Yesterday my post was all about the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. I understand that everyone isn’t a fan of the NSale because of how they structure the sale. You are able to shop the sale based on the amount of business you do with Nordstrom the prior year. So, today I’m going to take a break from the NSale and talk about the Semi-Annual Sale now happening at Talbots.
There are several differences between these two sales. You can shop the Talbots sale right now, no matter how much you spent with them the prior year. Another difference is that Talbots has a sale on summer merchandise, and the Nordstrom Sale has new fall arrivals on sale. I like taking advantage of both sales, one is for clothing I’ll be wearing right now, and one is for clothing I’ll be wearing this fall.
Below are some items I’ve styled or worn this summer and a few of my picks later in the post.
Linen Band Collar Popover Tunic (size med – relaxed and oversized)
Tie Detail Shift Dress (Size large, fits TTS)
Tropical Print Fit and Flare Dress (Size 10, fits TTS)
Tiered Halter Mini Dress (Size 10 – runs TTS)
Paisley Voile Midi Dress ( Size 10, runs TTS)
Salmon Floral Shirt Dress (my daughter is wearing a size 12 and runs TTS)
Here are some of my picks, and there are lots more items to choose from.
