The Latest Items I’ve Ordered And February’s Best Sellers

I like to give everyone a head’s up on what I have on order so you can get the items before they sell out. Since everyone is looking for new spring arrivals, things tend to sell out quickly. Some of these have already arrived, and you’ll get a quick peek at what will be on the blog in the coming weeks.

For sizing reference; I’m 5’6″ tall, weigh between 150-155, and I usually wear a size 8 in pants and a medium or large in tops. For dresses and swimsuits, I wear a size 12.

Loft

I bought the Tie Waist Jumpsuit last year in a large, which was way too big. Because it had already sold out in medium, I was bummed I couldn’t get my correct size. I was thrilled to see that Loft has re-stocked the jumpsuit this year. The medium is the perfect size for me, it came in this week, and I’m tickled that I got it before it could sell out again.

The Double Beasted Tweed Blazer is beautiful, and you’ll see more photos on the blog soon. I had to size down to a size 8 instead of a 10. My photographer took pictures of me last week, and she LOVED the Wide Leg Jeans. I’m pretty sure she has those on order already.

J.Crew and J.Crew Factory

I wasn’t sure I would like this Camel & Ivory Poncho, but I loved the look when I wore it with the Button Up Oxford Shirt.

I already have these flats in saddle, and I love them so much that I also decided to get them in black. I’ve already had photos taken of almost all of these, and I’m happy with all of them. The only thing I haven’t tried on yet is the striped sweater and the dad jeans.

Banana Republic Factory

I had to reorder the cargo pants since they run small. My normal size 8 was too tight, so a size 10 is on order. The same is true of the white fitted button-up shirt; I reordered a size 12, and I hope that one fits me better.

Chico’s

This is a sneak peek at what’s coming on the blog next week. I’ve taken photos of everything that is on this list, and it is all gorgeous. I couldn’t wait to show you this blue raffia clutch, No Iron Striped Tunic, and white distressed crops.

Everything Else

I just got the AirEssentials Jumpsuit on Thursday, and Joe called me and said, “let’s go grab something to eat. Don’t bother dressing up; wear jeans or something.” I put on the jumpsuit (mine is black in size large), a denim jacket by Wrangler (large), and a little blush and mascara. I was ready to go out the door in about 7-10 minutes. When Joe walked into the house, he was shocked at how nice I looked because he was used to me taking an hour to get ready. Lol! Once he felt the jumpsuit, he wanted to know where it came from. You know it is amazingly soft if your husband notices it. Lol!
