AGELESS STYLE LINK-UP, VACATION WEAR
Today is the Ageless Style Link-Up party. I am joined by some wonderful ladies of different ages. I am probably on the “upper” age range, but I will try my best to hold my own with them. Haha The fact that I am a ditz, will be apparent occasionally. Let’s take today’s outfit, just for instance. The email came out weeks ago telling everybody what the theme for today’s link-up would be. I read it, but since then, did nothing about it. I just kept the theme in the back of my mind.
Another email was sent out last Thursday or Friday, reminding me that I had not yet sent my pictures in for the link-up graphic. So, I got my pictures ready and went to the email to send them. I looked at all the other ladies pictures, and was confused. Where was all the red-white-&-blue? I thought we were supposed to do a 4th of July post, even though it was the 5th. I went back and re-read the emails. Whooops! It appears that was not the theme after all! The theme is vacation wear. Guess who had no photos of vacation wear??? This blue outfit, which I had decided not to put on the blog, was all I could come up with. Yep, I’m a ditz!!!
The reason I had decided not to put this outfit on the blog, was it looked a little bit familiar. I normally will wear this top with white pants, but since I have been wearing white so much here lately, I decided to wear the blue pants instead. When I downloaded the pictures, something kept nagging at me. I started looking through my archives, and there it was! ALMOST IDENTICAL!!! Have I changed any since I started blogging?
I guess the good news is, in the old post I didn’t link to any clothing or jewelry. And, I wasn’t carrying a purse, so maybe I have improved a little bit. Feel free to brag on me all you want. Lol! The blue and white print tie top is by Karen Kane. I bought it at a little boutique in town a year or so ago. Because I shop my closet, and I do not buy new outfits for every post, some of my clothing items are no longer available. I do look online for similar items, sometimes it is the style and sometimes it is the color.
Karen Kane Tie Top: Cold Shoulder | Tie-dyed | Gorgeous Print | Plus I have on a couple of Plunder pieces of jewelry. I know you are getting sick of the same pieces, but don’t fret. I placed an order on Friday for some new pieces, and they should be here soon!!! You know what that means? New temptations coming your way! Hahaha Today’s items are a couple of my favorites. The Jane necklace, (I added the “t” pendant), and the Miley necklace, layer nicely together. The Miley necklace has a pendant that says, “If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.” Neither one of these necklace’s are over $25.00! The bracelets are the Feather and Pearl, and the Edith bracelet. To place an order through Plunder, go to www.plunderdesign.com/taniastephens or type in my stylist number in the checkout (241007). There is also a dropdown box that will ask if there is an ongoing party, so if you choose “Tania’s P Party” in that box, it would be nice.
This striking yellow tote was a birthday present from the girls at work. It is very embellished on the front, and it is plain yellow on the back. The purse is by a designer, Nicole Lee. She has a whole line of unique purses, and I will link to some of my favorites.

I have like these cobalt blue pants since the day I first bought them. They have just enough stretch in the material to make them fit nice, and they still give when you sit down. Don’t you hate it when a pair of pants cut you into when you sit down? This pair is by  The Limited. They are a couple years old, but I am sure we will be able to find a similar pair out there somewhere.
Limited Blue Pants: Similar | Similar | Plus (Talbots)Finally, we get to these gorgeous yellow espadrilles. This is an old pair that are by Michael Kors. I have worn these for years, and I hope to be able to wear them for a couple more to come. They are cute, and comfortable.

Absolutely loved reading your post! You are so adorable! I don’t think someone who is ditzy pulls a look together like yours! I love the vibrant blue & the yellow bag & sandals pop so perfectly. Who cares if you had another theme in mind, you nailed this look!!! So glad I joined this fun group & so glad we have met! You are amazing & I just love your energy & your positivity shines through!!!
There is a good aspect of being ditzy, you are not focused enough to see the bad in life. I prefer the tra-la-la-la-la kind of attitude. It may not be completely accurate, but it is a lot more fun.
OK, for a quick change, this outfit is incredible. I’m glad you chose to share it. Of course, the first thing I noticed is that purse. Cuuuuuute! I’m checking out your links now.
oh by the way – will be keeping up with your style on IG! #AgelessStyleLinkup
Ditzy or not, you have wonderful ability in putting together fabulous outfits! I love the cobalt with the yellow and that bag is amazing! What a lovely gift. The yellow espadrilles are also super adorable! I really need a pair of yellow shoes!

Well, you may have mixed up the theme and not planned to post this outfit, but I really, REALLY like it! The yellow and blue are so pretty together, and I want those shoes! The jewelry is gorgeous, too!
Love your outfit x
Great look! Loving this bag!!

Your look is adorable Tania. Love the way you combined blue with yellow. It’s my fault we changed themes because living in Switzerland 4th July doesn’t really get celebrated here – eek – hope you forgive me.
Wishing you a fabulous day!
Yvonne xx
I am not a huge ‘shoe person’ but I am in love with those espadrilles!! I find yellow a difficult colour to wear up close to my face, it jars with my complexion but maybe I could get away with some accessories. The contrast with the cobalt blue is amazing. What a lovely gift to receive from your friends ? I always find it so difficult to purchase clothing etc for someone else.
Love the outfit today! I am getting two emails also…
I’ll send wordpress an email and see if we can get the problem fixed. Thanks for letting me know.
I have been getting your email two times a day (same one). Why is that?
I am getting two emails as well.
I have no idea. My husband is signed up, I will check his email out to see if he is having the same problem. Let me check my plugins and see is there is a duplicate somewhere. Sorry for the inconvenience.
That is happening to me as well. Thought I had clicked something to make that happen.
I love the Plunder jewelry. I’ll be asking for some for my birthday!!
