PINK IS MY FAVORITE COLOR

I thought I was busy the other day, but after the day that I have had today, I know better. The accountant is coming to the lumber company on Thursday to bring the corporation taxes to us because they are due on the 15th of March. I figured that I might as well try to get all of our personal taxes together so that I could give them to him when he was there. OH, MY WORD! My neck is now tight and tense, and my shoulders are all tied in knots.
I worked in an accounting office over 30 years ago, but I can’t remember it being this big a pain in the rear trying to get all of the information tallied together. I keep receipts all year long for my online businesses, but I could do a better job at keeping them categorized. Instead, I have a huge bag that I throw everything into once the small bag that I keep in my purse gets filled with receipts. How is that for a system? Lol! So, today, I separated all of the receipts into piles for different businesses. Then, I highlighted all credit card expenses on the invoices, and finally, I totaled each of the 4,000 piles. Every year I swear that I am going to do a better job at keeping all of my paperwork together, and every year I lie. I am not going to say that I will do better, but I am going to say that I am going to “try” to do better. Do any of you have a system for keeping things together on a monthly basis? If not, does anyone want to come and give me a neck massage? LOL!

I thought that considering my choice of colors for the past 2 days, the song seemed appropriate. Lol! I am enjoying the sunshine and the 70-degree temperatures today, especially since they may not last for very long. Joe told me that my blazer almost hurt his eyes since it was sooooo pink. Lol! This blazer is by Focus 2000 and I don’t have a clue where I got it from or how long that I have had it in my closet. Pink is a happy color, and who doesn’t want to be happy?

The Rae earrings that I have on is a pair that I hardly ever wear. I have had these delicate gold earrings for a while, but even though I love pink, I don’t wear pale pink a lot. I like the diamond shape of the earrings and size of the pink stones. I think these would look great worn with navy blue, they would pop off of the darker color.
I am sitting here trying to remember which pair of skinny jeans that I am wearing. I took these pictures a few days ago, and some of my jeans look a lot alike. This is a darker pair of jeans, which I feel like is a dressier jean than the lighter jeans. I know that a lot of you like skinny jeans better than the flared jeans that I wore HERE, so this look should be right up your alley. These are either a pair of Kut from the Kloth jeans, or they could be a pair of Vigoss skinny jeans. I don’t guess that it really matters, it is the look that you are after, not the brand.

I am going to whisper three little words to you that is going to make you drop everything and go and get this shirt. Come closer…”No-Ironing Needed!” If that wasn’t enough to get your attention, then how about these two words…” half-price?” Lol! I thought that you might like this top, just for the beautiful paisley print, but now I know you will love the shirt! I tied it at the hem, but it looked just as nice when I had it hanging loose. I can’t believe that I forgot to get a picture wearing it that way also. Here is the link.
Lucy Lu came out to visit on my photo shoot. She saw that the cats got to be on the blog the other day, so she posed pretty for me today.
Who could say no to that sweet face? I am talking about Lucy’s face, not mine. Hahaha! I guess that it is time to just kick back and wait on the weekend to hurry up and get here.
