DO YOU WANT TO LOOK CUTESY
Ahhhh, sweet Saturday! I have missed you so badly. I had forgotten what it was like to work full/part-time, and still try to write the blog and answer any comments. My son and his family went on a work trip to Florida, and then they took the kids to Disney before they came back. So, I filled in while he was gone. Let me just say this…I have gotten spoiled since I have been at home for the most part. Lol!
I haven’t told a good story on Joe in a while, but that is ending today. For those of you who tell me that your hubby sounds like my Joe, let me be the first to tell you how sorry that I am. Lol! On Thursday, Joe and I went to Bristol, Tennessee, for an appointment, and then we went and had lunch. We stopped by Sam’s Club before we went home, and he did the grocery shopping while I shopped in a different part of the store. When I met up with him, he was so proud to show me that he had bought “me” some Oreo’s. Then, he put his foot in his mouth and said, “I bought you these to keep you fat.” He was teasing me, so I decided to tease him back. I said, “did you just call me fat?” “You didn’t say, ‘to get you fat,’ you said, ‘to keep you fat.” LOL! His eyes got big for a minute because he thought that I was furious at him. Then I busted out laughing and told him, “this story is hitting the blog!” Haha! He will never learn. Lol!
You might have seen this top in my try-on session from Old Navy. If you missed that, then here is the link. I love this top! It is cutesy. I am not sure if women my age are considered cutesy, but I wouldn’t mind it if I were. Lol! The flutter sleeve is what makes the top cutesy instead of cute. They give the top a romantic vibe and a flirty look. The website calls this top a leopard print, but I am not too sure about that description. Yes, it is a spotted top in leopard colors, but calling it a leopard print might be a stretch.
The v-neck is a flattering look for most because it elongates your neck. This top is lightweight and flowy, and the material is 100% rayon. I have on a medium in this top, but it is just the tiniest bit tight through the chest. I think that I would be more comfortable in a large, so I sent this back to exchange for the larger size. Okay- When you said to size up in the Old Navy Super Skinny Rockstar jeans, I figured that I would not be able to find any in my size this weekend due to the big 50% off sale on jeans. When I looked through the moss colored stack of jeans the largest size they had was a 14! I was very bummed out, but decided to try them because I joined WW in January and have lost 16 pounds and you said they were stretchy. THEY FIT LIKE A GLOVE! I have a new favorite jean. I am thinking of getting some in every color now. So glad I saw them on you and decided to be brave! Love your blog.
I love those magenta jeans with that top and those shoes are to die for. Life is a feast of color but some poor souls are starving to death. : )….OK, I ripped that off but you know what I mean. Bless you for sharing your wardrobe and life with us. I I look forward to your post.

You have to remember that some people have different ideas when it comes to fashion…and that is alright.

Well, I love those jeans & thought I’d ordered them w/your try-on post, but got my order & those weren’t included. Darn! So I gotta re-order. Ha!
