So, yesterday was Father’s Day, and I hope everyone enjoyed the day, or at least that you survived the day. I couldn’t wait to give Joe his Father’s Day present, so I ended up giving it to him on Saturday night. I walked into the computer room and told Joe that I was going to give him his present early. He immediately started protesting, saying that we don’t buy each other presents for these type things and that now he felt bad that he didn’t buy me something for Mother’s Day. I told him to chill out, and that it wasn’t a huge present, so he didn’t have to fret.
Then he started looking at his gift. It was a pack of the type of t-shirts that he loves. He was thrilled with that gift. Then he pulled out a pack of underwear, and he looked a little less happy, but he kept on looking in the bag. Lol! Then, he finally got to the last item in the bag. He pulled out a black item and then he looked confused. As he started unfolding it, he busted out laughing. He had finally been able to read the “speedo” logo that was on the briefs. He couldn’t quit laughing, and said, “I can’t believe that you bought this. The gurls on the blog would love hearing about this.” That is when I told him that I had already shared that tidbit of information. Hahaha! He couldn’t believe it and went immediately to read my post for himself. He laughed and said that everyone had been quite as a mouse and that no one told my secret. I just think that no one in town reads my blog. Haha! Anyway, I forgot one crucial piece of information when I order the swimsuit…you should always go up one size. I did get a snicker after he tried them on, but they are going back to the store for a bigger size.
I know this isn’t my “normal blog post. I went to church, out to eat with Joe and Emersyn, packed, and then traveled all day to go to Atlanta to visit my sister. By the time that I arrived in Atlanta and unpacked, I barely had time to throw these pictures up for a post before time to head off to bed. So, instead of talking, and talking, and talking, I am doing a shop the post so that you have the links to choose from. Here is the Adams necklace,
I do encourage you to please sign up for my daily emails so that you can click on the link and it will take you straight to the post. No more having to remember to type in the name, etc.
