Three Spring Outfits With One Pair of Jeans From J.Jill
Are you like me and wear jeans more than anything else in your closet? My wardrobe consists of mostly casual outfits that can be worn for errands, shopping, or going to lunch with friends. I like items that are versatile and work for different occasions. So, today, I’m going to style three spring outfits with one pair of jeans from J.Jill.
Other than wearing jeans and a T-shirt, this spring outfit is about as casual as you can get. It consists of a top and a pair of jeans, and then the accessories determine how dressy or casual the outfit looks.
The Convertible-Shoulder Smocked Top is great for wearing with shorts, pants, skirts, etc., and can be worn off the shoulder or not. It looks great both ways and before you ask, it is not too young-looking for ladies our age. Shoulders don’t show your age like other parts of the body, so don’t be afraid to bare them if you want. This top is limited in size but is still available in plus sizes.
I just got this variegated turquoise necklace and earrings c/o Kendra Scott. Turquoise is a stone that I love wearing in the summer, and it looks great in the fall also. These make a large statement without being too big or oversized. Both of these are available in other colors, but I’m partial to turquoise.
The Straight-Leg Cuffed Jeans are so cute! I love the large cuff, and cuffs are a huge trend this year. This pair fits me great, and I like the washed look of the jeans. They are also available in two other colors, and I hope they come out in more washes and styles.
St. Patrick’s Day is barely more than a week away, so I thought I would show you a few items in green. Green is a color I never used to wear, and now I love almost all shades of green. Remember, keep your mind open to change; no one wants to be stuck in a fashion rut!
The Collared Button-Front Textured Cardi and Navy A-Line Tank look fabulous together. I’ve always loved pairing navy blue and green together, especially this bright grass green color. The navy tank is from the Wearever line, so it is comfortable and resists wrinkles. I love J.Jill’s Wearever line, and I have several of their tanks. I’m wearing a medium in the cardigan and tank, and they both fit well.
I absolutely love this cardigan; it is so comfy, and I love the oversized buttons. I wanted to show the Daphne Convertible Gold Link and Chain Necklace in Ivory c/o Kendra Scott that I’ve been wearing lately. It really shows up well against the green background.
You’ve seen me carry this Woven Bow Handbag a lot, and you’ll be seeing more of it this spring and summer. I love the neutral color, and the woven material is soft and subtle. I also like the braided strap with the cute bow embellishment. I’m carrying the largest size, but there are several other sizes and colors to choose from.
The Italian Leather Pointed Bow Flat is a new purchase, and I’ve worn them almost non-stop since they came in. I love the neutral almond color, and pointy-toe shoes are my favorite style since they elongate the leg. I wasn’t sure if I would like the bow, but it is a nice feminine touch without being too girly. These are available in a couple of other colors, and I think they are a great price, especially for leather shoes.
The last look also contains green. This is a T-shirt and jeans outfit, but the striped 3/4-Sleeve V-Neck Tee looks more elevated than most. I’m not sure if it is the tunic length or the color, but this looks like a nice top instead of a normal thin T-shirt.
The shirt is available in several colors, and if you are looking for a white tee that you can’t see though, you’ll want to check this one out. I really like the Multicolor Straw and Khaki Handbag I added to this outfit. It has a lot of subtle color in the straw weave, and the khaki base is a great neutral that will go with everything.

Just found you. Love the fashions.
Love that you are a believer also.
I’m so glad you liked the post. Thank you for commenting! 😊❤️
Love the shoes! Great finds. 😆
My weakness is BOOTS! My husband is always amazed that I can find any I don’t have ! Lol! Thanks for the great outfit suggestions!
Stripped shirt on you looks beautiful. You have a great figure.
NOT on big ladies, makes them look even bigger.
I wear a different piece of jewelry daily, even when staying home.
At my age I better wear what I have or it will never be worn…lol
My weakness is anything BLING/Glitter!
Already got my Christmas outfit. Bling, Bling!!!
Love all these spring outfits! JJill is not usually on my radar, but now it will be! Kendra Scott jewelry is perfection! These pieces are gorgeous!
Thanks for sharing ideas for what to pair with jeans!
My weakness in fashion are shoes. I have very bad feet and am always looking for the perfect pair that are comfortable but feminine and look good on my feet. A close second is the perfect handbag.
Love the St Patty’s day vibe!!
Where’s the store with the vintage jewelry? I live in Tennessee and would love vintage jewelry!
It is the Antique Mall on the square in Livingston, TN.
Thanks for your time and effort to keep us ladies up to date.
My weakness is Kendra Scott jewelry. My daughters know this and usually give me new pieces for Christmas or my birthday. I love the jeans that you are featuring today. The next time I make it to a town that has one, I am going to check out J. Jill.
Joy, you’re going to love my post tomorrow! Lol! It is on Kendra Scott jewelry!!!
Such pretty jewelry with your outfits.
Love all the looks with the jeans – so many ways to wear them. The green stripe top with the straw multi-colored bag is my favorite. My weakness is buying too many things “for the closet”, as my husband says, because I tend to repeat the same outfits frequently. :). But I do love new clothes.
Purses are my weakness!
Love, love the greens!!!
Thanks for all the hard work you put into your posts. Look forward to seeing them each day.
Great scripture today… up to us to fix our eyes…
The green cardigan is a perfect color. I need a blouse that shade
Vintage jewelry is so attractive. I never buy any, as I inherited some from aunts, Grandma, and Mom. But rarely wear it since I retired.
I haven’t worn mine since we moved, it is still at out other house. I can’t wait to move it where I’m staying now.
Wondering if those jeans are as comfortable as they look?
Absolutely!!! My closet is full of J.Jill jeans. They seem to fit me well, and are comfortable.
Love the outfits! Purchased the v neck tee in rose. My weakness is shoes. Lol! That’s all I will have to leave in my will. Boxes and boxes of shoes and boots.😂
My weakness is watercolor supplies and coffee mugs. Every vacation I buy a mug from the area. The draw back is I then breaking the mug while drinking coffee outside in the summer 😉
I like these cuffed pants. I have tons of “vintage” jewelry.
I also have lots of bells and almost a 12 piece setting of Iridescent Iris Herringbone Depression Glass and all of the matching pieces.
Great outfits but my favorite is the white blouse.
Love today’s post. Nice outfits and those jeans I’m crushing on. I wish we had a good vintage store here where I live. No bakelite jewelry to be found .
The off shoulder white top is perfect for spring!! Especially love this!
I’m with you about vintage jewelry, actually any unique pieces.
All great Spring looks. I really like the turquoise jewelry. My weakness is always books and antique American pottery.
I really like the blue and green together. I live in jeans particularly in the winter.
Green and navy look great together. The green in the cardigan is so pretty. The green striped tee is cute but it’s a tunic to me. I like how subtle the stripes are. I wish it was short sleeve and not so long. I’m looking for a stripe top like that.
It is a tunic length.
Hello Tanya, I really like all the looks you shared today. Thank you!
That smocked top is so pretty. I love the femininity of it. The green and navy look is also a good one.
My shopping weakness? Definitely handbags and jewelry because they always fit!
Good point! That might be why I love those, too!
Great casual jean looks! Have to give JJill another look. My weakness is craft supplies, especially if they are on “sale”.
I love the green!!! Books are my weekness…I love lending them, but get frustrated when they aren’t returned! Happy Wednesday❤❤❤
I like you love anything shiny, sparkling, and all jewelry !
Lovely post! But gracious girl, where do you keep all of this clothing and how do you keep it organized?
Carolyn, I can’t keep everything. I keep way more than I should, but I send some things back. Plus, my mom, sister, and niece are all visiting this weekend to go through my overflow. Lol!
Cute clothes and pretty jewelry!
You are going to chuckle when I tell you my weakness!! It is office supplies-yep, office supplies!! Because I am super organized, I am always on the outlook for pretty file folders, paper clips, pens, etc. I think I could open my own office supply store. I am loving the white over the shoulder top and the ballet flats. That’s another weakness of mine-ballet flats. I have them in every color.
Karen, I don’t think I’ve ever heard anyone else mention office supplies as a weakness. Lol!
I love 3/4 sleeve tops. And the turquoise jewelry is lovely.
my weakness is shoes. I love them! but I have a narrow foot, so that limits my choices and what brands/designers I can wear.
I enjoyed today’s post. I live in my jeans! I change tops and accessories to make different looks.
Oh yes at the vintage jewelry!! I love earrings and bracelets!! Love the bow flats and the cute different looks!!
Love the outfits!
Great casual outfits.
The vintage booth looked awesome! My weakness is earrings! Earrings are a fun way to change a look. I took your advice – I stopped by Walmart yesterday and got a jean jacket. I know I will get a lot of use from it. Thanks!
Cute stuff.. I love vintage jewelry too.. I pulled out some of my pieces that I purchased in the 1980s.. hard to think that all that stuff is “vintage” to today’s shoppers! But it’s back in style!
Love all the ways/ideas to work in a little green for the holiday!! Those jeans look great on you!!
Oh golly I have sooooo many but my clothing weaknesses – lately it seems to be anything with embroidery. I just can’t pass it by. My other weakness is novels and devotionals. I love to keep devotionals on hand for hostess gifts, thinking of you times, birthdays. I’m a sucker for a good read too🥰.
You look so good in green! Love all the outfits!
You look great! I do like JJill, and that seersucker blouse is adorable! Thank you for sharing your ideas.
Love the looks especially since I’m a girl who wears jeans 90% of the time but can make them look dressier!! Thank you!!
Cute outfits, haven’t shopped at J Jill in awhile, will have to give them another look.
The jeans are perfect! All of these looks are so very wearable and absolutely my everyday look.
Nice combinations for the jeans.
My weakness is shoes! Love the Walmart straw bag!
Love three ways with the same jeans! My fave is the green striped tee.
I love these outfits! You look great in green. And I love the turquoise jewelry too.
God bless!
Love these looks. Especially the green cardigan. Perfect for the St. Patrick’s Day parade!🍀🍀🍀
Great looks!
