I love how shoes can completely change an outfit, and I am SO excited to swap out my winter boots for something lighter and fresher. I’ve been doing a little research into what shoes we’re going to be seeing in stores in the coming months, and this season’s trends are full of fun options that are both stylish and comfortable! The best part? These spring 2025 shoe trends are absolutely perfect for women who want to look polished without sacrificing comfort. Whether you’re into classic styles with a modern twist or want to step outside your comfort zone, there’s seriously something for everyone this season. Today, I’m sharing all of the Spring 2025 shoe trends I’m loving. Let me know your favorite one in the comments!

Slingback Flats & Low Heels

Slingbacks are back, and I couldn’t be happier! There’s something about that dainty little strap that makes any outfit feel a little more put-together. Whether you prefer flats or a small kitten heel, this is one of the easiest ways to add a polished touch to your wardrobe.

I’m seeing pointed-toe slingback flats in soft pastels and neutrals, kitten-heel slingbacks in metallic finishes, and slingbacks with fun details like bows and contrast piping. They work beautifully with wide-leg pants, dresses, and even jeans—basically, they’re a go-with-everything kind of shoe.

Wondering how I’ll be styling this shoe trend? I’m picturing a nude slingback flat with white jeans and a linen blazer for a fresh, classic spring look!

Woven & Raffia Shoes

You gurls know I love a good raffia accessory, especially when warm weather rolls around. If you love a good spring shoe that feels like vacation, you’ll love the woven and raffia trend. These textured shoes are everywhere this season, and I think they instantly make an outfit look effortless and chic!

I am loving the shoes I’m seeing in stores! I’ve seen woven espadrilles in soft neutrals, basketweave mules that are perfect for everyday wear, and raffia block heels that add texture to dressier looks. They have that easy, laid-back feel that’s perfect for warm weather. I plan on pairing woven espadrilles with my flowy dresses and cropped jeans all season long!

Powder Blue Shoes

If you’re looking for the color of the season, it’s powder blue. This soft, dreamy shade is popping up everywhere—from handbags to blouses—and now, it’s making its way into shoes. Powder blue is a great alternative to white or beige since it works beautifully with neutrals, denim, and other pastels. This season, I’m seeing powder blue ballet flats, loafers, and slingbacks taking center stage! If you love a dressier option, powder blue heels are perfect for spring weddings or brunch dates.

I’m already eyeing a powder blue loafer that I know will pair perfectly with my favorite white jeans and a striped button-down, but a light blue sneaker would be an easy way to try out the trend, too!

High-Gloss & Patent Leather Shoes

Patent leather is making a big comeback this spring. A high-shine finish instantly elevates any outfit, whether you’re wearing jeans or a dress. This season, patent leather is showing up in ballet flats, loafers, and slingbacks, all with a glossy, polished feel. If you love a little drama, try high-shine slingback heels or pointed-toe flats in patent leather.

Sporty Sandals

If you love comfort and practicality, you’ll be happy to know that sporty sandals are still trending this spring. But don’t worry, they’re not the clunky styles you might remember—this season’s versions are sleek, chic, and easy to wear.

I’m seeing minimalist leather sport sandals in soft neutrals, platform sporty sandals for a little extra height, and two-strap velcro sandals in elevated materials like leather and suede. These are great for travel, running errands, or long walks while still looking stylish. I’m trying to decide which neutral leather sport sandal I should go with! I’m thinking they’ll look so cute with linen pants and a breezy blouse.

Block-Heel Sandals

For those of us who love a little extra height without sacrificing comfort, block heels are still trending this season. They’re the perfect solution for looking dressy while still being able to walk comfortably.

This spring, I’m loving ankle-strap block heels, sleek mules with a low block heel, and woven raffia block heels (which combine two big trends in one). These styles work well for dresses, cropped jeans, and even dressier occasions.

I have lots of block-heel sandals in my warm-weather rotation because they’re just so easy to style with everything. I can’t wait to pull them back out, and let’s be honest, maybe add a few new pairs to the line-up!!

Shop Block-Heel Sandals:

Mary Janes with a Modern Twist

Mary Janes are making a comeback, but don’t worry—they’re not the same schoolgirl styles you remember. This season’s versions feel sleek and sophisticated, with pointed toes, double straps, and structured block heels.

I’m seeing pointed-toe Mary Janes, square-toe versions in soft pastels, and chunky-heel Mary Janes that feel modern yet classic. They add just the right amount of polish to jeans, dresses, or tailored trousers. I think a soft beige or blush Mary Jane with a small block heel would be the perfect addition to my spring wardrobe!

I love all the feminine and more delicate looks. That said, I do like block heels also. Just not the sporty sandals, too rugged for me.

  17. FOUND IT.

AHHHH! I just went broke looking at this post! I love this season’s trends. I wasn’t a metallic girl, and some sneaker options lately haven’t been my thing. But this post had shoe after shoe that made me drool! Those patent powder blue sling-back Mary Janes made my heart skip a beat. This powder blue trend is GREAT for us Ole Miss Rebel girls!

  18. Penny McAuley says:

Tania, there is a gathering of the global church on February 28th called Gather25. I realize this space is intended for comments on product, but my heart has been heavy that this event is going to happen and people do not know about it. I have been one of your gurls for a number of years and realize the platform that you have. If I could get you to look up gather25.com and if you are as excited about this as I am that you would mention something on your blog? Thank you, Penny

    1. Penny, this sounds awesome. I hadn’t heard of this, but it looks wonderful.

  19. Found it.
    Loving the powder blue shoes!

  20. I love this slingback heels but I have a skinny heel and they always slip down on me but they look pretty on other people.

  21. Not an easy find. Took 2 look throughs.

  22. Found it! Might look at those Teva Sandals in Sesame for beach/water/land use. Need to read more of the reviews since a few of them reference blisters, rubbing and broken straps. I do have a bunion and a bunionette on one of my feet, so need to be careful. They do look better and less clunky than my current Keen water/land shoes.

  23. Found it! Cute shoes..

  24. I watched a YouTube video this morning about clothing that “ages women” and what we should wear, instead. Halfway thru’, I realized the woman was playing off of my insecurities regarding aging. YOUR site is fun, positive, gives us actual information about products, and leaves us feeling uplifted. THANK YOU 🙏🏼

    1. Thanks so much, Cory. I love to encourage everyone to look their best.

    found it!

those Mary Jane’s with the double buckle are so cute!

  37. Tania, I love your fashion selections and I have learned alot about putting outfits together. Would you consider adding more cotton options? Polyester etc does not work for we gals who live in the deep south (cotton is so much cooler, and necessary!), are retired (no sleeveless), and wear only very casual clothes but want to look chic. Thank you for any help you can give us!

  38. Found it. I love the shoes, all but the MaryJanes. Not for me!!
