Father’s Day Gifts for My Husband

The only reason that my husband is hard to buy for is that he buys what he wants when he sees it. So, I have to play detective and try to see a “need” that he hasn’t already fixed. Joe loves to play golf, so I loved the Stetson Safari Hat. It is a slightly different style than his typical golfing hat, but it will still keep his head covered and cool. Joe also has a thing about watches and knives. Since he carries his phone all of the time, he has quit wearing a casual watch. He has a nice watch for when he is dressed up, but I loved the look of the Brown Stainless Steel Bracelet Watch by Fossil for an everyday watch. He seems to lose his knives for some reason, so hopefully, this Personalized Pocket Knife would help with that issue.

I don’t know about your husband, but mine is always in need of a new wallet and belt. What do they do to go through so many of these things??? Joe likes a bi-fold wallet, so that the Columbia RFID Wallet would be an excellent choice. I prefer buying a woven belt since you can wear them even if you gain or lose weight, and the Columbia Braided Belt would be perfect for him. The Puma Slide Sandals are something that he could have used on our last vacation. Since Joe loves wearing Sketchers loafers every day, I think he would love these Sketchers Walking Shoes. We’ve been talking about taking a walk every evening after dinner, and these would take away any excuse he might have. Lol!

Father’s Day Gifts for My Sons

I can’t think of men’s gifts without thinking of my sons. They are harder for me to buy for because of the age difference. What I love and what they love can be different. What I try to think about are their hobbies or passions. My older son loves to exercise, my younger son loves to cook, and they both love music. The Deep Tissue Massager is great for sore muscles. My daughter has this, and she uses it on me when my neck is tight and tense. The Lodge Grill Press and the Henckels 13pc. Knife Block is something that my younger son would enjoy. I think they both would enjoy the Under-The-Counter Music System and Waterproof Wireless Bluetooth Speaker. Cooking is much more enjoyable when you have music playing, and the waterproof speaker is great for the pool, lake, or beach. The last items on my son’s list are a Remington Power Shaver (my younger son is always in need of a shave), and a pair of Docker’s Flip Flops.

Clothing Father’s Day Gifts

Joe likes to wear a white t-shirt and shorts all summer long. But, I’ve recently started buying him some comfortable shirts that look a bit nicer than a plain white tee. He loves the change, and I found these items to add to his wardrobe. A few of these items are aimed toward my dad since he still goes out to work every day and freezes even in the summer. The Plaid Long Sleeve Flannel Shirt would be perfect for him. The Khaki Mid-Weight Denim Jacket, the Blue Shirt Jacket, and the Wind Resistant Anorak are items both Joe and my dad would wear. I don’t see my dad wearing the Short-Sleeve Button-Down Shirt or the Classic Short-Sleeve Polo, but these are shirts that Joe would love.

Fathers Day4

Here are the bottoms that I thought would be great for a Father’s Day Gift. The Levi’s 550 Relaxed Tapered Jeans look modern and updated, and I love the fit of these jeans. The Levi’s 501 Straight Leg Regular Fit Jeans are a lighter color, and I like a light shade in the summer months. My dad wears Khaki pants all summer long, so I thought he might like the Dockers Flat Front Pants. I bought Joe these Columbia Washed Out Bermuda Shorts when we went on vacation, and he had me buy him a pair in every color since he loved them so much. The Columbia Braided Belt will work for all of these pants, but I’m not sure I can talk Joe or my dad into these Brown Sandals. I like the look, but they might balk since it is different from what they usually wear.

Here is how I would mix and match some of the items. This shows you a quick and easy look with both pairs of jeans, and adding the wallet, belt, and watch makes the outfit complete.

The great thing about all these items is that they can all be found in JCPenney! JCPenney has something for everyone in your family, including the hard-to-please man in your life. JCPenney is a brand that most of you already know and love; they carry a wide array of products and have great quality items. 1. Thx so much for this post! Such fantastic gift ideas for the hubs & grown son! 🙂

  2. My sweet husband of 36+ years drops hints before gift giving holidays. So far I’ve purchased two pairs of running shoes, a deep tissue massaging tool, a “jazz” bowling shirt (which seems out of character) and his favorite hard candies. He won’t be surprised, but he will be happy.

  3. Thank you for the Father’s Day gift ideas. I think my husband would like a number of these items too!! I buy most of his clothing and sometimes forget about JCP, but I will have to make a trip there soon!
