Tania Stephens from 50 Is Not Old standing in a living room

Whether you just turned 50 or you’re deep into your 70s, welcome, I’m so glad you’re here. 50 Is Not Old is your go-to source for real-life fashion, beauty tips, faith-based encouragement, and everyday inspiration for women who want to feel confident and stylish at every age.

I’m Tania Stephens, and I started this blog at age 55 to show that growing older doesn’t mean fading into the background. It means showing up, beautifully, boldly, and with a little leopard print when the mood strikes.

Quick FAQs

Do you actually wear the clothes you post about?
Yes! I love to play dress up, so I try on pretty much everything I share. I always note fit, sizing, and comfort to help you decide if something will work for you. When out of stock, or not on hand, I’ll link to other things I like.

What sizes do you typically wear?
I’m about 5’6″ and usually wear a size 8/Medium in tops and a 29 in jeans. I always share details about how things fit to help guide your choices.

How often do you post?
New blog posts go up daily, fashion and beauty throughout the week, and devotionals every Sunday.

Can I trust your recommendations?
I only recommend products I truly believe in, whether from personal use or trusted reviews. I’ve sent back products before because I didn’t like them, and wouldn’t want to share them on the blog. I also clearly mark all sponsored content.

Where can I shop your outfits?
Right here on the blog or on the LTK app under “50 Is Not Old.”

Final Note

You don’t have to be a fashion expert to feel good in what you wear. You don’t have to be 25 to wear red lipstick. And you don’t have to chase trends to be stylish.

This is a place for women who still want to show up fully, gracefully aging, faithfully living, and always believing that 50 Is Not Old.
