I have nothing to talk about today. I know that might come as a shock to some of you, but my mind is completely at a loss. So, since I can’t think of anything to tell YOU, instead, how about YOU tell ME something. Hmmm, what do I want to know? I want to know where you are from. I think it is interesting to see who sees and reads my blog. How far is the reach, and how did you find this blog?

What keeps you coming back day after day? Is the fashion, the bargains, the stories, the Sunday posts, etc.? I am always looking for ways to improve and upgrade the blog, so now is your chance to weigh in on the topic. What would you like to see more of? More casual, more workwear, more dresses, more flats, more shots from the back, more how-to articles or tips and tricks??? So, let’s hear what you are looking for in 2021.

As for me, I am looking to grow the blog. So, I ask that every single person reading this tell ONE person about my blog that you think would love it. If everyone did that, the traffic to the blog would DOUBLE. WOW! What if you told TWO? My mind is BLOWN!!!

I am partial to an argyle print. I love this classic print, and I am drawn to it each time that I see it. I have an old argyle sweater set in navy and white that I can’t part with even though it is a little too small for me. I keep holding on to it, thinking that I might eventually be able to wear it again.

This drop shoulder argyle sweater is a gorgeous combination of neutrals. I love the muted taupe and grays mixed with a small amount of ivory. The neckline, cuffs, and hem all have a nice wide ribbing, and the sweater is very soft and cozy. It has a tiny amount of Alpaca, so you get that fuzzy softness. This sweater has a relaxed fit, and I am wearing a medium which fits great. This is a cropped length, so it is best to wear this sweater with high waist jeans or pants.

I found this photo from when I wore that argyle sweater set when I first started blogging. This is circa December 2015, so this is definitely an “oldie” but a goodie.

You are not having deja vu. These are NOT the same pants that were on the blog yesterday, although they are extremely similar. These high waist skinny corduroy pants are from Loft, and they are in the color Essential Taupe. This is a fabulous neutral color that can be worn with anything. I love how these pants fit; they are very stretchy and comfortable. The website said that they ran slightly small, but I am wearing my usual size 30 (10), and they fit me perfectly.

I have a pair of knee boots that I bought last year and wear all of the time. The last time that I wore them, someone mentioned that there was a similar pair at Target. So, I decided to order them in and show you the difference. These are a nice pair of boots and will get you a very similar look, but at a fraction of the cost. These boots are on sale for $19.99, and for that price, they are excellent. I did find that the calves were very tight, and I had a hard time getting my pants to stay down when I pulled the boot on. Also, the material is not leather, so that is a big difference in the pricing. I am wearing a size 9 in the boots, and they fit great.

Fashion Blogger 50 Is Not Old is wearing a blue turtleneck sweater

I love the easy relaxed vibe of this turtleneck tunic sweater. The hi-lo tunic style is great to wear with jeans, pants, or leggings, which fits like a dream. It runs a tad large, so the medium fits me perfectly and doesn’t show any lumps or bumps. The turtleneck is nice and high, but it does not fit tight or binding. The extra-large ribbing at the hem, the cuffs, and the neckline gives the sweater a finished and polished look. This color blue is already sold out, but the black would be amazing, and there are a couple more shades available. The sweater is also an extra 60% off with the code WOW.

I thought you might like to see how long the sweater is from the rear. This shows the deep slits are the sides, which allows for sitting and walking with ease.

These snakeskin high heeled knee boots are very fashionable and very affordable. If you are like me, those words are like music to your ears. These boots are also from Target, and they are also $19.99! When I walked through the house wearing these boots, Joe immediately perked up and said how nice they looked. I changed later into something else for a different photo, and he said, “awww, where’s my snakeskin boots?” Lol! I gather he approved of the boots. Anyway, I found the calf size to be a little bigger in these boots that the Taupe pair above. I am also wearing my usual size 9 in the boots, and they fit perfectly.

The Jack multi-strand necklace and the Ryder Statement earrings are still on sale. I love this necklace because it takes care of the layering look for you. I actually have this necklace turned around backward, and it shows the solid gold back instead of the front, which has multi-colored crystals. This makes the necklace very versatile, and I will wear it all year long and for any occasion.

Several of you messaged me yesterday about Rodan and Fields and why I love this brand. So, let me explain how I came to love this brand so much. I had tried lots of different skincare in my 50+ years, and I NEVER found anything that gave me the WOW factor. Then, I tried R+F and was blown away. I decided to give R+F a chance since I was aware there was a 60-day money-back guarantee. I knew that I wasn’t wasting my money, which gave me the confidence to check it out. After the first regimen was finished, I could “see” a visible change, so I became a consultant to get the product’s best prices. But I didn’t mention it to anyone, but people started “seeing” the change in my face also. After multiple people asked, “what are you doing different? You’re glowing!” I figured out it was the skincare.

I turn down lots and lots and lots of sponsored posts with skincare because I want to be truthful about what I use and what I like. I don’t want to bother you by constantly posting about my skincare since you might love what you are using. However, for those who are like me and not blown away by the results that you’ve been seeing, give R+F a chance. You have nothing to lose since the products and results are guaranteed.

I have TWO specials that will run until the end of the year. These specials are for NEW Preferred Customers only. I think that everyone needs to start with a full regimen, so everyone who orders one of our FOUR core regimens (Redefine, Reverse, Soothe, or UnBlemish) will be gifted a FREE Redefine Multi-Function Eye Cream from ME! That is a saving worth $70.00!!! The second special is on Lash Boost. For NEW Preferred Customers only, purchase Lash Boost and get a 39.00 refund from ME!

To place an order as a new preferred customer, go HERE and put your products in your cart. If you are unsure about which regimen you need, then take the Solutions Tool first to see what is recommended. The only thing that I would suggest is, if you have sensitive skin, list that first. I don’t want you getting a product that might irritate your skin. Go to checkout and click the box JOIN PC PERKS. You will get 10% off of the retail price and FREE shipping, plus qualify for my FREE product gift or reimbursement. Then, fill out the billing and shipping information and click SUBMIT ORDER. Feel free to contact me with any questions that you may have.

I love your looks! I wish there was a way to search by topic. Ex. How to wear jackets. How to flatter body types.
Be able to favorite looks so you could find them. To be able to purchase items! Love you Shelly

    1. Shelly, there is a search bar. You can type in jackets, jeans, fall styles, etc. It isn’t perfect, but it will get you started.

I live near Vancouver, Canada, about one hour from the US border. When the borders are open my daughter and I do a monthly shop to Target and Trader Joe’s. We also do a lot of online shopping and have the items shipped to a US site, which allows us to buy everything from the states – we MISS it so much.
I first found you on Pinterest about 3 years ago. I was looking for fashions over 50 as I was working at the time. I am now retired and love all your casual looks. We’re about the same size, height and age, and we both have some funny stories about our husbands.
Keep doing what you’re doing, it’s the only blog I regularly follow.
I wish you and your family a very prosperous and Happy New Year!

  3. Hi there-I live in the Bay Area of California. I saw your blog on Pinterest. I enjoy reading your blog because I want to try clothing & shoes from different merchants. I tend to shop on line from Nordstrom. I often have to return clothes from other vendors as the fit seems to be off. For 2021, I’m sticking with solid colors. Patterns only in shoes & scarfs. More neutral colors in black, grey, navy, and cream. Always appreciate your tips. Thanks.

  4. Hi Tanya, I’m from Binghamton, NY. I believe I came across your post on FB this year. As I increase in age, I want to look fashionable and felt I needed help. I LOVE your blog!! You show many combinations of outfits that are inspiring. I appreciate that you are $ conscientious and show name brands as well as items from Walmart and Target. I also like that your blog is easy to navigate and you include links to shop what you model. The verses you put at the end are like a warm hug. Thank you Tanya, for sharing your genuine stories and part of yourself. I look forward to seeing your post every day🙂

  5. Hello! I live in the eastern panhandle of West Virginia. I discovered your blog a couple years ago when looking for over 50 fashion ideas. You are so motivating… I have been inspired to try new things and not be afraid of failure or what other people think.

  6. I live in the tiny town of Heron Montana (western part) on 160 acres in the middle of nowhere. I found your blog through either Jo-Lynne or Cyndi S. I love that you are a believer and show appropriate and classy outfits that help me feel confident. I am 40 and love your classic style and sense of humor! Your blog takes me away from the remote life I lead and I pretend I live in a city and actually have a place to go 🙂

  7. Tammy Liechty says:

I live in western Montana. I read your blog every morning before getting out of bed; you are my Inspiration for getting dressed!!
I love the diversity of outfits- everything from very dressy (which I don’t do often but still need to know how to) to casual, it’s the little things that you’ve shown us how/what to add to out outfits that set up apart from everyone else. I look forward to your email post everyday. Thank you!
    XO
    Tammy

  9. I live in Texas and found you on Pinterest searching for fashion in your 50s. I love your stories and faith mixed in with the daily fashion posts. I still need ideas for business wear (no jeans) but am often able to adapt what you post to dress pants or skirts.

  10. I’m from Florida but live in eastern NC. I discovered your blog on Pinterest and have been hooked since. Love your blog and look forward to it every day. You have been such an inspiration to me. Keep up the great work!

  11. I’m from South Dakota and I don’t remember how I found your blog.

I enjoy your stories about your family! As for fashion, I work in a facility where I don’t have to dress up at all so I enjoy the very casual looks you show. Of course, I live where it can get pretty darn cold so it is fun to see you post clothes for warmer parts of the country but also turlenecks and sweaters too.

Thank you, too, for the faith posts on Sunday. Sharing our faith in God is important.

Hi, I found your blog after I retired from teaching in 2016. I am from Warrensburg, Mo. which is about an hour southeast of Kansas City and the home of the University of Central Missouri, (my alma mater). I recently moved from a small town of 500 about 35 miles away. I enjoy your blog for many reasons…your humor, the fashion. I am also fascinated by the fact that you live not that far from where my father’s family is from. (Tazewell). By the way, I think you are aging backward!

  13. I live in Texas. I found your blog through Cyndi and Jo-Lynne. The reason I follow your blog is because of your style, personality, and your Christian belief and values.

  14. hi Tania, I think I found your blog as a suggestion on bloglovin. This was about 2 years ago and I’ve been reading you ever since. I love your style–and how well you capture the pros/cons of what you’re wearing. I’ve followed links and loved some of your suggestions…most recently the kendra scott Avi earrings in gold. They’re big –and wonderful. 🙂 pls keep well, keep writing & stay safe. Happy new year!

Hey! I live in northeast Georgia and discovered your blog several years ago through Pinterest. I shop in many of the same stores you like and really enjoy how you put outfits together. Happy New Year!

  16. Hi Tania, I am from Fort Atkinson, and i have spoken with you on the phone. I keep coming back for not just the stories, but the comradery and the feeling of community in all the readers. I love the argyle sweater although i am not usually a fan of argyle! so weird what i find myself leaning to after i see it on you!

  17. Cathy Jaen says:

Hi Tania, I´m from Panama, Republic of Panama. I first saw you pictures on Pinterest. It is warm year round since we are in the Tropics so the winter clothing and boots dont work for me here. However, I started reading your blog when you mentioned ¨not buying clothes for LENT¨ I really enjoy the way you talk about fashion, the Jewelry, and tid bits of your life in general. It´s like talking to a friend. Happy New Year.

  18. I live in Northeast Arkansas. I enjoy reading your blog and your taste in clothes.
I found your blog looking for a hair style change and there you were.

  19. I discovered your blog through another blogger Jo-Lynn Shane’s post or collaboration with you. I’m from the beautiful province of Alberta, Canada. Love your funny stories and you keeping it real. We are similar sizes so I get ideas of age appropriate styles. Thank you for all that you do! Happy New Year! Hope 2021 is gentler and kinder. God bless!’

  20. I’m from Minnesota and I found you on Pinterest. You were wearing a black shirt with floral sleeves with jeans. Still my favorite outfit of yours. Totally my style and wish I had bought that shirt. I just turned 60 in October and have 8 grandchildren that keep me young.

  21. Kathy Kuehn says:

I like reading your blog because I am not very fashion savvy. You help with ideas for putting outfits together. However, the reason I keep reading every day is for the spiritual stories and Bible verses. It reminds me first thing every day to stay in God’s word. Thank you for that!

  22. I am in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. I found you recently on Pinterest but don’t know how. You just showed up on the feed one day wearing something I liked. But you are what I needed, how to dress stylishly in my 50s. And I learned about Plunder jewelry which I never heard of before. I would like to see more casual stay home fashions that looks cute. I love the post earlier this year with you wearing a white button down shirt and black duster. Also how do you store your long necklaces? I also appreciate the scriptures

  23. Hi Tania, I’m from NJ and found your blog on Pinterest this past June and have been following everyday since. The picture I loved was you in white pants, black top and a vibrant scarf from Lilly Pulitzer. You introduced me to LP! I knew of the store, but had never purchased anything from there until I “met” you! I love the blog because you have introduced me to different shopping sources. It’s fun to see how you put things together in ways I haven’t thought of. I love your style and share your love of bright colors. What keeps me coming back is my love of shopping and I’m always excited to see how you style things. I enjoyed your make-up, hair care and pajama blogs too! So fun! I’ve also gotten some good ideas for the men in my life through your blog too! What frustrates me is loving something you have on and then it’s sold out. I know you probably can’t help that. One thing you could maybe explain is sizing on some of the jeans you feature. You say you wear a 30. Does that mean 30 waist? I know jeans are sold that way, but I have never bought them that way. Also, you have mentioned that you don’t usually wear flats, but I’d love to see more styling with flats or even lower heeled boots. I don’t wear 2″ or 3″ inch heels anymore, as wonderful as they look. This year has been a challenge, and I have bought many of your suggestions, with nowhere to go! So…you’ve kept my spirits up, and I”m curating a wardrobe with anticipation of going “out” again very soon! Lol! Thanks for all you do.

  24. Gail Ryan says:

I am from Wisconsin, but live in Jacksonville, Florida. I think I found your blog on pinterest. I am 56 and not very fashionable at all.

  25. I was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, then moved to NJ and raised two kids there. Four years ago, we moved to Las Vegas, NV, with our adult kids and are retired, so to speak, as they still live with us, so you know how that goes, lol. I found your blog years ago when looking for bloggers over 50, and I’ve been a faithful fan ever since. It seems like you’re a pen pal relaying interesting, funny and heartwarming stories about your life, and I’m the lucky friend who gets to comment or share positive information back to you. I admire your style, and I’m always looking for ways to change up my casual wardrobe to look current and classy. The only thing I can’t bring myself to wear is any type of sneaker. Give me flats, cute sandals and booties any day, and the rest is simple to put together, thanks to you. You’re a gem.

  26. I am Manuela from Germany in my mid 40s. I like about your blog that you show smart casual outfits one could wear any day. I love reading about the thoughts you share since they are so positive and your funny family stories since it makes me smile in a positive way. And I really enjoy your great writing style. I get lots of ideas to combine my own clothes from your blog and I love that your colors are going beyond the usual black, white, grey.

  27. I am from Manchester in the UK and have been following your blog for about two years. Although I can rarely purchase the items you buy I use what you wear as inspiration. I would love to be able to purchase R&F and as soon as it is available in the UK I will be your first customer !!! If the shipping is reasonable I may purchase anyway as I am loving the results. I love hearing stories about your family especially Joe 😂 x Look forward to reading it every day.

  28. Jan Fusco says:

Well first of all, I live on the panhandle of Florida between Pensacola and Panama City in Ft. Walton Beach. I’m just down the street from Destin, FL which most people have heard of.
I love your blog because many of your ideas for clothes include sites that carry plus sizes. And even it it doesn’t it gives me the idea of an ensemble that I can put together in a similar way in my size. Although I must say I’m losing weight and I hope to be out of that area soon. I’ve purchased several of your suggested items and I love them. My most recent item I picked up yesterday at J Jill. A puffer vest that was 149.00 reduced to 99.00 AND an aditional 50% off! I got another 5.00 off for giving them my email and my total was under 50.00! I’m pumped.
I also have started using R + D and I’ve seen a difference. It is rather pricey but I’m trying to stick with it regardless of the price so I’ll always be looking for your special deals. HInt hint.
So keep those great posts coming. They offer a lot of insight and great ideas.
Oh, also, I love the verse at the end. Thanks for that.
    HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I love that you show things from Target & Walmart during this pandemic. And thanks for your styling tips. Always like seeing how the sides and backs of things look. Beauty product tips are helpful when you do them, so do more!

I love how R&F has aged you BACKWARDS! I look forward to trying the Soothe regimen. Sometimes those Sunday posts are written just for me!

  31. I live in southwestern Ontario Canada, I found your blog through another fashion blog. I like that you give us other options like Target, Walmart and Old Navy. I would like to see more posts on shopping our closets and styling what we already have. I am adopting a miniamilist life style and downsizing. Your posts are upbeat and fun to read!

  32. I live in Devils Lake, North Dakota. I’m not exactly sure how I found your blog but I love your stories and your honesty. I love your Sunday posts also. I wear scrubs to work so I’m mainly interested in the casual clothes.

  33. Hi Tania,

I live in Northern California (Bay Area). I found your blog several months ago via Pinterest. I love your sense of humor and your style. I totally agree with you that 50 is not old….although I turned 60 this year, LOL.

Keep up the good work with your daily blog posts. Take care!

I enjoyed reading where everyone was from too! I am in Beaverton, Oregon. I started following your blog some 4 years ago. I keep coming back for many reasons; love your use of color, your stories, your humor, that you order from lots of different places and price points, you sharing your faith.
The biggest two things that would be helpful for me is how to style things more then one way AND your input on how things fit and feel.
Looking forward to more blog posts!

  35. I found you on Pinterest while on vacation in Iceland in 2017. There were no English-speaking TV channels in that particular part of the country, so I was scrolling through Pinterest and your picture popped up. We are so similar in age, size, coloring and style that it caught my eye. I’ve been a loyal follower ever since, and have recommended your blog to several friends. I live in one of the southern suburbs of Atlanta GA.

  36. I’m from Piedmont NC and started reading your blog this summer…slightly older than you but love looking at your clothes choices. I have trouble finding stylish clothing for someone my age, especially since I’m doing most of my shopping on line now.

  37. I’m from a suburb outside of Chicago and first saw your pictures on Pinterest. I think I searched fashion over 50. I really like how you are taking this pandemic lifestyle of being home all the time and still show how to look stylish. My mailbox really appreciates it! It’s been a rough year and I look forward to seeing what you are wearing today!
Also… tell Joe to hush! You have lost weight and are looking great!

  38. I found you a couple years ago by googling 50 & over styles.
I love the casual styles and lower price range, your family stories with honesty, and bring me closer to Jesus on Sundays.
I’ve lived in Connecticut all my 55 years…
But I wished I live somewhere in East Tennessee… If only my 3 boys and their families would move too! 🙂

I love your blog and I like the way you style accessories, especially! I would love to see even more posts on beauty products as you find them. Thanks for posting outfits from a variety of stores and at different price points.

Girl, I’ve loved your blog from day one because you offer excellent products w such flare, and because you also give us great bargains from time-to-time like today’s boots! But most because of your beautiful heart & smile, and the funny, poignant stories of your hubs and family! Thank you for sharing your life and style w us! Hi Tania! I am from London Ontario, Canada and I’ve followed you for almost 5 years I think. I found you on Pinterest searching for fashion for women over 50. I’m 61, feel young most of the time and I have been working on a style that suits this stage of my life. I love your fashion style but most importantly your use of colour! I can appreciate but I’m not fond of neutrals on me.
I enjoy hearing about your life and always get a laugh about Joe’s stories!
I also feel a sense of community here. I am busy working long hours and finding like minded people at this age while working – and in lockdown – is important.
One of my fashion challenges right now is creating a casual yet professional look that is also comfortable during non-stop ZOOM calls. It doesn’t help that my newly highlighted hair shows up orange online!
Anyway, Happy New Year and keep doing what you are doing! 💜

  46. I am a Tennessee native (48 years young) living in the great state of Alabama! I found you on Pinterest and have followed you for years now. I love your sense of fashion and especially would like to see more of your hair and beauty routines.
    Happy New Year!

I’m from Houston, Texas and I came across your blog on Pinterest. What I love about you is you have such a variety of clothes that you show. I also love your stories and your inspirational thoughts. I think if you lived near me we could be fast friends. I follow a couple of other blogs and one is quite good but I need to stop on the other because all that is posted is sweaters and jeans. I think after a while I know how to wear a sweater and jeans. You have such a variety. I am a huge fan of boots of any kind and jewelry. I would like to see more pictures from the back. I know you said it was a little harder to do but I always check the back of my outfits in the mirror. Thanks Tania and Happy New Year to you and your family.

  48. Darlene Hegel says:

Good morning Tania! I read your blog daily and live in Central Alberta, Canada about one hour from the Rocky Mountains. I was introduced to your blog via another fashion blogger. I am a senior citizen, now living on a farm and have a closet full of clothes that I do not have opportunties to wear any longer. You have given me inspiration on how to put new looks together, what pieces I should keep and what pieces need to go! You are authentic and very open about your life and give me warm fuzzies very often! Its a personality trait to be very proud of and I thank you for sharing your life, your faith, and your fashion sense.

  49. I read your blog because it makes me feel like I have a very upbeat, fun and fashionable friend to go shopping with and laugh with. I don’t have that right now as I’m staying home til the pandemic is over. I have bought some of the things from your posts so that is helpful. I would buy the lash boost bits too too expensive.

    1. Forgot to mention I’m from Nashville TN. Some topics I’d love are how to dress for different life events, pjs, how to take care of clothes, and more outfits with jeans.

  50. I moved from Long Island to Southern California two & a half years ago to be closer to my children & grandchildren. I think I have been following you since the inception of the blog. I remember the bargains you would get at the QVC store! What I love is that you share your faith daily. It inspires me! Your fashion style is unpretentious and practical; no ridiculously priced items to show off. Your honesty about family is refreshing! I would like to see more casual styles and flat shoes and sneakers.

  51. Hi Tanya,
I’m from Toronto. Look forward to reading your posts every day. Think I found you on Pinterest about 3 years ago. Although, not all items you model are always available in Canada, I am inspired by your pics and comments. Happy New Year!

  52. Hi Tania – I am from Minnesota and have been following your blog for several years now. I found it while searching for ‘fashions for women over 50″.
I have enjoyed seeing how you have refined your style over the years to something that is more simple and classic and less about how many accessories can be added. I also appreciate your willingness to show us the things you liked…and those that weren’t quite right as well as a number of options for how to wear each item.
Your stories about your family are funny and very relatable! Thanks for sharing with us!

  53. I live in Beaverton, Oregon. I found you on Pinterest. I follow you because you are a Christian. I love your daily Bible verse & your Sunday sermons. Your family stories make me smile. Thank you for showing great clothing deals at stores where I like to shop. I am a retired Grandma who moved to Or. from Calif. to be near my son & grandkids. Praying for 2021 to return to normal life & for our Republic.

  54. Marlene Ward says:

I live in British Columbia, Canada. I think I found your blog linked from another one I have been following for awhile.

While we can’t really order/return items from US sites without paying a fortune, I like seeing all the options in clothes.

I feel the style in Canada is a little more understated than US dressing. Less jewelry, accessories and vibrant color, but nice to see how parts of the US dress. The other blog I follow is from California and that is different than your style as well.

I’m interested in seeing outfits worn with more comfortable footwear as most women over 60 cannot wear the heels and pointed toes on a regular basis.

I am 65 and wear the same size as you but I have more of an hourglass figure, but that is changing too. Haha!

    Keep up the great work!!

  55. I’m from Washington state, less than an hour away from the Canadian border. I’ve followed you almost since you started. I can’t remember though how I found you. I love your style and sometimes try to find less expensive versions of what you are wearing. I love the snake print boots. I love almost everything leopard print or snakeskin! I have purchased through your blog a number of times. I enjoy seeing what you have to say and what you are wearing.

  56. I’m originally from Texas but have been living in Austria for 20 years. I just turned 50 yesterday in the midst of a lockdown. It was definitely not the 50th birthday I’d hoped to have, but it still turned out to be a special day. I enjoy your blog for the stories, the fashion ideas and your positivity. And now I can totally relate to the name of your blog!

  57. Hi I am from the north Atlanta area near mountains. I think I found your blog on Pinterest years ago. I like the ideas I see on your blog to put together outfits. Looking forward to being able to get out in next few months and wear outfits again! I enjoy your Christian thoughts you post as I am a Christian too.

  58. I live in Virginia and I enjoying reading about fashion and seeing your outfits. I appreciate that you mix a bit of humor in your posts and are a down to earth/ everyday person!

I like that you tell us what size you’re wearing, but wish you’d be brutally honest. You always say that the item fits perfectly. I don’t think I own very many things that fit perfectly. The sleeves are slightly too short so I push them up… The pants look great but are uncomfortable at the waist…the shoes look great but pinch my toes… Etc

Truth be told, I skip right over the sections where you try to sell us R&F or jewelry or whatever product for which you’re a consultant. I just don’t like that.

Keep up the good work, stay well, and have a blessed 2021!

  59. I’m already planning my vacation. When I get the vaccine ….. I’m pushing the “Let’s Go” button. I would like to see comfy but looks nice clothes for an airplane.

  60. Christine Simpson says:

I’m from Shelby Township Michigan and I love your blog!
I think your style is close to my style and I love your stories and personality!

  61. Hi Tania, I live in Dallas TX. I found you on Pinterest about 3 years ago when I was looking for clothing styles for my age. I was drawn to you for your styling and your writing. I love when you style things that can be worn to the office but are still somewhat casual. Love your blog and recommend it all the time!

  62. Amy Hardman says:

I’d love to see more flats as that’s all I wear usually . And I’d love it if could do a post on must have items for your closet . Like 25 pieces every basic wardrobe needs . And basic jewelry everyone needs . I don’t accessorize very well . I’m learning a lot from your blog and I love the Bible messages and thoughts that you post on that subject ! It’s very encouraging and insightful . I wish you’d come to Norfolk and redo my wardrobe !!! Thanks , Amy

  63. Good morning,
I am from east central Indiana and we are a farm family. I am 62 and retired from my secretarial position I had with the local county government. We have two grown children (a daughter & son) and 5 grandchildren. I honestly don’t remember how I found you, but I am glad I did. I really enjoy the personal stories you add to your fashion posts. I love clothes, but I am also curious about where people live and what might be unique about their area of the country. I am a fan of your Sunday posts and I hope you continue with those. Inner beauty is as important as outer beauty. The fashion posts that are the most helpful to me are the ones where you feature a particular brand, try on the different outfits, and comment on how they fit. So very, very helpful since I do all of my shopping online. Just keep on keeping on.

  64. Connie Jordan says:

I found you on Pinterest several years ago and look forward to your comments, daily.
I live outside of Atlanta and am 72 years old and Grandmother to 2 little girls.

  65. Karen Miller says:

I am from Fishers, Indiana ( northeast side of Indy). I found you thru Pinterest a few years ago. I love fashion, jewelry and makeup just like you! Since we are all spending more time at home, I would like to see more comfy, casual, lounge around stuff! Hopefully soon, we can get out and about more and wear our “normal” clothes! Lol! Look forward to your posts every day!

  66. Hi Tania, I discovered your blog on Pinterest about 5 years ago. I love your Sunday posts the best but also love how you share your real life with us. Most influencers feel pushy with their brand collaborations. I would like more how tos as I’m going on a shopping clothes fast til February. I’d rather have about 7 days worth of great outfits than lots of pieces that don’t feel pulled together. Keep up the great work! Your blog is the only one that I subscribe to and I love how it is waiting for me every morning.

  67. Hi Tania! I live in the Oklahoma City area. I love your humor along with your fashion. I would love to see more Walmart, Target, etc. I would also love to see you do more YouTube.

  68. SUE ANN EPLING says:

Wow! After reading that your followers are from all around the world. I love your blog even more!! Its like our very own special group that share a love of style and fashion. Your humor, honesty, family stories and my favorite Sunday ministry are what keep me coming back. Oh, I’m from NE Ohio!

  69. Hello Tania! I’m Vicki from midcoast Maine and I’ve been reading your blog for several years. I found you by chance. Love your outfit inspiration and have bought several things you’ve styled. We are close in age and your stories resonate. Thank you!

  70. HI Tania, I am from Ohio and moved to Florida when my husband retired last year. Right after we arrived, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and started chemo. I was social distancing before it was a thing! But that said, I read because you give me a sense of community and friendship. I miss my daughters and girlfriends and yaking about clothes and makeup and faith and ‘stuff’ . And I look forward to wearing some of your snazzy ideas when we can all go out again. Thank you- you make me less lonely.

  71. I enjoy so much about your posts! Your stories are great and I love the Sunday devotionals. I’m a South Florida gurl so sweaters are only for a few days a year! I love when your posts show casual/jeans outfits and flats/sandals. I love to see how you complete an outfit with jewelry and accessories! And I did start my R & F regimen this year and have loved it! Your positive attitude is a great way to start my day! Happy New Year!

  72. Hi Tania! I found you thru collab with Jolynne. I’m about the same age and live in Lincoln, Nebraska. I love your stories and reading your blog is like talking to a girlfriend!

  73. I’m from central Minnesota! I’ve only been following for a couple months but love you style.

  74. I live in South Florida and I love your blog!! I have been following you for a little over a year and I look forward to reading it every morning. Your stories are the best and your Sunday posts are inspirational. I like the styles that you post, casual but very put together. I am a teacher (middle school) and they work perfectly. They are easy to recreate and can be adapted for the year-round hot and muggy climate down here, except for the awesome boots that we rarely get to wear. Yes, I am jealous! LOL Thanks for all your hard work, it is appreciated!

  75. Cheryll Sampson says:

I first discovered your blog when I lived in Alabama by surfing the Internet. I retired year before last and moved back to my hometown in western KY. I like your blog for your Christian values and particularly the Sunday blog. I can’t see any room for improvement.

  76. Hi Tania, I have been following your posts from New Jersey. I don’t remember how I found you, maybe it was through a collaboration with other bloggers? I enjoy your stories, your faith and Sunday posts. I especially like that you style from all price points – Walmart to Nordstroms!

  81. Hello! I am from Mississippi and I enjoyed meeting you during a work trip! I love your style! It’s fun, fabulous, and age appropriate (for anyone actually). I am working from home now, so I need ideas for “feeling dressed and comfortable.” Don’t change a thing on the blog!

  82. I love everything about your blog! The stories (especially about Joe) are very relatable! Thanks!

  83. I love following you because of your stories your faith and your fashion. I am from Chicago and we are about the same age and size so that helps. Maybe a little more casual things in 2021. Although I am headed back to work in January 🤓

  84. I’m in Georgia between Columbus and Atlanta.. I first started reading your blog a few years ago when I wanted to update my style. I enjoy seeing How you’ve pull outfits together with mix and match items. I love reading about your family and I love your Sunday devotionals

  86. Hi Tania. I am from Calgary 🇨🇦 I love your stories as much as your fashion. I can’t remember how I found you but have recommended you to others as I enjoy you so much. Keep doing what you are doing!

Hi Tania. I believe I discovered you on Pinterest a few years back and then the blog earlier this year. I live in northeast Ohio. We are close in age and size. I love your style, stories, and the links for the clothing. I have bought a number of things you’ve shared this year and the links make it super easy. I recently retired and I’m mostly casual now. Keep up the great work. I look forward to your blog every morning. Cheers to a Happy New Year and God bless.

      1. Hi Tania 😊
I am from the middle of the mitten state, Michigan! Michigan is absolutely beautiful with all its seasons and the Great Lakes! If you ever get the chance to visit please make a trip to Mackinaw Island, you will not regret it! The movie “Somewhere in Time” with Jane Seymour and Christoper Reeves was also filmed there.I stumbled on your blog thru Pinterest, i follow other faith and fashion bloggers but you are my absolute favorite as I can relate to you the best!
I prefer your more casual fashion rather than your dressier posts as I do not really have anywhere to wear the dressier collections.
More of a everyday gal! I love your stories as they are real life! And I love my faith also.

        1. PS- the argyle sweater is sold out! 😅
Any similar options out there anywhere?
          LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!

    2. Hello from Calgary Alberta Canada! I enjoy your fashion and Sunday posts!

  89. Carla Parham says:

Hey Tania. I am from Hickory, NC. I found you way back around October, 2015 right after you started but I found you because I was looking for short hairstyles for women over 50. I fell in love with your stories of family and friends and the fashion tips didn’t hurt. You are still my “go to” for pictures when I get my hair done. Thanks for all the time you put in and I will continue to start my day with you.

  90. Hi Tania, I’ve been enjoying your blog since last spring when I was working from home and saw you on Pinterest. I was actually looking for new haircut ideas and loved yours! I’m an early riser so appreciate that your blog is usually ready when I get up. Some ideas for 2021…when to get rid of clothing items that are still in good condition and how to feel ok about it (I’ve had a few regrets over the years), more athleisure wear outfits (joggers in particular),
and how to decide if you should buy something so you don’t end up with a closet full of clothes and nothing to wear!
Thanks for doing what you do! God bless.

  91. Hi Tania, I live in Bethlehem PA and found your blog on Pinterest a few years back. I follow daily and enjoy your stories and faith inspirations. The ironic thing is I’ve bought more clothes in 2020 than I have in years past and have no where to wear them. I like the casual but classy style you share.looking forward to spring styles and hopefully an end to this pandemic so I can show off some of the clothes you inspired me to purchase. I Love LOFT and chicos(off the rack outlet). Happy 2021!!

  92. I’m from South Dakota.. I have been following you for about a year.. I love your casual fashion.. I have ordered many items after I have seen them on you.. Keep up the good work..

Hello Tania, I am from Long Island, New York. I found you when came across your blog on pinterest a few years ago. When I pull up my emails in the morning, you are always the first one I click on! I love the outfits you show, and I love your stories, and mostly your sense of humor. Your personality shines through and I love it! Keep up exactly what your doing, I don’t have any suggestions. I have a feeling that everyone would agree!

  94. Look forward to your post everyday,I’m from Bedford, Va.Discovered you on Pinterest!

  95. Stefanie Priese-Beythien says:

Hi Tania, I’m from Germany. I discovered Your Post via Pinterest and I try to read you every morning Turing my Shorts breakfastbrake. You give me Inspiration for NEW styles! Shirt question, is it possible to order and Shop R+F facial products to Germany? Greetings

  96. I live in the Texas panhandle & have for 5 years. I moved here from Charlotte, NC.

I’m not a fashion boot person – I’m a “it snowed” boot gal. So I prefer flat warm boots that I can tuck my pants into & be safe on the ice & snow.

I found your blog because of another blogger & I’m so glad I did. I giggle at Joe stories & appreciate your style.

I’m always looking for a way to make the most out my clothing. As I’m getting older I have some favorite tops, cardigans & jeans/pants that I wear a lot & would love suggestions on those options. A print top, a plain black top – a red long cardigan. Ways to switch it up & make the outfits look fresh.

With 2020 on its way out I’m looking forward to a new year & new challenges. Oh – could you write coronavirus out of the picture?? Lol

    Have a great day!

    1. Angela Grafe says:

Guten Morgen from northern part of Germany!
Love your fashion news and styling!
      Ein gesundes neues Jahr!

      1. I live in Arkansas and found your blog on Pinterest when I was searching for clothing for women in their 60’s. I like checking your blog every day and have even become a shopper from one of the stores you highlighted. But what pulled me in even more was R&F. I’ve always looked for good skincare products and tried many kinds. But seeing how R&F has benefited you, I decided to give it a try. Needless to say, I use R&F exclusively now. I can’t remember when I got my first regimen…maybe 2 or 3 years ago but it has been wonderful. I’m 71 now and people can’t believe it! Thank you

    2. Julie SHUTT says:

      Hi Tania
I’m from the small town of Greenville, KY. As we are the same age, your casual fashion gives me ideas with my choices od everyday styles.
I look forward to your Sunday post, they are Food for Thought, the stories you tell brings a smile and sometimes even a chuckle.

  97. Christine F says:

I honestly don’t know how I happened on your blog but you make me laugh every day. That is especially important during these times. Tania, you are a hoot gurl!

  98. Kenzie McConnel says:

I live in New Zealand and found you on Pinterest. I liked the clothes you were wearing and the chatty nature of your blog. Now I am retired and have the time, I look forward to reading your blog each day. With postage and currency exchange differences it is not possible to buy most of the clothes you wear, plus we are in opposite seasons to you. However, I do buy the odd thing from the US and also try to find similar clothing here. Keep up the good work.

    1. Hey Tania, I found your blog on Pinterest in 2016 but signed up in 2017. I enjoy reading about your family and sometimes read it to my husband. We retired in Colorado since that was my husbands last duty station. I found you because I was looking for nice outfit ideas for women of my age. I don’t work but do go to church events and like to look nice. The rest of the time I am very casual. Look forward to Sunday blogs. Keep up the great work. Love to you and all your family, Jeni

  99. I enjoy your fashion and how you add personal touches to your stories. Even though we live in different areas, (living in rural Alberta) I could see us being girlfriends just for the love of wine and being close in age!

  100. I live in central California. I discovered your blog several years ago on Pinterest and look forward to your posts every morning. I love your style. These days I am wearing casual clothes pretty exclusively. I love that you feature the stores whereI like to shop and that you can take casual jeans and a top and give the outfit a special edge. I especially appreciate your willingness to share your faith.

    1. Hello
I live in McKinney Texas and first saw your blog about 2 years ago but not quite sure how I stumbled on it. I love hearing your stories and I like that you have a link to all the items you show us. I do love your Sunday posts as well. Keep up the great work!
