BOYFRIEND JEANS AND A JACKET

50 IS NOT OLD | BOYFRIEND JEANS AND A JACKETDo you gurls have a bucket list with places you would like to visit? I am not one who likes to travel a lot but there are one or two places that I want to go and see. These are not even places overseas, they are here in the US. I have always wanted to visit Savannah, Georgia. I am not even sure why, but that town just calls to me.50 IS NOT OLD | BOYFRIEND JEANS AND A JACKETCharleston, SC has also been on my list and I am going to marking that one off in just a few weeks. I am super excited about that trip and I can’t wait to share all the fun with you gurls. New York is also high on my list. My Energizer Bunny Friend has invited Joe and me to go in December with her and her husband. I would love to go but I also want to renovate my bathroom. What does one thing have to do with the other? I just think that I could take the money that I would spend going to New York (airfare, hotel, food, and SHOPPING) and go a long way towards a bathroom project. So, what do you gurls think??? New York trip or Bathroom renovation?50 IS NOT OLD | BOYFRIEND JEANS AND A JACKETDon’t you wish you had a blog where you could ask the hard questions? If you gurls don’t give me my answer then I will be forced to ask the Magic 8 Ball or flip a coin. Lol! Today’s outfit is classic. A pair of jeans, a white t-shirt, and a navy blazer is something that almost every one of you can re-create in your wardrobe.

50 IS NOT OLD | BOYFRIEND JEANS AND A JACKET This Navy linen jacket/blazer is sooo old that I can’t even begin to guess how old. It is by Ann Taylor and I actually think that it might be a hand me down from my sister. Since my sister is younger than me, I guess that would technically be a hand me up. I love the crop style and the one button closure. It has a cuff on the 3/4 length sleeve, a length that I prefer because it makes you look thinner. I need a new jacket, this one is starting to show some wear, so I may have to break down and buy one.

50 IS NOT OLD | BOYFRIEND JEANS AND A JACKET I think the silver jewelry goes great with the navy items. The polished silver finish of the Markle necklace is nice. I like that particular finish since it is not something that you normally see. The longer necklace is the Alice and it says Pray Wait Trust. I love this necklace, it is a great reminder for me. It is 34″ long, a perfect length for layering with a shorter necklace. The Ritta bracelet is the navy and rhinestone bracelet. The large link silver and dangling pearl bracelet is the Flora. It is really lightweight which is deceiving because it looks so heavy. Remember for the rest of this month I have a special offer. Everyone who makes a purchase of 75.00 (excluding tax and shipping) will get an extra piece of jewelry sent to you from me. Go to plunderdesign.com/taniastephens to place an order and pick a party with my name in it.  50 IS NOT OLD | BOYFRIEND JEANS AND A JACKET The jury is still out of these suede fringe boots. I have seen other people wearing these and I love them. I put these on and I feel like a show pony. All I can see if the fringe tossing about and it looks like the mane of a horse. I don’t think Joe was a fan because he gave me a look that says, “really???” I am going to try wearing them with a pair of long pants and maybe even with a dress before I make up my mind for sure. What was your first reaction?50 IS NOT OLD | BOYFRIEND JEANS AND A JACKETJoe also gave me the look with these jeans. He is used to seeing me wear my jeans tighter so these Boyfriend Jeans really threw him for a loop. I can tell that he was not a fan. Lol!!! I think he wanted me to give them back to my Boyfriend. Hahaha! This is a pair that I bought a couple of years ago at Old Navy. The thing that is great about boyfriend jeans is that they are loose and comfortable. The thing that is bad about boyfriend jeans is that they are loose and baggy. It is all a matter of perspective.

50 IS NOT OLD | BOYFRIEND JEANS AND A JACKETI had a Facebook message sent to me yesterday about Rodan + Fields. A friend and fellow blogger had bought some of the R+F eye cream from me a long time ago. I hadn’t heard if she liked the product or not and since eye cream lasts so long I had even forgotten that she bought it. This morning she asked me to order her another jar. She said that she had lost her jar and had been out for about 3 weeks. I am sure she thought it was no big deal, after all, it was just another eye cream. NOT! She said that now that she had gone 3 weeks without her eye cream and she NEEDS her moisture. It is THAT good! Since I am placing an order anyway if you want me to add you an eye cream just let me know and I will get that on order. It retails for 62.00 but I will be placing this as a PC order so you can have it for that cost which is 55.00 (plus tax and 3.00 for shipping to you) I have also added two buttons on the right side of my blog. I ❤️ R+F will take you to the website to order products and the Join The Team button will take you to the website to ENROLL as a consultant.

  4. I am so interested in starting a new skin care routine. I would like to try Rodan and Fields but I am not sure what products to start with. I am 60 years old and my main concern is brown sun spots and of course crows feet.
I can tell such a difference in you skin from last to this year. I would really appreciate any recommendations you could give me. I feel like you truly believe in the products.
    Thanking you in Advance.

Go on the trip please. You will tell us some great stories and show up super pictures since NYC will be decorated for Christmas. Think of it as a business trip.
Yes, on the boyfriend jeans. You look great.
Nope, on the fringey booties. You said it—Shetland pony feet minus 2.

Tania, cute outfit, and the jeans are okay, but the shoes, definitely not! (now that is me) And I know we were taught if you don’t know have anything nice to say…don’t. But you asked, LOL!! 😉 Funny I have a friends and family in Charleston and I have said I want to visit, but I just haven’t made it there, it has been on my list for a while… “one day”!! The trip or the bathroom, well……. “you only live once”, so I would say NY, (I am from there too.) And save a little money for a slight spruce of the bathroom.. Is that workable?? LOL Hope you have a great day!! Oh and I love the “ALICE”, another one on my “Plunder List”!!

I say go to New York! New York at Christmas time is amazing!!! And you have to go to Saint Patrick’s Cathedral. I don’t mean for services but just to see it I’m not Roman Catholic but I have never been so in awe in my life. And the store windows are just so much fun to look at how beautifully decorated they are. You cab do your bathroom a little later. Make memories with hubby that’s what’s important.
    Love the outfit too.

Definitely the trip to New York! You don’t know what tomorrow will bring. Take it from someone that lost someone suddenly and unexpectedly, the memories you make are with you forever and you will never regret the trip! A bathroom remodel can be done in stages. I honestly think you could wear anything, including fringe boots and look good! I don’t think I could pull that off! 🙂
