I’m sure all of us have a pair of jeans and a tank top in our closets. Those pieces are the basis of today’s elevated casual look. The items you choose to add to the look will determine the overall vibe of the outfit.

I want my outfits to look elevated, but I also want to be comfortable. Adding this Camel Sweater Blazer elevates the look of the outfit, and the sweater material allows me to move about the day in comfort. Neutrals, like camel, can be worn with almost anything, and allows you to update lots of outfits. This sweater blazer is also available in black and navy. I’m wearing a medium, and it fits perfectly.

Straight-leg jeans are a classic style that you can wear for years. These are a great medium color and will look great with any top. To keep this outfit elevated, I added pointy-toe Slingback Pumps in camel and black. These help to elongate your legs and will also look great with pants and dresses. It looks and feels great, and the size is perfect for all your essentials.

Dressy outfits are a must in everyone’s closet. If you are in a work environment that calls for a professional style, or if you have a meeting that calls for a dressier look, this outfit is perfect for you.

The basic pieces for this outfit are a gorgeous Raglan Blouson Top that can be worn alone or as a layering piece and a pair of comfy Stretch Pull-On Straight-Leg Pants.

The Raglan Blouson Top is so pretty, and I love the textured material, which adds a lot of visual interest. The blouse has sheer sleeves with elastic so you can create a blouson look. It hits me at hip level and can be worn tucked or untucked. This blouse is also available in other colors and in a couple of prints.

Adding the black and white check Boucle Blazer is what makes the outfit dressy looking. You could wear this blazer with almost any color, and it also would look great with jeans. Switching out the camel sweater blazer in the first outfit for this Boucle blazer would work also, and give you the same elevated casual look.

The key to a great outfit is to make sure it is also comfortable. If you look great but are uncomfortable, then the outfit needs tweaking.
