Gurls, can you believe Thanksgiving is almost here? Yikes! We still haven’t made a firm decision on what we’re cooking. I have a lot of people in my family who love ham, but it doesn’t seem like Thanksgiving without turkey. Oh, well. If I can’t settle on the food, I can at least plan my look. Today, I’m sharing the best Thanksgiving items for a perfect table. I’ve tried to keep things on the inexpensive side for the most part.

The Best Thanksgiving Items for A Perfect Table – Tablecloths and Runners

A table runner is a great way to elevate your Thanksgiving meal without spending a ton of money. This is under $20 dollars, and I love that you could use it all fall. It’s 72 inches long and would look nice on a table that seats 4-6 people.

Here’s another very simple but pretty option for giving your table a bit of elegance. This fall tablecloth comes in a variety of sizes and is also available in white, gold, and bronze. It will depend on the size, but it should be approximately $25 dollars. The damask fabric looks much more expensive than it is!

For those of you who have cottage or country decor, I found this cute rustic gingham tablecloth. I love the fringe accents! I chose this orange buffalo plaid for fall, but it comes in so many others. Again, the price will depend on the size you need.

The Best Thanksgiving Items for A Perfect Table – For the Food

One of my favorite things about Thanksgiving is that we all sit around beforehand and eat appetizers. I LOVE cream cheese and pepper jelly with crackers. If you haven’t tried it, do! The only downside is that the appetizers take up coveted counter space. That’s where this simple 3 Tier serving stand comes in! The porcelain trays are 12 inches long. This item goes on sale frequently. If you are an email subscriber, you know I link to Amazon sale items daily. Keep an eye out, and if you haven’t subscribed, why not??

Placemats are a great way to make your table look special if you’re not using a tablecloth. These come in sets of four, and you could use them throughout the fall season. They are 100% cotton and machine washable.

Everyone needs a pretty trivet on Thanksgiving Day. You’ve worked hard on the meal. Don’t spoil it by putting your hot casserole on an old pot holder! These come in sets of 3 and are available in a ton of color combinations. Keep in mind that these are 8.5 inches round. Not suitable for large pots or pans.

I couldn’t resist these sweet cardinal salt and pepper shakers. If you have young children visiting for Thanksgiving, these would be cute to put on the kid’s side of things. You’ve probably seen the turkey versions, but these would work all year round.

If you want to make the occasion special, these gold chargers are here for you! Even a plain white plate will look fancy on one of these. My black and white dishes would look great on these gold chargers.

The Best Thanksgiving Items for A Perfect Table – Decor

Don’t forget the table decor. Group a few of these together for your centerpiece, then scatter the others around on end tables, the mantle, etc. There are eight pieces, and they’re actually foam, not ceramic, so you won’t have to worry about little ones knocking them off and breaking them. The link has lots of other options and color combinations.

Before the guests arrive, take stock of your kitchen towels. Mine can get grimy and stained very quickly. And they seem to disappear with regularity! These are just $15 dollars, and you can use them next autumn as well.

Deion Sanders says that when you look good, you play good, so I’m going to go with when you look good, you COOK good! This gorgeous apron will keep your Thanksgiving clothes clean as you prepare the meal, and you’ll look lovely as you greet your guests. 100% cotton and a center pocket make this functional and fashionable.

The Best Thanksgiving Items for A Perfect Table – Platters

Whether you’re going with ham, turkey, or something else, a pretty serving platter is a must-have. This pumpkin-themed version would look nice any time of year, to be honest. It’s dishwasher and microwavable and won’t break the bank at under $30 dollars.

If you’re looking for a platter specifically for Thanksgiving, this one is very pretty. It’s a little more expensive at $68 dollars, but I love the watercolor turkey. It’s 20 inches long, and I like the sweet “Happy Thanksgiving” script on the edge.

Do you have your Thanksgiving table ready? I’d love to hear what you’re serving. Ham, turkey, or something else entirely? Comment below and let me know!
