The Lands’ End Swimsuits I Took To The Beach
If there’s one thing I’ve learned from my recent getaway to Myrtle Beach, it’s that the right swimsuit can make all the difference in a successful day at the pool or the beach. Lands’ End has been one of my go-to swimwear brands for years, and my suitcase for this coastal adventure was packed full of their bathing suits and cover-ups. If you are in the market for a new swimsuit, they’re currently offering their best swim sale of the season. Now, let’s take a look at some of my favorite pieces from their 2024 swim collection.
2024 Lands’ End Swimsuits
Up first, we have the High Neck Zip Front Swim Dress. This was perfect for a morning walk on the beach. I didn’t even feel the need to throw on a cover-up, and the included shorts kept me covered while I bent over to pick up shells.
I loved the sporty look of the zip front, as well as the racerback design. I left mine unzipped a little, but you can adjust it to whatever level you prefer. This would be a great option to wear while participating in an outdoor water activity like kayaking!
Up next, we have a two-piece option! I usually consider myself a one-piece gal, but I do love the convenience and ease of a two-piece when it comes to getting dressed or using the restroom. This Chlorine Resistant Bandeau Swimsuit Top is a tankini style. It has removable, adjustable straps, which are great for getting the perfect fit and for avoiding tan lines if you are sunning. The shirring or ruching is perfect for camouflaging any areas you are self-conscious about in the tummy area.
You can choose from a variety of bottoms to mix and match with your swim top, but I opted for the Chlorine Resistant Tummy Control Adjustable Swim Skirt Swim. It has an attached bikini-style panty under the skirt and adjustable side ties so you can choose your own length. It also has a tummy control lining, which is always a bonus!
I had been eyeing this swimsuit for a few weeks, and it is as cute as I imagined it would be! The gingham print just screams summertime to me. I went with the classic navy gingham, but it also comes in pink/white and green/white.
Like the other swimsuits, it has built-in UPF 50, which means it offers extra protection from the sun’s rays. It is also chlorine-resistant, which means it holds up great to the combination of sunscreen, sweat, and pool chemicals that goes hand in hand with summer days. The wide straps are adjustable and didn’t dig into my shoulders at all. If you need a cover-up, it would look so darling paired with these cover-up pants in white or navy.
I think this next one might have been my favorite swimsuit that I took with me to Myrtle Beach! The black and white design of the Texture Square Neck Tankini and Texture High Waisted Bikini looked so classy and chic. It gave off Marilyn Monroe or Coco Chanel vibes to me, especially paired with an oversized black pair of sunglasses!
I loved the woven Jacquard fabric and the square neckline. The high waist and thick waistband of the bottoms held me in without making me feel constricted or uncomfortable.
The bottoms are moderate coverage, so they might be a tiny bit more cheeky than some of you like. The beauty of Lands’ End swimsuits is you can mix and match bottoms, so you could go with a different bottom, like a swim skirt or even a swim short. You can see at this angle that the straps on the top are adjustable, which is so important for getting the perfect fit.
While I do love a tankini, there’s no denying that sometimes the waves or jumping into the pool can raise your top up and leave you exposed! Enter the fauxkini… a one-piece that gives you the look of a tankini but the coverage of a one-piece.
This swimsuit is a Slender Suit, which means it’s constructed with a Firming Slendertex® fabric to smooth and shape your body. I tied the fauxkini piece into a side knot, but you could also wear it untied to get a little extra coverage from the sun on your thighs. I went with the navy/emerald paisley print, but I also love the black and white floral print option.
This Tie Front Swim Cover-up Kimono was the perfect cover-up for my trips to the pool. It comes in one size, and the waist tie allows you to adjust it to the perfect fit. The dolman sleeves are a great mix of comfy and stylish, giving you plenty of coverage from the sun. It comes in two other prints so you can find the best match for all of your swimsuits.

Love swimwear. Would love to see more outfits for plus sizes
The black & white one is stylin’. I like Lands End suits – have their swim shorts, more modest than regular bottoms but sporty enough to be active 🙂
The swimsuits are darling
I have worn Lands End swimsuits for several years. I think they are a very good quality at a good price. I love Takinis because I wear one size on the top and another size on the bottom. I loved the gingham one piece. I need to decide between the navy or green. Then I will order from your link
I ordered the tie front kimono cover up and matching swimsuit.
All are great options. They all look so great on you. My fav is the striped navy tankini and skirt.
p.s. bathroom trick…I started doing this quite a few years ago and have never had a problem…just pull the bathing suit to the side instead of trying to finangle it all the way down and back up.
love Lands End swimsuits…even living in Canada…they are the only suits I wear. been waiting for this sale to get a new one.
On another note. fellow Myrtle Beach lover, that doesn’t look like The Avista. Where did you stay this time and would you recommend?
Sharon, I needed a place that had more pools, so we stayed at North Beach Resorts. It was wonderful.
My favorite is the Bandeau tankini, although they all look good. Thanks for sharing all the different options!
