Tuckernuck Inspired Dresses and Tops
Have you ever heard of Tuckernuck? This clothing brand is known for its chic and timeless designs, and while their pieces are undoubtedly gorgeous… they can also come with a hefty price tag. Fortunately for you (and your wallet), I’ve found some affordable items that are just as stylish. Today, I’m showing you some Tuckernuck inspired dresses and tops that you can add to your wardrobe without breaking the bank.
Tuckernuck Inspired Dresses and Tops
This sweater dress is a dead ringer for Tuckernuck’s Coco Tweed Bow Dress! Doesn’t it give off super classy Jackie O vibes? It has lots of cute details like the bow, gold buttons, and contrasting trim! Pair it with tights and a knee-high boot, and you can wear it to the office, dinner, church, and more!
Get ready for compliments because this dress will have your friends doing a double take! The belted waist beautifully highlights your figure, while the chic, timeless details give it a high-end look—without the hefty price tag. It really reminds me of Tuckernuck’s Chloe dress, but at a fraction of the price (I’m talking $250 less!).
Tuckernuck has such a classy, elevated vibe that just screams quiet luxury. The best part? You can totally get the same stylish look for less like with this tiered tunic dress. It gives you all those same high-end feels without the high-end price. It comes in lots of colors, but shades like navy, black, light blue, and tan remind me the most of Tuckernuck!
I absolutely adore Tuckernuck’s chic selection of sunglasses, but let’s be real… spending $60 to $400 on a pair isn’t for everyone! That’s why I love picking up affordable shades on Amazon. This pair is perfect for taking to the beach or on a trip because I don’t have to stress about them getting damaged, lost, or stolen. At this price, I can easily replace them if I do lose them!
I know most of my over 50 gurls are shopping for longer dresses, since mini skirts show off a little too much leg. One of Tuckernuck’s most popular longer styles is their Mabel maxi. This affordable dress looks almost identical, right down to the chambray fabric, collared neck, and puff sleeves! It even comes in red, which is going to be gorgeous for the holidays.
This tiered maxi dress I grabbed earlier in the year also reminds me of the Mabel Maxi! I wore this dress in this post and a couple of other styles you might want to check out. I love all of the feminine details on this one, like puffy sleeves and a fun pom-pom trim running along each tier. The medium fits me really well!
When I think of classy jewelry, pearls are usually the first thing that comes to mind. Tuckernuck always has a beautiful selection, although you’re going to spend around $50-200. If you’re shopping for this look for less, I just found this gorgeous pearl bracelet that’s a steal!
These suede loafers are the perfect blend of classic and preppy! I mean, how adorable is that bow detail?!? They’re going to be so cute paired with everything from tailored trousers to casual jeans, making them an easy choice for creating an elevated, put-together feel without any fuss.
Tuckernuck carries a lot of gorgeous quilted jackets, but their prices can range from $200 all the way up to $1,000, which is definitely an investment! The good news is that you don’t need to spend that much because I found this quilted jacket at a great price! It is going to be gorgeous for layering over your favorite sweaters and jeans this season.
You’ve got to see the back of this one! It even comes in a stunning red plaid for Christmas. Pair it with a pair of opaque tights and a high heel, and you’re ready for Christmas dinner or a night at the theater or ballet! The best part is it’s around $200 less expensive, compared to Tuckernuck’s Daphne dress at $248.
This sweater vest dress is going to look equally chic with a turtleneck or a button-down top underneath! You can dress it up with some knee-high boots and a statement necklace for a polished look, or keep it casual with sneakers for a fun, laid-back vibe. Plus, I bet the oversized fit makes it super comfy!
I snagged a classic short-sleeve polo sweater in chocolate brown during Tuckernuck’s Friends and Family sale (see me wearing it here!). Recently, I found a similar top on Amazon that caught my eye! This one has long sleeves, making it ideal for colder winter weather. Plus, it comes in a ton of colors, unlike the Tuckernuck version, which is limited to tan and brown.
Slipping on a blazer over a top or sweater is one of the easiest tricks to instantly look polished and put together, even when you’re in a rush! I found this one that is so affordable, and it’s got fantastic reviews. It totally reminds me of Tuckernuck’s Diana blazer.
This long sleeve button down shirt dress not only looks so chic and classic, but it’s a total blank slate! You could easily glam it up with a fancier handbag, chunky necklace, and a heel for dinner, or wear a knee-high boot with a cardigan for a more casual look. You can grab yours for a much better price… instead of the Tuckernuck version which is $100 more!
How fun is this tweed Jackie dress? I love the vintage vibes! Inspired by style icon and former first lady, Jackie Kennedy, this gorgeous mini dress comes in 8 great colors, including pink, emerald, black, and navy. Tuckernuck’s version is over $250, while this designer inspired version is affordable!

The look alike dresses are amazing.
Ive heard of Tuckernut but have never even bothered because of the prices. Great alternatives!
Tuckernut is great, you’re right, but the prices…..not so much. Thanks for these lookalikes that are easier on the wallet!
Love the options at a better price point
Yes, I’m familiar with Tuckernuck! So far I’ve never been able to buy anything thing I like because whenever there’s a sale my size is always gone! Your post with dupes might help me in the future. Thank you!
The Aline dresses look very 60’s inspired.
Love this post, Tania! The dress with the back bow in plaid is so adorable for the holidays. Thank you for these great finds! Megan did a great job. Love those jewel toned colors on her. Also, you are a wonderful grandma 🥰.
