If I am talking gibberish in this post, just look over me. I am sitting with the sun shining on my back, and it is making me so cozy and sleepy. If I’ve yawned once, I’ve yawned a hundred times in the past ten minutes. It is a good thing that I can type without looking at the keys because my eyes are almost completely closed. I think it might have been the Oatmeal Cream Pie that did me in and put me into a sugar coma.

Yureka! I got an idea to keep me awake. I went and fixed me a cup of coffee to see if that will wake me up for the afternoon. Normally, I only drink one cup of coffee a day, and I sip on that cup for hours. I will reheat the same cup of coffee multiple times and still only drink about half of a cup. This morning I decided to use the SWIG cup that came in my Vine OH! box, and it kept the coffee so hot that I burned my tongue three times. Lol! You can tell that I have not been used to drinking hot coffee. I love that little cup, and I think that I’ll give some of them for Christmas gifts since it works with hot or cold beverages. I see stocking stuffers for my crew already coming together. Bed, Bath, and Beyond have these for 19.00, but only four color choices. Amazon is a little more expensive, but they have lots of colors and prints. The only problem with buying one from Amazon is, you’ll not be able to only buy one. Lol! There are so many of these that I would like, and I am having a hard time choosing just one or two.

While you are on Amazon, go ahead and grab this Fairisle sweater. This is a sweater that you will love for years to come and drag it out every year. I love the Fairisle design, and I have several sweaters like this. But, the colors in this sweater spoke to me. I think that the red in the pattern jumps out and grabs your attention, and it looks so pretty with the different shades of gray. The sweater comes in three other color combinations also, so hopefully, you can find something that works for you. I am wearing a size 10 in the sweater, and it fits me perfectly.

I kept my jewelry really simple and only added my favorite AVI large hoop earrings in silver and the dainty Rue cuff bracelet. See, I can only wear a few jewelry items if I try hard. Lol! BTW, the two silver bead Tiffany bracelets don’t count.

You’ve seen me wear these curvy bootcut jeans several times before, and you will probably see them several more times in the future. I love this pair of jeans, and I can’t exactly tell you why. It might be the dark color, or it might be the great fit, or it could be the style and the way they look when I wear them. I’m not really sure why I love them so much, but I love, love, love them. These are by Joe’s Jeans (not my husband ūüėĚ ), and I am wearing a size 31 in these jeans, which is up one size. I have found that I need to size up one size when I wear this brand, and a 31 fits me perfectly.

To tie the red in the outfit together, I added this red leather hobo handbag by Sak. This is a great medium size handbag, and it is a great size for almost everyone. It has a top zip closure, and one sip pocket inside, and two slit pockets. There is also a back zip pocket, and that is where I like putting a small amount of money and my phone. That way, I don’t have to rummage around in my bag when I hear the phone ring or if I need to pay for a coke at the drive-thru window. I love the red bag, especially for Christmas, but it also comes in four other colors, so be sure to check those out.

Since winter is coming, I want to make sure that everyone has a good pair of boots with soles that will keep you from slipping in the snow. This leather waterproof pair from UGGs has a deep tread sole that hopefully will give me stability on ice and keep me from falling. Plus, I love the fact that these are waterproof, and we all know how comfortable UGG shoes can be. I am wearing my usual size 9, and they are the perfect fit.

Several of you have mentioned that you love the addition of the Bible verses at the end of each blog post. And, you have noticed that I don’t add them when I do a sponsored post. The verses are personal to me, and they are how I choose to represent myself. However, I wouldn’t feel right posting them on a post for a brand since I don’t know their personal beliefs. But, if you like the verses, then you can feel free to share them with your network and keep spreading the WORD.

I hope that you have enjoyed today’s post and that you will tell all of your friends about my blog.

2 Chronicles 7:14

14 if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

Gorgeous outfit. Love the sweater ! I have a blue Fair isle sweater that I wear so much when it gets cooler. That red and gray one, though, is beautiful and I love your red bag.

Good Morning. So great to hear that the sun is shining where you are. Enjoy it. We have snow and cold temps already.

BUT I just wanted to thank you and one of your bloggers: a week or so ago you put a shout out for recipes since you were hosting your DIL and friend for a online viewing of R & F and you asked for recipes to use to serve for the evening. One of your bloggers posted a chicken recipe with Swiss cheese, soup, stuffing mix and butter- which I have since made 2 times – with good reviews from both recipients I gave it to.

When I tell them I got the recipe from a response post on the Fashion Blogger that I follow, that stops them in their tracksūüėÄ. But anyway…I hope your blog follower who posted the recipe reads this so I can say thanks. And thanks to you for asking for dinner ideas.

Have a great weekend- and I also thank you for posting Bible verses – if ever we needed them…it sure is now.

Hey, lady, that fair isle sweater is now on my wishlist! Is your size 10 oversized? Hard to tell in the photos. I like my sweaters big. But if it’s already baggy..? Thanks and happy Saturday evening to you!

Stacey, it fits me well, not really big or tight. It is doesn’t show my lumps and bumps, and I think that it is just right.

Such a pretty sweater! How warm is it? I have one that is cotton b/c it doesn’t get cold here. My wool cardigan from Germany I’m lucky to get to wear once a year.

It is warm, but not the kind of warm that you would need if you lived in a colder climate.
