FLORAL PANTS

I just got home from Las Vegas, and I am packing to head out again in a couple of hours. Sandy, my BFF, and I will be going to stay with my sister for a couple of days for a vintage fashion show. Winnwood Retirement Center, in Marietta, Georgia,  is hosting the event, and admission is free to anyone wanting to attend.
The way the show works is, they set up a huge amount of jewelry and accessories for immediate purchase. Then the “show” starts and the models come out wearing the cutest little vintage clothing. There will be purses, gloves, glasses, jewelry, and sometimes cigarette holders, compacts, perfume bottles, etc.  This is a blast, I love these shows. The jewelry is dirt cheap, except for a few signed pieces, and the clothing is too cute. They usually have mink coat and wraps also. Message me if you want more information.Let’s start with my jewelry. This is pretty easy, everything is Plunder in this photo. The short necklace is the Dalia. I usually don’t like too much bling in my necklaces, so this one has just enough. The colors in this set are topaz, baby pink, and gray. I also have on the matching earrings and bracelet. Is that a no-no? My very favorite piece of jewelry in this picture is my personalized necklace with my grandbabies picture. I am loving this necklace. I like dangles, so I have a couple of this style bracelets. I live the Art Deco look, the lucite items, bakelite is one of my favorite things, and I love all the iridescent crystals. If you have not already watched my vintage jewelry video, check this out.I tried to get a closer view of the necklace. It is hard to see the colors, but you can at least see the dangles that are hanging. You knew I would have to have a close up of my babies. If you want a necklace of your babies, your parents, your honey-bunny, etc., all you have to do is send me the picture and I can make one for you. They make great Christmas presents. Don’t wait too long, because they are personalized they stop taking orders in early November so that they have plenty of time to get everyone’s items to them.How do you like these floral Old Navy pixie pants? When I bought them I was only thinking about wearing them in the summer, but I thought they looked great with this mustard tunic.

I bought the mustard colored tunic last year at a craft show. A local boutique usually sets up her items, and I bought this to go with my scotch tape leggings.

The purse is a no name brand, but I loved the color and the style.

I am so excited at how many of you took me up on my offer for a mini facial sample from Rodan and Fields. I put some samples in the mail today, and there are more going out tomorrow. Here is what “I” am excited about, I just got my Lash Boost in today! I can’t wait to try this, and I am going to get before pictures this time. Lol! As you get older your hair will start to fall out, and that includes your eyelashes and eyebrows. My eyelashes have never been long and beautiful, so I am chomping at the bit to see if this will work. I was able to get mine because I went to the Rodan and Fields convention, but today they are letting other consultants make a purchase. I have tried to put on fake eyelashes, but I usually look like a caterpillar is on my eyes. It is not a good look. Lol!
