Beautiful Ways To Incorporate the Red-Orange Trend In Your Wardrobe
I love working my way through the trending colors for fall of 2023! I’ve posted about cobalt blue and sage green, and today, I’m showing you beautiful ways to incorporate the red-orange trend into your wardrobe.
You might have already seen me wearing this beautiful red-orange dress in my The Ultimate Guide To Fall Wedding Dresses For Women Over 50 post.
Beautiful Ways To Incorporate the Red-Orange Trend In Your Wardrobe – Dresses
Where are all my apple-shape gurls?! A wrap dress is a great option for most everyone, but especially those who are considered “apple shape”. This would be gorgeous at any fall event from a wedding to a cocktail party at your local upscale restaurant. This beauty is from Nordstrom and here’s a secret: if you don’t love this color, it actually comes in a whole bunch of others!
Here’s a cute dress from Walmart that could be dressed up or down! The model is wearing heels, and I would add a piece of statement jewelry. But you could also pair this with a denim jacket and some cute tennis shoes and look adorable. It runs small, so size up. Shh..this one also comes in other colors.

I love a pop of color and this one really POPS. I’ve mentioned before that I love to create a column of color – black pants and black shirt, etc. and then throw a colorful sweater on top. Not only does it create a cute look, it also helps me to look taller and thinner. I’ll never say no to looking taller and thinner!
This is a show-stopper! I think it would look great with a pair of jeans, off-white pants, or even black for you Georgia Bulldog fans. Lol! College football season is a great time to incorporate school colors into your wardrobe.
Beautiful Ways To Incorporate the Red-Orange Trend In Your Wardrobe – Accessories
I mentioned that red-orange is subjective. I think all of these items could be considered in that category, but they don’t have to be the same. There aren’t actually fashion police who will pull you over because your garment is more red/pink than red/orange. Whatever you call this colour, it’s gorgeous. This would be a perfect way to add a little color to a neutral outfit!
I love that this is red and orange and red-orange all wrapped up into one great silk scarf! Oh, there are so many ways that this would elevate a basic look. I’d pair it with neutral pants and a white top and head out the door, looking perfectly fashionable.
How cute are these fall earrings?!
These cute earrings are small. l wanted to include a photo of me in them to show you the size. They are so perfect for someone who doesn’t like a large amount of color but still wants to have a fall vibe! Jewelry is a super easy way to incorporate color into your outfit.
Here’s another cute pair of hoops. Y’all. These are under nine dollars!
Here’s another view. They are subtle but oh, so pretty!
I love a bright purse! This Coach purse is fully leather and a great size. I’m a big fan of the crossbody bag. They are just easy to carry, and I love the look of them. This bag would last for years, and red tones never really go out of style.
I’ve featured a similar version of this purse before. I think it’s interesting that I showed one similar to a cheaper version of one that Taylor Swift carries, and they’ve called this purse Charming Tailor. Hmm. Do you think the marketing whizzes at Amazon read 50 Is Not Old? Lol! This is a clutch but has the gold chain as well. Super pretty for more dressy occasions.
Beautiful Ways To Incorporate the Red-Orange Trend In Your Wardrobe – Shoes
I have these Clarks Wedge Sandals on order, but they didn’t make it in time for this post. However, I’m sure you’ll see them in upcoming fall posts. I love the color, and I think they will look great with a pair of dark-wash jeans.
Ballet flats are BACKKKKK! And even if they weren’t, I’d be wearing this super pretty pair. The reviews are good on these, but almost everyone says they are snug. So size up at least a half size than normal.
And, of course, a darling pair of red heels is a MUST-HAVE in everyone’s closet. These are not super high, so hopefully, most of you will be able to wear them. I love the buckle detail! Imagine a black dress or suit with these. Instant classic!
Hope you’ve enjoyed the post. Remember that red-orange is subjective, and keep in mind when buying online that the color of your monitor may show a different shade than the actual shade. When buying a singular item, it shouldn’t matter, but if you’re buying a purse and shoes to wear together, proceed carefully.
