HOW TO DRESS FOR A CASUAL SATURDAY AND STILL BE CUTE

You gurls did such a good job!!! On my Saturday Steals and Deals a couple of weeks ago, I asked you to pick out the outfit collage you wanted me to style. This casual Saturday look is perfect, and y’all are the ones who chose it. I just ordered the next outfit that was the one chosen last Saturday, so I hope to have it up next week.   A casual Saturday style can take the form of many things. There are times when my casual Saturday style is leggings and an oversized sweatshirt, and sometimes it is shorts and a t-shirt. But, at least 75-80 percent of the time, you will find me in jeans and a comfortable top.   This tassel top is casual and comfortable. The cotton material is crisp and cool and perfect for the hot days of August. This print is super cute and is actually soothing. There are many other more colorful prints in this top, but I liked this blue the best. I ordered a large top, and it is plenty roomy. For my casual Saturday outfit, I don’t want anything too constricting.   We talked about a completer piece yesterday, and today I’ve added a classic navy cardigan to finish my look. Without the sweater, the look is nice, but not as finished looking.   This long-sleeved cardigan features a classic cut that runs true to size. The cardigan hits me right at my hips which is a length that I like. The shorter, cropped cardigans are also trendy right now, but I like this classic style. This cardigan is available in many colors, including a Loden green and a camel that would be fantastic for fall.   This is a good look at how the hip length looks and where it hits on your backside. I am wearing a large, and it fits great.

  I think that I ordered a different pair of jeans than was on the collage. I can’t remember if they were out of my size or if I just goofed up and ordered the wrong thing. But, as Bob Ross says, there aren’t any mistakes, just happy little accidents. I stinking LOVE these 9″ rise jeggings. They are so dang comfortable, and I don’t usually say that about jeggings. They have plenty of stretch, but the knees don’t sag, and neither does the rear. Lol! I am wearing my usual size 30, and they fit AH-MAZING!   Whoooo! Normally, I have my constant companion, Lucy, with me. But, today, I am being “watched” by Ollie Owl!   I am so thrilled that flats are now becoming stylish. In the past, flats were kind of ignored, and they weren’t the most fashionable option. That left people who had feet issues feeling left out, but that is no longer true. Lots of brands now offer the comfort that we want and need, along with a stylish factor. These flats are by Aerosoles, and this brand is always comfortable. The double link buckle detail adds just enough style to these flats to keep you fashionable. And, the comfort level of the shoes will keep your feet happy too. These shoes run true to size, and I am wearing my usual size 9. So, how do you think you guys did? Is this the type of casual Saturday outfit that you would wear?
