Crossbody Bag or Crossbody Wallet when I added the navy cardigan. That would have brought out the teal color in the tank.
The Prettiest Styles For Summer From Kohl’s That Can Be Worn Into Fall
This is a gorgeous dress, and I love the wrap style with the handkerchief hemline.
I wanted to bring out the blues in the dress, so I added the same navy cardigan.
I usually wear a large in dresses, but I think I should have sized down to a medium. The large is too big for me through the chest and under the arms. I think this dress would look great in the fall with a mustard or navy blazer and a pair of boots. I like wearing my clothing for multiple seasons whenever possible.
This tan leather handbag is sooo nice and of great quality. It is very soft and subtle and a perfect medium size. The tan color works well with the mustard color of the dress and would help to transition the dress into fall.
I wore the same cork wedge shoes with both outfits. The neutral cork shoes will go with everything, and a wedge heel is one of the easiest to wear. These shoes run true to size, and I know I’ll get a lot of wear from them in the coming years.

I follow you daily. I ordered a dress from Amazon that you modeled for weddings. It was a navy blue dress that was so elegant. I ordered from Amazon but it is taking almost a month to get here. It’s coming from China. Have you ran across this problem.
I really loved the scarf print dress and the first three piece outfit with lovely yellow sweater- definitely would perk up a cloudy humid day! ( sweater might be too warm though).
