A CHIC AND SOPHISTICATED OUTFIT FOR WOMEN OVER 50

Just because we are no longer in our 20s doesn’t mean we can’t still look chic and sophisticated. A simple outfit can look beautiful, and today’s look is a prime example of that.

Some of you have messaged me because you saw on the news about the horrible flooding in Grundy, VA. We aren’t living there, but we still have our homes and business there. Thankfully, we didn’t have any damage to either of them, but a lot of people did. There are over 100 homes damaged, and there are still people who haven’t been accounted for, but thankfully, no fatalities so far. Here is news coverage if you would like to see some of the damage.

This Leopard Print Off The Shoulder Blouse is one that I bought years ago. This blouse is CHIC to the nth degree!!! I couldn’t believe that this blouse is in the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, and it is a great price. I love how this blouse looks with dress pants or jeans. I’m wearing a medium, and the blouse fits great.

If you don’t care for Off The Shoulder look, then don’t wear it off the shoulder. This blouse looks just as cute when worn on the shoulder, so you have the option to wear it however you like. Here is a black and white polka dot version, a floral version, and a black version that I just ordered for myself.

Here is a look at the blouse from the side. This shows the length of the blouse which is a nice length for me.

I’m wearing two of the three chains on the Davis Multistrand Convertible Necklace. I’ve had this necklace for a long time, and it is on final sale for 20% off. The other necklace that I’m wearing is the Adeline Link Necklace. I’m also wearing my favorite Statement Hoop Earrings, but they seem to be sold out everywhere. Bummer, I love these earrings.

These SPANX Straight Leg Pants are so flattering! I love SPANX clothing even more than I do their shapewear. SPANX has a lot of items in the NSale, and I took advantage of a lot of them. I always size up in their clothing, and these are a size large.

Normally, I will wear the same color shoes as my pants to elongate my legs. But, today, I felt like wearing my new Michael Kors Camel Slingback Sandals, and I liked the look. These also come in black, but I needed a good pair of nude shoes to wear with dresses, so I stuck with this color. They run TTS, and I’m wearing my usual size 9.
